    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 44 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, se hace público que en fecha 19 de junio de 2023 el Sr. Alcalde del ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany dictó el siguiente Decreto que literalmente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Vistos los artículos 19 de la LRBRL y 22 de la LMRLIB, los cuales disponen que son órganos necesarios en todo Ayuntamiento los o las Tenientes de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Dado el artículo 23.3 de la mencionada LRBRL, el cual dispone que los Tenientes de Alcalde sustituyen, por el orden de su nombramiento, y en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad al Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Dado el artículo 46.1 segundo párrafo del ROF, el cual dispone que los nombramientos y ceses de Tenientes de Alcalde se harán mediante resolución de Alcaldía, de la que se dará cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre, notificándose, a Además, personalmente a los designados y se publicarán en el boletín oficial de la provincia, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la resolución del alcalde, si en dicha resolución no se dispusiera otra cosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Por todo ello y en uso de las competencias atribuidas por la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;1º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt; Nombrar los siguientes Tenientes de Alcalde del ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Primer Teniente de Alcalde: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Francisca Bauzà Gari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Segundo Teniente de Alcalde: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ramiro Amurrio Fernàndez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;2º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt; Determinar que el presente decreto tendrá efectividad desde el día siguiente a su firma por parte de la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;3º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt; Dar cuenta del presente decreto al Pleno en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;4º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt; Notificar el presente decreto a los concejales nombrados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;5º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt; Publicar el presente decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente a su firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
