    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Alcaldesa, en fecha de 19 de junio de 2023, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En aplicación de las atribuciones que me confieren los artículos 43 y siguientes y 115 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, en relación con el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nombrar como delegados/as a las distintas áreas de gestión de este Ayuntamiento, a los/las siguientes concejales/as:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Sebastià Sureda Mas: Urbanismo, actividades, hacienda, servicio de aguas y policía local.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Rafael Adrover Obrador: Medio ambiente, playas y sanidad.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Jaume Vidal Pons: Deportes, protección civil y, conjuntamente con Aina Manresa, ancianos de Campos, más apoyo a la brigada de obras y servicios y apoyo a participación ciudadana.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Aina Manresa Monserrat: Servicios sociales, mercados y, conjuntamente con Jaume Vidal, gente mayor de Campos; y, conjuntamente con Maria Antònia Barceló, ferias y fiestas.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Carmen Marín Barceló: Cultura, educación e infancia, mayor apoyo a turismo, comercio y juventud, además de ser la representante en los consejos escolares de los centros del municipio.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Sebastià Bonet Rigo: Brigada municipal de obras y servicios, patrimonio, caminos rurales y fuera de la villa, Alumbrado público, además de apoyo al servicio de aguas.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Maria Dominga Obrador Vaquer: sa Ràpita, ses Covetes, gente mayor de sa Ràpita, además de apoyo a Medio ambiente, apoyo a sanidad.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Maria Antònia Barceló Vanrell: Juventud, participación ciudadana y, conjuntamente con Aina Manresa, ferias y fiestas.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;José Manuel Vara Martínez: Obras y servicios, edificios municipales y cementerio municipal.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Clara Roig Miramontes: Función pública.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Micaela Victoria Prohens Mateu: Comercio, turismo, y apoyo a educación y cultura.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La coordinación de concejalías, así como todas aquellas competencias que la Ley atribuye a la alcaldía y que no están expresamente delegadas, serán ejercidas por la alcaldesa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las delegaciones a que se refiere el apartado anterior son genéricas, al amparo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 43 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre (ROF), incluyendo las facultades de dirección y gestión, incluida la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos; mientras que este Alcalde conservará, de las materias delegadas, las facultades a que se refiere el artículo 115 del citado ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las atribuciones delegadas se entenderán aceptadas tácitamente si en el plazo de tres días hábiles, contados desde la notificación, los miembros delegados no realizan manifestación expresa de la que no las aceptan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publique esta resolución en el BOIB, notifíquese a los interesados, y dése cuenta al Pleno de la Corporación en la primera sesión que mantenga. Pese a su posterior publicación, esta resolución entrará en vigor en el día de hoy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Campos, en la fecha de la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Alcaldesa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Francisca Porquer Manresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
