    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto que no ha sido posible notificar personalmente el acuerdo de inicio del expediente sancionador abajo referenciado, por presunta infracción de la normativa vigente de caza, Ley 3/2013, de 17 de julio, de modificación de la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, Balear de Caza y Pesca Fluvial, y modificada por la Ley 6/2007, de 27 de diciembre, de medidas tributarias y económico-administrativas. De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, a la persona interesada que se detalla en el anexo adjunto, se les notifica que: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º.- Dispone de un plazo de quince días hábiles, contados a partir del siguiente día al de la publicación de esta notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 8 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir en el ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora, para que presenten cuantas alegaciones, documentos o informaciones consideren convenientes y, en todo caso, proponer prueba concretando los medios de los que pretenda valerse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2ª.- Durante el transcurso de la tramitación de los expedientes sancionadores, las personas interesadas podrán examinarlos y conocer la identidad de la instructora y de la secretaria, a los efectos de recusación según el artículo 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se trata de una infracción tipificada como grave por la normativa vigente, sancionable con una multa de 451 a 2.000 € y posible retirada de la licencia de caza, así como inhabilitación para obtenerla durante un período de hasta dos años (art. 76.1.b); además de una indemnización por pieza capturada; todo ello de acuerdo con los artículos 69, 70 y 72 de la Ley Balear de Caza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
