    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000411 de 6 de junio de 2023, por el cual se fijan los periodos hábiles y las vedas especiales que se establecen para la temporada 2023-2024 en la isla de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Generalidades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La caza se desarrollará de conformidad y con las limitaciones establecidas en el Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el cual se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza ( BOIB nº 58 de fecha 24-04-2012), y con la limitaciones y las condiciones que se expidan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. Especies cazables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De entre las especies cinegéticas establecidas en el Anexo I del Decreto 71/2004, por el cual se declaran las especies objeto de caza y pesca fluvial en las Islas Baleares, y se establecen como normas de protección, son especies cazables en la isla de Ibiza para la temporada 2023-2024 las siguientes: el conejo (&lt;em&gt;Oryctolagus cuniculus&lt;/em&gt;), la liebre (&lt;em&gt;Lepus granatensis&lt;/em&gt;), la perdiz (&lt;em&gt;Alectoris rufa&lt;/em&gt;), la codorniz (&lt;em&gt;Coturnix coturnix&lt;/em&gt;), el faisán (&lt;em&gt;Phasianus colchicus&lt;/em&gt;), la paloma torcaz (&lt;em&gt;Columba palumbus&lt;/em&gt;), la tórtola turca (&lt;em&gt;Streptopelia decaocto&lt;/em&gt;), la becada (&lt;em&gt;Scolopax rusticola&lt;/em&gt;), el estornino común (&lt;em&gt;Sturnus vulgaris&lt;/em&gt;), el zorzal (&lt;em&gt;Turdus philomelos&lt;/em&gt;), el zorzal alirrojo (&lt;em&gt;Turdus iliacus&lt;/em&gt;), al zorzal charlo (&lt;em&gt;Turdus viscivorus&lt;/em&gt;) y el zorzal real (&lt;em&gt;Turdus pilaris&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La tórtola salvaje (Streptopelia turtur) tiene una cuota “0” de capturas en la temporada 2023-2024 en aplicación del AHMM (Adaptative Harvest Management Mecanism), de manera que no es un recurso cinegético aprovechable durante la presente temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. Normas generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Las modalidades permitidas con carácter general son las establecidas en el artículo 5 del citado reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; En los cotos privados acogidos a los planes técnicos de régimen general se establecen las capturas máximas por cazador y día siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 20 &lt;/span&gt;zorzales, con independencia de la modalidad utilizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 3 codornices salvajes, excepto en el caso de sueltas legalmente autorizadas, en las que, durante la jornada autorizada, se podrán capturar un total de 10 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 4 becadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 2 liebres, excepto en la modalidad sin arma de fuego con perros lebreles, en la que se podrán cazar 3 liebres por cazador y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 6 perdices con carácter general y 4 con reclamo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- 15 conejos en las modalidades con escopeta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; No hay número máximo de capturas para el restante de especies cinegéticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) En los cotos acogidos al régimen especial o intensivo, las capturas máximas diarias son las establecidas en el plan técnico correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Tal y como establece el artículo 5.2. del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de los recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza, no se puede cazar la becada en sus lugares de paso, ni se puede disparar a los bandos de perdices cuando están en el suelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Todas las notificaciones para modalidades de caza y tipos de períodos a los que hace referencia este Decreto deben presentarse, preferentemente con el modelo oficial, al Departamento competente en materia de caza firmadas por el titular del coto, selladas como registradas y se deben llevar encima cuando se caza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Los titulares de los cotos pueden establecer las limitaciones que consideren, relativas a los días, fechas y otros aspectos, y hacerlo constar en la autorización que se expide al cazador. El incumplimiento de estas condiciones supone cazar sin autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Está permitido cazar a partir de media hora antes de la salida del sol, hasta media hora después de la puesta, de acuerdo con el horario local, salvo las limitaciones que establece expresamente este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3. Periodos y días hábiles de caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Con carácter general, los días hábiles dentro del período de caza menor en general, salvo especificación en contra, son: los martes, los jueves, los sábados, los domingos y los festivos de carácter nacional o autonómico. Se excluyen las fiestas de carácter local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;En los terrenos de aprovechamiento común (libres), los períodos de caza, días hábiles y máximo&amp;nbsp; de capturas por cada especie permitida se fija en el anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) En los cotos de caza, se fijan los períodos siguientes de caza y los días hábiles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conejo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El periodo de caza del conejo es el comprendido entre el último domingo de julio de 2023 (día 30) y el primer domingo de enero de 2024 (día 7). Durante el periodo comprendido entre el 30 de julio y la apertura de la caza menor general solo se puede cazar en modalidades sin armas (con perros y cetrería). Los días hábiles son los indicados en su punto 1.3.a) de este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los cotos que lo notifiquen con antelación al departamento competente en materia de caza podrán empezar el segundo domingo de julio de 2023 (día 9) y finalizar el último domingo de enero de 2024 (día 28). En estos dos periodos de ampliación solo se podrá cazar el conejo con perros, sin armas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Media veda&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. En los cotos el período de media veda comienza el 20 de agosto y alcanza hasta la apertura de la caza menor en general. Los días hábiles son los indicados en el punto 1.3.a) de este Decreto.&amp;nbsp;Durante este periodo se puede cazar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Paloma torcaz, en la modalidad de escopeta y/o perro, en puesto fijo y con el perro siempre bajo control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Conejo y liebre, en modalidades sin armas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En los terrenos de aprovechamiento común (libres), los días hábiles y máximos de capturas se fijan en el anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Caça menor en general. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;El periodo de caza menor general es lo comprendido entre el primer domingo de octubre de 2023 (día 1) y el último domingo de diciembre de 2023 (día 31) con las siguientes singularidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-El conejo, que finaliza el día 7 de enero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Las migratorias (paloma torcaz, zorzales, becada, estorninos i codorniz) que acaba el primer domingo de febrero de 2024 (día 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-La tórtola turca se puede cazar del 12 de octubre hasta el último domingo de enero (día 28).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante el mes de febrero se podrán autorizar recuentos de becada sin muerte con perro de muestra en los cotos que lo soliciten, siempre que no haya motivos que lo desaconsejen. Se podrán autorizar dos días por semana como máximo, con un conductor y con un máximo de dos perros simultáneos por cada 50 ha de terreno. No se podrá llevar arma de fuego ni detonadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Modalidades especiales de caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.1. Caza de la perdiz con reclamo macho&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta modalidad debe practicarse conforme al artículo 6.1. del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza, con las limitaciones siguientes, que se concretan en aplicación del reglamento mencionado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Se permite la caza de la perdiz con reclamo macho y escopeta, únicamente en los cotos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Número máximo de piezas por cazador y día en los cotos de caza: 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Distancia mínima entre el lugar de caza y los cotos limítrofes (excepto acuerdo entre cotos): 200 metros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Se prohíbe cazar con reclamo de perdiz hembra o con artificio que lo sustituya, así como también con magnetófonos y reclamos mecánicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) No es podrá sacar el reclamo en día no hábil en terrenos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) El periodo hábil es desde el lunes después de la finalización de la caza de perdiz con escopeta (día 1 de enero de 2024) hasta el último domingo de enero de 2024 (día 28). Dentro de este plazo se podrá cazar los lunes además de los días que figuran en el artículo 1.3.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con autorización expresa del titular del coto, en los cotos que lo notifiquen con antelación al Departamento competente en materia de caza, se puede cazar desde el 29 de enero hasta el 10 de febrero todos los días de la semana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Los titulares de los cotos podrán establecer limitaciones que estimen oportunas de días, fechas u otros aspectos haciéndolo constar en la autorización que se expida al cazador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) En cualquier caso, quien practique la caza de la perdiz con reclamo macho deberá disponer de la licencia C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.2. Caza de conejos con ca eivissenc&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta modalidad se practicará en las condiciones previstas en materia de perros en el artículo 34 de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se puede practicar con un máximo de 10 perros para un solo cazador, y con 12 perros cuando sean dos o más cazadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En los cotos de caza que lo notifiquen con antelación al Departamento competente en materia de caza mediante escrito debidamente registrado, se pueden formar grupos de hasta 4 cazadores y 20 perros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El número máximo de perros no puede superar en ningún caso, incluso si no se está practicando la caza, allí donde está permitida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo es el comprendido entre el 30 de julio y el 7 de enero.&amp;nbsp; Ampliable según el punto 1.3.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; de este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.3. Caza de conejos con perros y escopetas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta modalidad se practicará con las condiciones previstas en materia de perros en el artículo 34 de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se autoriza la formación de grupos de cazadores para cazar conejos, con un máximo de 10 perros y 4 escopetas. Estos no pueden juntarse con otros grupos de cazadores y, como máximo, se pueden cazar 15 conejos por grupo y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En los cotos de caza que lo notifiquen con antelación al Departamento competente en materia de caza mediante un escrito debidamente registrado, pueden formarse grupos de hasta 4 escopetas y 20 perros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El número máximo de perros no se puede superar en ningún caso, incluso si no se está practicando la caza, allí donde esté permitida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo es el comprendido entre el inicio de la caza menor general (1 de octubre) hasta el 7 de enero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.4. Cada de conejo con hurón&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta modalidad se debe practicar conforme el artículo 6.3 del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza, con las limitaciones que se establecen y con las condiciones siguientes que se especifican, para el control de la presión de la caza y en aplicación de aquello previsto en el Reglamento mencionado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Se permite la caza de conejo con hurón en los cotos de caza siempre que se tenga la autorización expresa del titular del coto para esta práctica cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Los complementos al hurón permitidos son los perros y/o escopetas y las aves de cetrería, aunque el titular del coto podrá limitar a una de estas dos prácticas su autorización. No se permite la utilización simultánea del hurón y de capillos o lazos, a no ser que se tenga autorización expresa del Departamento competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Se podrá autorizar el uso del hurón en todo tipo de terrenos y en cualquier momento del año con la solicitud previa de la persona propietaria o titular, por daños en agricultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) En cualquier caso, quien utilice el hurón deberá disponer de la licencia C3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) El periodo y los días hábiles de caza son los de caza menor en general (1 de octubre a 31 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.5. Caza con aves de cetrería&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta modalidad se debe practicar de conformidad con el artículo 6.4. del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza, con las limitaciones que se establezcan, teniendo en cuenta las indicaciones siguientes, que se fijan en concreción al anterior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Para practicar la cetrería se debe tener la licencia preceptiva y la credencial de cetrero expedida por la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, en la que consta la especie, el sexo y la anilla de las aves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Durante todo el año las aves se pueden entrenar con señuelo o con piezas de escape en los cotos con autorización de la persona que sea titular, o en los terrenos de régimen cinegético común con autorización de la persona propietaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Será obligatorio que las aves de cetrería que pertenezcan a especies exóticas vuelen con un transmisor que permita su localización en todo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) El periodo y los días hábiles de caza son los de caza menor en general. Así mismo, el conejo se puede cazar a partir del día en que se permite la caza de conejo con perros (30 de julio). En los cotos, además de los días hábiles de caza establecidos en el artículo 1.3.a, se puede cazar los lunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) En cualquier caso, quien practique la cetrería deberá disponer de la licencia C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.6. Fomento del ca eivissenc&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para revalorizar el patrimonio que supone la raza de ca eivissenc y de acuerdo con lo que establecen los artículos 34.5, 35.2 y 35.3 de la Ley 6/2006, balear de caza y pesca fluvial, así como el artículo 19 del Reglamento del Consejo de Ibiza, por el cual se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de los recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza, se declaran los días 2 y 6 de julio como hábiles para la caza con cans eivissencs que estén inscritos en el Libro genealógico y en aquellos cotos de sociedades de cazadores y cotos privados que lo notifiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.7. Caza con perros lebreles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A partir de la media veda es podrá cazar la liebre con perros lebreles, los mismos días autorizados que para cans eivissencs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.8. Caza sembrada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta modalidad debe practicarse de acuerdo con el artículo 21 del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Prohibiciones por razón de lugar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Se prohíbe practicar cualquier tipo de caza en todos los islotes y acantilados costeros de Ibiza. Se podrá autorizar la caza del conejo y controlar la población de gaviota común por daños a la flora o a la fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; En cualquier caso, para practicar la caza en el resto de espacios naturales protegidos se deberá atender a lo que disponen los correspondientes PORN y Pla rector de uso y gestión (PRUG) i a la Ley 5/2005, de 26 de mayo, de conservación de los espacios naturales de relevancia ambiental (LECO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Se prohíbe la práctica de la caza menor con escopeta dentro de la franja de 150 metros desde el límite exterior de la base del helicóptero de sa Coma, ZONA DE SEGURIDAD “SA COMA”, con el fin de garantizar la seguridad de los bienes allí existentes mientras permanezca el operativo de extinción de incendios forestales (BOIB nº 80, de fecha 1/07/2017)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Adiestramiento de perros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El adiestramiento de perros dentro de campos autorizados para esta finalidad queda condicionada a lo establecido en el artículo 10 del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el cual se aprueba la Orden General de vedas y de regulación de los recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El mal uso de un campo de adiestramiento de perros de caza podrá dar lugar a la anulación de su autorización y, de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 74.10 de la Ley 6/2006, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, cuando se perjudique la correcta ordenación del recurso cinegético de un coto, multa de 451 y 2.000 € y, accesoriamente, la suspensión temporal de la caza o la anulación del coto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Pruebas y campeonatos de caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden ser autorizados de acuerdo con el artículo 11 del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Suelta de especies cinegéticas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para la suelta de especies cinegéticas es aplicable aquello que establece en el artículo 14 del Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza, así como en la normativa de rango superior aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Municiones y prácticas prohibidas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Quedan prohibidas las municiones y los métodos indicados en el artículo 33 de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, y la Ley 3/2013, de 17 de julio, que la modifica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Se prohíbe la tenencia y el uso de munición de plomo durante el ejerció de la caza en las zonas húmedas. A los efectos, se entiende por zona húmeda cualquier paraje inundado o inundable donde la vegetación sea la propia natural de las zonas húmedas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) El cazador está obligado a recoger las vainas de los cartuchos utilizados durante la caza, inmediatamente después de haber disparado; así mismo, queda prohibido abandonar residuos durante la caza, o cazar en lugares donde haya residuos acumulados, o a menos de 15 m de estos residuos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Queda terminantemente prohibido el uso en la caza de cartuchería destinada al control de procesionaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Puestos fijos de caza del zorzal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es considera un puesto fijo de caza aquel des de donde el mismo cazador realiza más de 10 tiros seguidos, o en el que permanece a la espera más de 15 minutos. Estos puntos no pueden estar situados a menos de 100 m de las viviendas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Memoria de capturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La memoria anual de capturas de los cotos se debe entregar antes del 15 de marzo de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Documentación para el ejercicio de la caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante el ejercicio de la caza, los cazadores deben llevar la documentación preceptiva para el ejercicio de la caza exigida por la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, las personas que practiquen la caza en un coto privado, deberán llevar una autorización escrita del titular del coto correspondiente. Este documento, con el que los titulares autorizan la caza dentro sus cotos, debe contener, como mínimo, los datos que figuran en el modelo que se establece en el anexo II del Reglamento del Consejo insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden General de vedas y de regulación de los recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza. Las sociedades de cazadores podrán sustituir el soporte de la autorización mediante carnets u otros formatos que hayan entregado a sus socios, siembre que previamente notifiquen al Departamento competente en materia de caza una lista completa de los cotos donde practicaran la caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La licencia de caza es una licencia balear, expedida de forma insular, por lo que serán válidas en la isla de Ibiza, las expedidas por otros Consejos Insulares para sus respectivos residentes, y viceversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los propietarios de perros están igualmente obligados a cumplir la normativa aplicable en materia de registro, identificación y vacunación de los perros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Cesión de piezas de caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de cesión de piezas de caza entre cazadores, será necesario llevar un documento que acredite la cesión, en que consten al menos los siguientes datos: nombre, apellidos y DNI de las personas interesadas, fecha, la especie y el número de piezas que se cedan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este documento únicamente será válido fuera del terreno de caza, atendiendo que dentro este terreno y durante la acción de la caza, cada cazador podrá llevar únicamente sus piezas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Control de procesionaria con escopeta.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Para controlar la procesionaria, puede dispararse a las bolsas con escopeta, entre el 15 de noviembre y el 28 de enero, los días hábiles de caza con arma de fuego (escopeta), dentro de los terrenos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) También puede hacerse el mismo tipo de control, entre el 29 de enero y el 29 de febrero, dentro de los cotos que lo han notificado con antelación al Departamento competente en materia de caza del Consejo Insular de Ibiza mediante correo electrónico a dep.agricultura@conselldeivissa.es, en el que consten el día, la hora, la localización exacta de la actuación y la persona responsable del uso del arma de fuego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) En los terrenos cinegéticos incluidos dentro de espacios naturales protegidos, el control previsto en los apartados &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; de este artículo, queda condicionado a la autorización del organismo competente de espacios naturales, ni es necesario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) En terrenos no cinegéticos, excepto refugios de fauna, entre el 15 de noviembre y el 29 de febrero, es preceptiva la autorización de la Dirección Insular de la Administración General del Estado en Ibiza y Formentera, teléfono 971 989 055.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Cuando se realice este control en humedales, no puede ejecutarse con munición que contenga plomo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Si bien no son aplicables al control de procesionaria las normas en materia de caza referentes a zonas de seguridad, se debe actuar garantizando la seguridad de las personas y los bienes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Planes marco de ordenación de la caza en los terrenos gestionados de aprovechamiento común (libres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Se establecen los planes marco en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Los ayuntamientos que se quieran acoger al Plan Marco lo deberán notificar de forma fehaciente al Consejo Insular de Ibiza. Si no lo hacen así, ni tampoco presentan un plan técnico para los terrenos de su ámbito, quedaran como zonas inhábiles de caza, de acuerdo con el artículo 24 de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, balear e caza y pesca fluvial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) La administración competente en materia de caza generará y actualizará de oficio la cartografía de los terrenos libres de cada ámbito municipal sobre la cual se establece el Plan marco, y la comunicará a los ayuntamientos. El Consejo Insular de Ibiza podrá excluir las zonas inhábiles de caza que consideren oportunas por razones de seguridad, coherencia de ordenación y aprovechamiento cinegético. Esta información tendrá carácter público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) El contenido del Plan Marco, de acuerdo con lo que figura en el anexo I, es:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Especies cinegéticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Calendario de caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Limitaciones horarias, si es preciso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Límite máximo de capturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Modalidad de caza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Están autorizados a ejercer la caza dentro de los terrenos gestionados de aprovechamiento común adscritos a un Plan Marco, los cazadores que cuenten con la documentación que habilita a la caza, en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) El Consejo Insular de Ibiza ejercerá la tarea de vigilancia de la actividad cinegética, gestión y seguimiento administrativo, y aplicación del Plan. Aún así, podrá ceder la gestión cinegética de los terrenos al ayuntamiento o a la sociedad de cazadores local con consentimiento del ayuntamiento, previa petición. En todo caso, las entidades que gestionen estos terrenos deberán presentar para su aprobación el Plan Técnico correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actuaciones de gestión que se desarrollen sobre el territorio, como las repoblaciones, colocación de jaulas trampa para control de predadores antrópicos, colocación de bebederos y comederos entre otros, deberán con, además de las autorizaciones que procedan, con el permiso expreso del titular del terreno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) La vigencia de los Planes Marco es de un único periodo anual hábil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Infracciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento durante la práctica de la caza de les condiciones y las limitaciones establecidas en la Ley 6/2006, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial; en el Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el que se aprueba la Orden general de vedas y de regulación de recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza, y en este Decreto, atendiendo que suponen la concreción de las limitaciones y las condiciones que necesariamente y, en aplicación del reglamento mencionado, son consubstanciales a la determinación de la presión de la caza para la anualidad 2023-2024, se sanciona de conformidad con lo establecido en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Normativa supletoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo aquello que no se haya especificado en el presente Decreto, se aplica lo que disponen: la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, el Reglamento del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, por el cual se aprueba la Orden General de vedas y de regulación de los recursos cinegéticos de la isla de Ibiza; La Ley 42/2007, de 13 de diciembre, de Patrimonio Natural y Biodiversidad, y la legislación que la despliega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
