CONTENCIOSO / ADMTVO. N. 2 DE PALMA DE MALLORCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Identificación del expediente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: 41751/2022 CALENDARIO ANUAL DÍAS LIBRES 2023 SECTOR TAXI MUNICIPIO de IBIZA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución por la cual se acuerda la remisión de los expedientes administrativos 21823/2023 y 23177/2023, y se cita a plazo las personas interesadas en el recurso contencioso-administrativo, procedimiento ordinario PO.0000072/2023 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La ASOCIACIÓN DE TAXISTAS AUTÓNOMOS DE LA CIUDAD De IBIZA ha interpuesto recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo n. 2 de Palma de Mallorca, contra el AYUNTAMIENTO De EVISSA, en lo referente al Decreto núm 2022-12720 de fecha 29/12/2022, correspondiendo al expediente 41751/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Viste aquello que dispone el artículo 49 y 50 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Visto, así mismo, el que establece el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Por todo esto y en uso de las atribuciones que me han sido delegadas mediante decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2019/3897 de fecha 20 de junio de 2019 publicado al BOIB n.º 86 de fecha 29 de junio de 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Remitir el expediente administrativo correspondiente al Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo n.2 de Palma de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Citar las personas interesadas por sí a su derecho conviniera comparecer y personarse como demandadas ante este Juzgado en el plazo de nueve DÍAS, en conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 49 y 50 de la ya mencionada Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Informar las personas interesadas que pueden comparecer a las actuaciones judiciales dentro del plazo concedido. Si comparecen posteriormente, se los tendrà por parte para los trámites no precluídos. Si no comparecen oportunamente, continuará el procedimiento por sus trámites, sin que haya lugar a efectuar, en estrados o de cualquier otra forma, notificaciones de ninguna clase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
