    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los artículos 7 y 15 de los estatutos del Consorcio de Residuos y Energía de Menorca, establecen que la presidencia corresponde a la persona que ejerza el cargo de presidente/a del Consejo Insular de Menorca, pero que podrá delegarla en cualquier consejero o consejera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el anteior, mediante el Decreto de Presidencia núm.171 de 12 de julio de 2021 (BOIB núm. 94, de 15.7.2021), delegé la presidencia del Consorcio de Residuos y Energía de Menorca en el consejero ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Reserva de Biosfera, don José Antonio Juaneda Mercadal, por coherencia con el sector de materias que tiene encomendadas su departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el escrito de renuncia al cargo electo y consejero ejecutivo presentado por el señor José Antonio Juaneda Mercadal en fecha 21 de junio de 2023 y al resto de cargos y responsabilidades que le son inherentes (Reg. entrada núm. GE/025113/2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerando que en dicho escrito el consejero solicita que, de ser posible, los efectos del cese en los cargos se produzca en la misma fecha, y teniendo en cuenta que está convocado un pleno extraordinario para el próximo día 26 de junio de 2023 para la toma de razón de su renuncia como consejero electo y que he resuelto su cese como consejero ejecutivo con efectos de la misma fecha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En uso de las facultades que me confiere el ordenamiento jurídico vigente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Revocar, con efectos de 26 de junio de 2023, la delegación de la presidencia del Consorcio de Residuos y Energía de Menorca efectuada en el consejero ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Reserva de Biosfera, don Josep Juaneda Mercadal, y, en consecuencia asumir su presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y publicar su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, sin perjuicio de que tenga efectos desde el momento de su adopción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Dar cuenta al pleno en su primera sesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
