CAIB 675022 580 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 29/03/2023, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO.-</strong> Rectificar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta MF-813 relativa a la aprobación del Plan de ordenación de recursos humanos del Área de hacienda del Ayuntamiento de Palma, dado que ha habido un error en la creación del puesto de Director/a de la oficina presupuestaria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong> Establecer como fecha de efectos la del acuerdo inicial de fecha 1 de enero de 2023.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.- </strong>Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.” </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
