el Decreto&nbsp;99/1997, de 11 de julio, que regula el procedimiento administrativo aplicable a la tramitación de las instalaciones eléctricas de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto&nbsp;36/2003, de 11 de abril; el Decreto&nbsp;96/2005, de 23 de septiembre, de aprobación definitiva de la revisión del Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Illes Balears; el Decreto Legislativo&nbsp;1/2020, de 28 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Evaluación Ambiental de las Illes Balears; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">La declaración, en concreto, de utilidad pública, de acuerdo con el artículo&nbsp;56.1 de la Ley&nbsp;24/2013 y el artículo 149 del Real Decreto&nbsp;1955/2000, lleva implícita en todo caso la necesidad de ocupación de los bienes o de la adquisición de los derechos e implica la ocupación urgente a efectos del artículo&nbsp;52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa, si procede.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Se incluye como anexo la lista concreta e individualizada de bienes y derechos afectados que figuran en los proyectos.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">El artículo 12 del Decreto&nbsp;99/1997 establece el procedimiento de autorización y puesta en servicio de los expedientes eléctricos con expropiación y determina que tiene que seguirse el procedimiento de ocupación urgente de los terrenos, previsto en la Ley&nbsp;24/2013 y en el Real Decreto&nbsp;1955/2000, si procede.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Esta información pública también se hace en aplicación del artículo 21 del Decreto Legislativo&nbsp;1/2020, de 28 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Evaluación Ambiental de las Illes Balears, para que sea simultánea a la información pública del procedimiento ambiental.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
