&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La dispersión de estudiantes en universidades del Estado con las que no se ha firmado ningún convenio específico de colaboración que tienen la intención de realizar las prácticas en centros educativos dependientes de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional ha determinado la necesidad de establecer las pautas para autorizarlas y darles cobertura formal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Corresponde a la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa facilitar a los estudiantes el acceso al conocimiento profesionalizador en el contexto educativo de los centros educativos públicos, de los centros concertados y de los centros privados&amp;nbsp;reconocidos por la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional del Gobierno de las Illes Balears que siguen el currículum de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº. 38, de 17 de marzo) establece, en el artículo 40.3, que la administración educativa puede acordar medidas de colaboración con otras instituciones universitarias que imparten estudios de formación inicial del profesorado referentes a la gestión de las prácticas en el sistema educativo del alumnado universitario, entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 24 de abril de 2017 por la cual se regula la homologación, el reconocimiento, la certificación y el registro de la formación permanente del profesorado no universitario de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº. 54, de 6 de mayo) especifica, en el artículo 14, las características y condiciones del reconocimiento del ejercicio de funciones de tutoría de prácticas como horas de formación permanente del profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El artículo 6 del Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº. 21, de 15 de febrero) otorga la competencia en materia de formación permanente del profesorado a la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Establecer el procedimiento para que las universidades del Estado con las que no se ha firmado ningún convenio específico de colaboración puedan solicitar que los alumnos de estudios oficiales hagan las prácticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en centros educativos dependientes de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional. Este procedimiento figura en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Establecer el procedimiento para que los centros educativos de las Illes Balears puedan acoger estudiantes en prácticas de estudios oficiales de universidades del Estado con las que no se ha firmado ningún convenio específico de colaboración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y en la página web de la&amp;nbsp;Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa&amp;nbsp;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;dgpice.caib.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recurso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objetivo es aprobar el procedimiento para que las universidades del Estado con las que no se ha firmado ningún convenio específico de colaboración puedan solicitar que los alumnos de estudios oficiales realicen las prácticas&amp;nbsp;en centros educativos dependientes de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Centros educativos destinatarios de las prácticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los centros educativos públicos, concertados y privados reconocidos por la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional de Gobierno de las Illes Balears que siguen el currículum oficial de las Illes Balears de educación infantil (de 3 a 6 años), de educación primaria, de educación secundaria, de bachillerato, de formación profesional, de enseñanzas artísticas, de enseñanzas de idiomas, de enseñanzas deportivas, de educación de personas adultas y de educación especial, además de los EOEP y los EAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Condiciones generales para realizar las prácticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.En el caso de estudiantes que compatibilizan los estudios oficiales con el trabajo remunerado, en ningún caso se puede proponer como centro para realizar las prácticas el mismo en el cual el estudiante trabaje bajo cualquier figura de contratación, ya sea laboral o administrativa, prevista en la legislación vigente, ni en el momento de presentar la solicitud por parte de la universidad ni en el momento de realizar las prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.Los estudiantes propuestos a los centros educativos de las Illes Balears deben tener los conocimientos lingüísticos necesarios para poder cumplir con el Proyecto Lingüístico de Centro. En el supuesto de que el alumno no cumpla con el Proyecto Lingüístico de Centro, en cualquier momento se le podrá denegar la autorización para realizar las prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.Se establecen dos plazos de presentación de solicitudes, tanto para los centros educativos como para las universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) En el primer plazo se pueden presentar solicitudes para realizar las prácticas a partir del 25 de septiembre de 2023 y hasta junio de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En el segundo plazo únicamente se pueden presentar solicitudes para realizar las prácticas a partir del 12 de febrero y hasta junio de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Funciones de los centros educativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La función principal de los centros es procurar que los estudiantes que realizan las prácticas conozcan el contexto educativo, a fin de que puedan completar los conocimientos teóricos que adquieren en la Facultad. Tanto los conocimientos teóricos como la experiencia práctica son necesarios en la formación que tienen que lograr los nuevos profesionales de la enseñanza. Con este objetivo, los centros tienen que facilitar el desarrollo del trabajo en equipo, la participación de los estudiantes en prácticas en los proyectos y en las actividades habituales del centro y la comunicación con el tutor académico. Así mismo, se les tiene que habilitar el acceso a la red wifi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Para participar en esta convocatoria, los centros tienen que cumplir las condiciones siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Se tiene que contar con el acuerdo favorable del claustro y haber informado el consejo escolar del centro de la decisión de participar en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de los EOEP y EAP, se debe contar con el acuerdo favorable del&amp;nbsp;equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Debe de haber docentes que quieran ser tutores de estudiantes en prácticas durante el curso escolar. En cuanto a los docentes que tienen que hacer de tutores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º.En el caso de los centros públicos, tienen que ser docentes funcionarios de carrera&amp;nbsp;con una experiencia mínima de tres cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En ningún caso un funcionario en prácticas puede ser tutor de un estudiante universitario en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º.En el caso de los centros concertados o privados, los tutores tienen que ser docentes con una experiencia mínima de tres cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Excepcionalmente, en el apartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;podrán ejercer como tutores los docentes interinos con una experiencia mínima de tres cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En cuanto a los tutores que acogen estudiantes en prácticas, hay que tener en cuenta que tienen que ser de la misma especialidad o área, o tienen que tener las mismas funciones, para garantizar el aprendizaje de los estudios que está realizando el alumno en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La dirección del centro educativo debe proponer un solo tutor en el GestIB para cada caso concreto de estudiante que haya acordado con la universidad correspondiente, en la&amp;nbsp;opción &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Centre&amp;gt;Propostes de personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Debe seleccionar la universidad y las prácticas correspondientes y rellenar la propuesta, en los plazos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Primer plazo: de día 1 de septiembre a día 31de octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Segundo plazo: de día 9 de enero a día 23 de febrero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El equipo directivo, antes de acoger al estudiante en el centro, tiene que revisar la propuesta en el GestIB. En ningún caso un centro educativo puede recibir a un estudiante en prácticas, de una universidad sin convenio específico de colaboración, sin tener la propuesta del tutor autorizada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Acceptada)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El día que el estudiante empieza las prácticas en el centro educativo, el director debe darlo de alta en el GestIB, en la opción &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personal&amp;gt;Destinacions dels professors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Entre el 1 de mayo y el 30 de junio, una vez acabado el periodo de prácticas, los directores de los centros deben certificar la realización, a través&amp;nbsp;del GestIB, en la opción &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificació de la realització de les pràctiques d'estudiants universitaris. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deben comunicar que el estudiante ha llevado a cabo las prácticas con normalidad, según la forma acordada, en los plazos previstos y que el docente tutor las ha tutorizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Es imprescindible tener propuesto el tutor dentro del periodo establecido y haber dado de alta al alumno el día de inicio de prácticas para certificar la realización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. En cuanto a la compensación económica, los centros deben destinar esta cantidad prioritariamente a los niveles, a los ciclos, a las áreas o a los departamentos de los docentes tutores de los estudiantes en prácticas para mejorar la práctica educativa de estos niveles, ciclos, áreas o departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Las funciones de los docentes tutores durante el desarrollo de las prácticas son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Realizar un seguimiento del trabajo del estudiante en el centro y observar y supervisar su implicación y actuación en las diferentes tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Promover la participación de los estudiantes en las actividades que se llevan a cabo en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Proporcionar la información necesaria al tutor académico de la universidad para evaluar al estudiante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. El coordinador de las prácticas del centro, preferentemente del equipo directivo, se tiene que encargar de recibir a los estudiantes en prácticas, enseñarles el funcionamiento del centro (horarios, rutinas, organización y metodología), explicarles qué actitudes, compromisos y responsabilidades se esperan de ellos, ponerles en contacto con su tutor del centro y organizar, como mínimo, dos reuniones para hacer el seguimiento de las prácticas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El coordinador también es la persona de referencia para los estudiantes en prácticas en caso de dudas o problemas durante el periodo de prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Responsabilidades y funciones de la universidad sin convenio específico de colaboración &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Corresponde a la universidad buscar el centro educativo adecuado y solicitar formalmente y por escrito al director del centro la conformidad para que el estudiante realice las prácticas, así como tener conocimiento del nombre completo del tutor que acogerá el estudiante en el centro educativo (se debe rellenar este dato en la solicitud).&amp;nbsp;Se deben acordar las funciones encomendadas al centro educativo y al tutor de las prácticas, y proporcionar toda la información necesaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La universidad debe hacerse cargo de todo el procedimiento para que los estudiantes en prácticas de los centros educativos estén en el sistema de la Seguridad Social, si procede, según el Real Decreto ley 2/2023, de 16 de marzo, o la norma que lo sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.Es responsabilidad de la universidad tener el seguro contratado para cubrir la responsabilidad civil del alumno por las incidencias que puedan ocurrir en los centros educativos como consecuencia de la realización de las prácticas. Este seguro tiene que tener vigencia durante el periodo de prácticas en el centro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para los casos de alumnos que no estén cubiertos por el seguro escolar universitario, ya sea porque exceden la edad de 28 años establecida en la normativa vigente o por cualquier otro motivo, se tiene que tener un seguro contratado para cubrirlos en caso de accidentes o daños. Este seguro tiene que tener vigencia durante el periodo de prácticas al centro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta documentación tiene que estar a disposición de la DGPICE en cualquier momento, durante todo el periodo de prácticas de cada uno de los alumnos y durante el curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Los alumnos que proponga la universidad para hacer las prácticas en los centros educativos de las Illes Balears tienen que tener los conocimientos lingüísticos necesarios para poder cumplir con el Proyecto Lingüístico de Centro. En el supuesto de que el alumno no cumpla con el Proyecto Lingüístico de Centro, en cualquier momento se le podrá denegar la autorización para hacer las prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La universidad tiene que presentar una solicitud de admisión de alumnos en prácticas ante la DGPICE. El impreso de solicitud se tiene que rellenar y registrar en línea en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.dgpice.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;,&amp;nbsp;mediante el trámite telemático de la Sede Electrónica establecido a tal efecto. Se tienen que tener en cuenta los aspectos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La solicitud se tiene que presentar, como mínimo, con 20 días de antelación al día de inicio de las prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Se tiene que rellenar una solicitud independiente para cada estudiante y tipo de prácticas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Se establecen dos plazos de presentación de solicitudes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Primer plazo: de día 4&amp;nbsp;de septiembre a día 31 de octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dentro de este plazo se pueden presentar solicitudes para hacer prácticas a partir del 25 de septiembre de 2023 y hasta junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)Segundo plazo: de día 22 de enero a día 23 de febrero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dentro de este plazo únicamente se pueden presentar solicitudes para hacer prácticas a partir del 12 de febrero y hasta junio de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. A la solicitud, según corresponda, se le tiene que adjuntar la documentación siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El&amp;nbsp;documento de compromiso de confidencialidad en conformidad con lo que disponga la Ley de Protección de Datos Personales vigente. El modelo de documento a rellenar se encuentra en la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.dgpice.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) De acuerdo con el artículo 28.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, la DGPICE hará la consulta de los datos necesarios para tramitar la solicitud de admisión de alumnos en prácticas en centros educativos de las Illes Balears que estén en poder de esta Administración o hayan sido elaborados por la Administración, y que se puedan consultar mediante redes corporativas o sistemas electrónicos habilitados a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por lo tanto, se entiende otorgado el consentimiento para la consulta de inexistencia de antecedentes por delitos sexuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los casos descritos a continuación, se tendrá que adjuntar un certificado que acredite que no ha sido condenado por sentencia firme por ningún delito contra la libertad y la indemnidad sexual ni por tráfico de seres humanos, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 13.5 de la Ley orgánica 1/1996, de 15 de enero, modificada por la Ley 26/2015, de 28 de julio, de modificación del sistema de protección a la infancia y la adolescencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando no se pueda consultar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando el estudiante se oponga a la consulta de los datos de inexistencia de antecedentes por delitos sexuales, necesaria para la tramitación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando sean ciudadanos extranjeros o que, además de la española, ostenten otra nacionalidad, deberán solicitar a las autoridades de su otro país de nacionalidad una certificación en la que se hagan constar, en su caso, sus antecedentes penales por delitos de naturaleza sexual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fecha de expedición del certificado tiene que ser la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º. Para las solicitudes de autorización presentadas en el primer plazo tiene que ser igual o posterior al 17 de agosto de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º. Para las solicitudes de autorización presentadas en el segundo plazo tiene que ser igual o posterior al 15 de enero de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) En el supuesto de que las prácticas se hagan en un centro concertado o en un centro privado que renuncie a recibir el importe, se debe presentar un escrito&amp;nbsp;a la DGPICE firmado por la dirección en el cual se haga constar esta circunstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Las universidades tienen que aportar a cada centro, por cada estudiante que haga las prácticas, una cantidad equivalente al 60&amp;nbsp;% del precio de la matrícula de las prácticas, hasta un importe máximo del 60&amp;nbsp;% del precio, de la primera matrícula de estudios oficiales de grado o de matrícula de estudios de máster universitario, de la misma experimentalidad&amp;nbsp;que la Universidad de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el precio para la prestación de los servicios académicos universitarios que esté en vigor en el periodo de prácticas. A tal efecto, la universidad tiene que hacer constar en la solicitud de admisión el número de créditos de las prácticas, el precio del crédito y la cantidad que tiene que recibir el centro destinatario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. La universidad es la responsable de avisar al estudiante, una vez recibida la autorización por parte de la DGPICE, de cuando puede iniciar las prácticas. No se pueden iniciar las prácticas si no se ha recibido esta autorización. Si la notificación es de enmienda o de no autorización, la universidad es la responsable de ponerse en contacto, si es necesario, con el SNLF para clarificar el asunto, no los estudiantes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Funciones del Servicio de Normalización Lingüística y Formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos exigidos o la documentación aportada es incorrecta o incompleta, se tiene que requerir a la universidad interesada que enmiende la falta o añada los documentos preceptivos, en el plazo de diez días contadores a partir del día siguiente de la notificación del requerimiento, de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015. Si no lo hace, se considerará que desiste de su petición, con la resolución previa que se tiene que dictar en los términos que prevé el artículo 21.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requerir a los responsables de los centros educativos solicitantes, cuando haga falta, que rellenen la documentación preceptiva o rectifiquen las deficiencias detectadas en las propuestas de personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del GestIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La DGPICE, una vez recibida la solicitud de la universidad, junto con la documentación que se establece en el punto quinto y la propuesta que hace el centro educativo en el GestIB, tiene que dar respuesta a la realización de las prácticas en el centro educativo para que admita al estudiante en periodo de prácticas y notificárselo a la universidad solicitante. No se notificará ninguna autorización a la universidad si el centro educativo no ha hecho la propuesta a través del GestIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. A partir del 1 de julio, una vez que los directores de los centros educativos certifican la realización de las prácticas, el SNLF gestiona la certificación de las horas de formación permanente del profesorado correspondiente a esta actividad, según la normativa vigente. La certificación estará visible en el Portal del Personal a lo largo del primer trimestre del curso siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En ningún caso se certificarán horas de formación permanente si la DGPICE no ha autorizado las prácticas a la universidad ni ha notificado la autorización al centro educativo, por medio del GestIB, previamente a la fecha en que se tenían que iniciar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La tutorización de estudiantes en prácticas puede ser reconocida con 30 horas de formación en la modalidad de programas de experiencia formativa (PEF), según la normativa vigente. Solo se certificará una tutorización por curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La coordinación de estudiantes en prácticas puede ser reconocida en los estudios oficiales de los grados de Infantil y de Primaria y del Máster del profesorado, según la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
