&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El 27 de mayo de 2023, BOIB núm. 70, se publicó la Resolución del presidente de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares de 25 de mayo de 2023, por la que se publican las bases de la convocatoria pública para la concesión de los Galardones "Premios Turismo de las Islas Baleares" para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El plazo de presentación de candidaturas finalizaba inicialmente el 7 de julio de 2023 incluido. En relación a las elecciones del 28 de mayo de 2023, los ayuntamientos se han constituido el 17 de junio, el Parlamento de la Illes Balears tiene previsto su constitución el 27 de junio y los Consejos Insulares el 8 de julio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta situación, hace que se pueda ver afectado el objeto de esta convocatoria que no es otro que reconocer el esfuerzo y la dedicación de personas, empresas e instituciones tanto públicas como privadas a favor del turismo, y servir de instrumento para estimular comportamientos profesionales e iniciativas que colaboren en mejorar la imagen turística de las Islas Baleares y de sus servicios turísticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Debido a esta circunstancia, para facilitar la presentación de candidaturas por parte de las Administraciones Públicas locales e insulares, se hace necesaria y se justifica la ampliación del plazo de presentación de candidaturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de Derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Artículo 8.1 del Decreto 18/2018, de 22 de junio, por el que se reorganiza, reestructura y regula la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares (AETIB) y modificado por el Decreto 4/2022 de 28 de febrero, de modificación de los Estatutos de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. - Ampliar el plazo para la presentación de candidaturas, para los galardones "Premios del Turismo de las Islas Baleares", hasta el 21 de julio de 2023, incluido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
