&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto cuanto antecede, se considera que el expediente ha seguido la tramitación establecida en la Legislación aplicable procediendo su aprobación por el Pleno de conformidad con los artículos 22.2.d) y 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y de acuerdo con esto se propone al Ayuntamiento pleno la adopción del presente ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar el incremento de las retribuciones del personal laboral del Ayuntamiento para el ejercicio 2023 teniendo en cuenta que asciende a 12.796 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar dicho acuerdo en la sede electrónica de la Corporación y en el BOIB en el plazo de 20 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Le notifico para su conocimiento y efectos procedentes. Haciéndole saber que contra este acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, procede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alternativamente y de forma potestativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición, de acuerdo con la ley 39/2015, ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, podrá ejercitarse, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
