    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El artículo 97.6 de la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la Actividad Física y el Deporte de las Illes Balears, establece que los estatutos de las federaciones deportivas, así como sus modificaciones -una vez ratificadas por la administración deportiva del Gobierno de las Illes Balears- se inscribirán en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El 18 de mayo de 2023, el Director General de Deportes dictó la Resolución por la que se ratifica parcialmente la modificación del artículo 1 de los Estatutos de la Federación Balear de Piragüismo, aprobada por la Asamblea General en la sesión extraordinaria de 21 de marzo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Asimismo, se autoriza la inscripción de dicha modificación en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Illes Balears con la siguiente redacción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l) SUP canoe racing* De acuerdo con la Resolución de la Consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 6 de agosto de 2019, dicha especialidad se matendrá hasta que no exista una estructura suficientemente sólida por parte de la Federación Española de Surfing u otro estamento autonómico competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;m) Paracanoe».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Resolución del Director General de Deportes de 18 de mayo de 2023 queda incorporada como anexo del texto refundido de los Estatutos ratificado por el Consejero de Turismo y Deportes el 16 de julio de 2012, modificado por Resolución del Consejero de Turismo y Deportes de 29 de mayo de 2014 y mediante Resolución del Director General de Deportes de 11 de octubre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Esta modificación estatutaria entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. Los Estatutos deben estar permanentemente accesibles en la página web de la federación, sin perjuicio de cualquier otro medio que asegure su publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
