&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El/La concejal/a en funciones del Ayuntamiento adopta Resolución, en el día 09 de junio de 2023, que dice lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HECHOS Y FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE CORRECCIÓN DE ERROR MATERIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CORRECCIÓN DE ERROR MATERIAL DETECTADO EN EL ANUNCIO DEL BOIB NÚMERO 72 DE 01/06/2023 MEDIANTE EL CUAL SE ANUNCIÓ LA APROBACIÓN INICIAL DE LA MODIFICACIÓN NÚM. 12ª DE LAS NS RELATIVA A LAS NORMAS: 2.4.09, 2.5.13, FICHA núm. 32, Y FICHAS DE CALIFICACIONES TURÍSTICAS NUM. 35, 41, 43, 46, 48, 49, 50, 51 y de la 53 a la 69 DEL ANEXO II y PLANOS: 5.1; 5.1.3; 5.2.2; 5.1.5; 5.2.3, 5.2.4, 5.4 i 6.1.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que el Ayuntamiento publicó en el BOIB núm. 72 de día 01 de junio de 2023, el anuncio de información pública correspondiente al acuerdo de aprobación inicial de la modificación núm. 12A de las normas subsidiarias aprobado día 04 de mayo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que se ha detectado un error material en la URL anunciada en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas reconoce la capacidad de rectificación de errores materiales que tienen las administraciones públicas en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local, y concretamente de acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
