    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizados los procesos selectivos de la convocatoria pública del concurso oposición por el turno libre para la cobertura de una plaza de ATRILERO/A, vacante en la plantilla de funcionarios/arias de este Ayuntamiento perteneciente a la Escala la Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios Especiales, clase personal de oficios, especialidad Atrilero/a grupo C, subgrupo C2, correspondiente a la tasa adicional de estabilización del trabajo temporal de la oferta de empleo público de 2018, publicada en el BOIB 161, de 25/12/ 2018. El concejal del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública en funciones acordó el nombramiento de las personas funcionarias que han superado este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo anterior se nombra funcionario de carrera como Atrilero de este Ayuntamiento, perteneciente a la Escala de la Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios Especiales, clase personal de oficios, especialidad Atrilero/a, Grupo C, subgrupo C2, de la plantilla de personal funcionario del Ayuntamiento de Palma a: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado (arts. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39 /2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas). También pueden interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo ( artículos 8.1, 14.1.2ª y 46.1 de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
