&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 104.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Bases de Régimen Local, y en uso de las facultades que me han sido concedidas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Disponer el cese del personal eventual que a continuación se refiere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. El cese será efectivo desde el día 16 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;TERCERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Realizar la correspondiente liquidación a su favor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CUARTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;QUINTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Publicar la presente resolución mediante la inserción del correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SEXTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Comunicar este cese a la Intervención a efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
