    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El apartado 8.4 de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrero de 2021, por la cual se convocan subvenciones para el “Fomento de los pastos para el aprovechamiento de la Ganadería Ecológica”, para los años 2021 y 2022 (anualidad 2022) especifica que la Resolución se notificará a las persones interesadas mediante su publicación al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de acuerdo con los términos que prevé el artículo 45.2 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones publicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El expediente ha sido tramitado por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en complimiento del que dispone el artículo 43 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El vicepresidente en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 10 de mayo de 2023, firmó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.El día 9 de julio de 2022 el vicepresidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) aprobó la ayuda correspondiente al expediente 04003933/21AERA de la línea de ayudas destinadas al fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica a favor de JAIME SUREDA FERRIOL con DNI ***2007** un importe máximo de 9.140,00 € repartidos en dos anualidades de 4.570,00 € correspondientes a una superficie comprometida de 22,85 ha (BOIB 89, 09/07/2022). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Con fecha 13/07/2022 se ha realizado el pago de la anualidad 2021 por un importe de 4.570,00 euros (cuatro mil quinientos setenta euros). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Con fecha 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;/0&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;/2022 se realiza &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;mediante la aplicación Sistema de Gestión de Ayudas, una subrogación de los compromisos por los que se tenía derecho a la ayuda de pastos para la ganadería ecológica del expediente 04003933/21AERA a favor de ANTONI SUREDA CLADERA, con DNI ** *1558** (expediente 04002820/22AERA).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han comprobado la información necesaria para efectuar la evaluación del cumplimiento de los requisitos por parte del nuevo titular para ser beneficiario de las ayudas tal y como estipula el apartado décimo de la resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrero de 2021 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para los años 2021 y 2022 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo esto, se informa favorablemente y se propone al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los términos siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Autorizar la subrogación de los compromisos relativos a la línea de ayudas destinadas al fomento de la agricultura ecológica de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;JAIME SUREDA FERRIOL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;NI ***&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2007**&lt;/span&gt; del expediente 04003933/21 a favor de ANTONI SUREDA CLADERA con DNI ***1558** (expediente 04002820/22AERA) por la anualidad 2022 de esta ayuda. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Tal y como se solicitó a SGA en 19/04/2022, conceder la ayuda anual que le corresponde a ANTONI SUREDA CLADERA, con DNI ***1558** (expediente 04002820/22AERA), por la siguiente superficie comprometida:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Que el importe de la ayuda que le corresponde a ANTONI SUREDA CLADERA con DNI ***1558** para el año 2022, es de 4.570,00 euros (&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;cuatro mil quinientos setenta euros&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;) cofinanciados con un 100% por el FEADER. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Informar a los beneficiarios de que sus expedientes se encuentran a su disposición y consulta en el Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural del FOGAIBA (calle de Reina Constança, núm. 4 de Palma). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Notificar esta resolución a los beneficiarios mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante la consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/15, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
