&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El 11 de septiembre de 2021 se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable mediante la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 6 de septiembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En fecha 26 de mayo de 2023 se emitió la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática por la cual se acepta la renuncia a una subvención y se declara concluido el procedimiento (BOIB nº 72, de 1 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error material en el anexo de la Resolución mencionada, en cuanto al número de CONCE asignado a uno de los expedientes indicados en este anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. Así mismo, la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actas que han sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Rectificar el error observado al anexo de la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática 26 de mayo de 2023 por la cual se acepta la renuncia a una subvención y se declara concluido el procedimiento (publicada al BOIB núm 72, de 1 de junio de 2023) en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática en el plazo de un mes &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a contar &lt;/span&gt;desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
