&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hace público, a los efectos oportunos, que mediante Decreto de la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Maó n.º 2023/DA/0002159, de 26 de mayo, se ha convocado el proceso de inscripción para participar en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las fiestas del término municipal de Maó del año 2023 y se han aprobado las bases reguladoras, las cuales se adjuntan a continuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases del proceso de inscripción para participar en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las fiestas del término municipal de Maó del año 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es regular el proceso de preinscripción para poder participar en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las fiestas del término municipal de Maó que organiza el Ayuntamiento de Maó y que se celebrarán en los días siguientes: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Llucmaçanes (fiestas de Sant Gaietà): 5 y 6 de agosto de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Sant Climent (fiestas de Sant Climent): 19 y 20 de agosto de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Maó (fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Gracia): 7 y 8 de septiembre de 2023 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 2. Requisitos generales de las personas solicitantes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Pueden presentar solicitud de preinscripción las personas físicas mayores de 12 años interesadas en participar en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las fiestas del término municipal de Maó del año y que cumplan alguno de los requisitos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Ser miembro de la Junta de Caixers de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Estar empadronada en el término municipal de Maó, como mínimo, tres meses antes del final de la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Ser natural de Maó y estar empadronada en otro municipio, sea o no de Menorca, siempre que no estén apuntadas ni deban salir en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de estos pueblos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Ser payés o payesa y trabajar en el término municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Haber recibido una invitación para participar en la misma, por parte del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;caixer batle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;caixera batlessa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a propuesta de la Junta de Caixers de Maó, o por decisión personal suya, o por parte de las asociaciones de vecinos de los pueblos de Llucmaçanes y Sant Climent, en sus respectivas fiestas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Para poder participar en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de Llucmaçanes y Sant Climent, las personas solicitantes, a excepción de los miembros de la Junta de Caixers, además de cumplir los requisitos establecidos en el apartado anterior, deberán atenerse a lo dispuesto en la base quinta. Este apartado no es de aplicación a las personas que participen en las mismas conforme al subapartado e) del apartado anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Ninguna persona podrá ser discriminada de participar de las fiestas por razón de origen, genero, creencia, opinión o cualquier otra condición o circunstancia personal o social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Las circunstancias que generan el derecho de solicitud de preinscripción deben mantenerse hasta que se acabe la fiesta en que se solicita participar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Excepcionalmente, el requisito de edad debe cumplirse, como máximo, el mismo día de inicio de la celebración en la que se solicita participar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Quedan excluidas de participar en esta convocatoria las personas en quienes concurra alguna de las circunstancias siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Haber participado en simulaciones de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;jaleos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; fuera de las establecidas en el artículo 36.1 y 36.3 de los Protocolos de las fiestas patronales del término municipal de Maó, durante el año anterior a la publicación de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Haber sido sancionada, de manera firme, a no poder salir en ninguna &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colcada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del término municipal de Maó, conforme al régimen disciplinario de los citados Protocolos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Estar inhabilitada judicialmente, de manera firme, para el ejercicio de profesión, oficio o comercio que tenga relación con los animales y para la tenencia de animales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 3. Forma y plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las solicitudes se llevarán a cabo entre el 5 y el 30 de junio de 2023 (ambos inclusive) en los siguientes lugares: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Sede electrónica municipal (www.carpetaciutadana.org), mediante el trámite electrónico específico habilitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. En las oficinas del Servicio Municipal de Cultura (Claustre del Carme, s/n, 1r piso -entrada por pl. de la Miranda). Horario: de lunes a viernes, de 10.00 a 14.00 h, y las tardes de los días 20, 22, 27 y 29 de junio, de 16.00 a 20.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. En cualquiera de los registros establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2014, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Conforme al artículo 69 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, las personas interesadas podrán declarar responsablemente que están en posesión de la documentación prevista en las letras c), d) y e) del apartado anterior, que la pondrá a disposición del Ayuntamiento cuando le sea requerida y que se compromete a mantenerla hasta que &amp;nbsp;concluyan las fiestas, lo cual les eximirá de presentarla en el momento de la solicitud. No obstante, las personas interesadas en participar en el sorteo y que quieran hacer uso de los derechos que se reservan a las personas con caballo propio deberán presentar la documentación descrita en el apartado c). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Excepcionalmente, podrán comunicarse al Ayuntamiento los cambios de caballo/s y presentar, excepto si la persona interesada se acoge al régimen de declaración responsable previsto en el apartado anterior, la documentación estipulada en las letras c), d) y e), hasta el día 31 de julio de 2023, en el caso de Llucmaçanes; hasta el 14 de agosto 2023, en el caso de Sant Climent; y hasta el 31 de agosto 2023, en el caso de Maó. En estos casos, la participación efectiva de la persona solicitante quedará condicionada al cumplimiento de este requisito. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Las solicitudes de preinscripción de las personas menores de edad deberán ser presentadas por sus representantes legales (progenitores, tutores/as, etc.), que se hacen responsables de su participación en las fiestas. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Las solicitudes citadas en el apartado anterior deberán aportar, aparte de la documentación general requerida, la documentación siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Autorización de participación de personas menores de edad en las colcades de las fiestas, según el modelo normalizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Documento acreditativo de la identidad de la persona o personas representantes legales (DNI, NIE, pasaporte). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La minoría de edad se computa en el momento de formalizar la solicitud, independientemente de que la circunstancia se extingue entre ese día y el de la celebración de la fiesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 4. Procedimiento y órganos para resolver&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Una vez concluido el plazo de inscripción, la persona responsable del departamento de Fiestas o quien la sustituya, que actuará como instructora del expediente, llevará a cabo una primera verificación de las solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A continuación, presentará un informe a la Junta de Caixers de Maó, con las solicitudes presentadas, al objeto de su admisión o desestimación, conforme al artículo 36.2 de los Protocolos de las fiestas del término municipal de Maó, con la finalidad de que, en caso de existir defectos en la inscripción o de tener constancia de algún hecho que impida la participación, se notifique a la persona afectada para que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, pueda presentar las alegaciones que considere oportunas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El listado de personas admitidas o excluidas será aprobado por el alcalde, mediante el correspondiente decreto de Alcaldía, y publicado en el tablón de edictos electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Maó. Este acto pondrá fin a la vía administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Las personas a quienes se les haya desestimado la inscripción podrán interponer un recurso de reposición, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del decreto. Se efectuará notificación por publicación, conforme al artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, al tratarse de un acto que tiene por destinatarios a una pluralidad indeterminada de personas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Las personas admitidas serán invitadas por el Ayuntamiento, ya sea en nombre propio o en concurrencia con la asociación de vecinos correspondiente, a participar directamente en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colcada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 5. Procedimiento específico para las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de Sant Climent y Llucmaçanes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Para participar en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de Sant Climent y Llucmaçanes, las personas solicitantes (a excepción de los miembros de la Junta de Caixers y los invitados directos), además de cumplir alguno de los requisitos establecidos a la base segunda, deberán cumplir uno de los requisitos siguientes, los cuales se deberán hacer constar en el escrito de solicitud: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Estar empadronada en el pueblo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Participar y resultar escogida en el sorteo que se describe seguidamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El sorteo será único para todas las tandas y fiestas; las personas interesadas que participen en el mismo podrán resultar escogidas para alguna de estas cuatro opciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Fiestas de Llucmaçanes, sábado tarde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Fiestas de Llucmaçanes, domingo mañana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Fiestas de Sant Climent, sábado tarde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Fiestas de Sant Climent, domingo mañana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Se podrán apuntar al sorteo dos personas juntas, para hacer tanda en la misma fiesta; esto es: una, el sábado; y la otra, el domingo. En este caso, la pareja de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavaller/cavalleressa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; solo tendrá un número de sorteo. En caso de que, en el momento en que salgan elegidos, uno de los dos días de la fiesta ya esté con la lista completa, los miembros de una pareja podrán elegir salir en fiestas separadas. Para apuntarse en pareja, hará falta que ambas personas tengan caballo propio. Si una de las dos personas se apunta con caballo de alquiler, ambas pasarán al sorteo correspondiente a las personas participantes con caballo de alquiler. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Se considera “caballo propio” solo la propiedad del caballo con el que se debe salir a la fiesta, no la propiedad de otros caballos. Será obligatorio salir con el caballo propio inscrito, o, en caso de cambio, con otro caballo, que también deberá ser propio. Se admitirá como propio un caballo de otra persona propietaria, siempre que se mantenga con esta un parentesco de primer grado: pare/madre-hijo/a, hermano/a, suegro-a, yerno/nuera o cónyuge. Para certificar la propiedad del caballo y/o la autorización de movimiento del animal, se deberá presentar la documentación requerida; en todo caso, la documentación para demostrar la propiedad del caballo se deberá presentar 2 días antes de la realización de los sorteos de Llucmaçanes y Sant Climent. En caso de no hacerse así, se considerarán directamente como personas “no propietarias”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Una vez verificadas las solicitudes y, en su caso, presentadas las alegaciones que se consideren oportunas, por existir defectos en la inscripción o tener constancia de algún hecho que impida la participación, tal y como establece la cláusula anterior, se realizará el sorteo, que se llevará a cabo en una convocatoria específica de la Junta de Caixers, abierta al público, que tendrá lugar en el Salón de Actos del Ayuntamiento de Maó, el día y a la hora que se anuncien oportunamente. Las personas interesadas deberán asistir al mismo para que, en caso de resultar escogidas, puedan elegir la tanda y la fiesta en la cual quieren participar. También se podrá delegar esta elección en cualquier otra persona, la cual deberá presentar el modelo normalizado de delegación y la copia del DNI de la persona interesada en el momento de iniciarse el sorteo. En caso de que alguna persona interesada resulte ganadora y no asista al acto, ni delegue asistencia en alguna otra persona, el Ayuntamiento le asignará de oficio una tanda y fiesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El orden del sorteo será el siguiente: las personas preinscritas propietarias de caballo se sortearán primero, y así tendrán preferencia a la hora de ocupar plaza en las diferentes fiestas. Posteriormente, se sortearán únicamente aquellas personas preinscritas que no sean propietarias de caballo y que hayan hecho saber su voluntad de participar en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En caso de que, después de haber asignado una tanda y una fiesta a todas las personas interesadas, todavía quedaran plazas vacantes para alguna de las tandas y fiestas, se procedería a efectuar sucesivos sorteos en los términos establecidos anteriormente, hasta que se ocupen todas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Las personas asistentes podrán, si se da el caso, cambiar entre ellas el orden de preferencia, según su resultado. Este hecho será comunicado, por escrito, al Ayuntamiento de Maó, durante un plazo &amp;nbsp;máximo de 3 días hábiles posteriores a la celebración del sorteo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. En caso de baja de una persona participante escogida por sorteo, ocupará su lugar la persona suplente correspondiente, por orden de sorteo. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. En el supuesto de que, eventualmente, algún otro municipio invite al Ayuntamiento de Maó a designar un/a o varios/as &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavallers/cavalleresses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de Maó para representar al municipio en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colcada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del municipio en cuestión, estos lugares también entrarán en el mismo sorteo, el cual se llevará a cabo, igualmente, por tandas separadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 6. Obligaciones de las personas aceptadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las personas aceptadas en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colcada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Gracia lo son para salir en la víspera de la fiesta, 7 de septiembre, y en la mañana del día de la fiesta, 8 de septiembre. Las personas que soliciten la participación directa en las fiestas de los pueblos de Llucmaçanes y Sant Climent por razón de residencia en los núcleos lo hacen para salir en los dos días de la fiesta en cuestión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La participación a la comitiva de la tarde del día 8 es de carácter voluntario y reservada a la Junta de Caixers y a las personas empadronadas en Maó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En caso de no poder o no querer participar en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colcada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en una de las dos salidas obligatorias, las personas afectadas podrán, en el momento de la solicitud: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Solicitar la excepción en el momento de la solicitud, ante la Junta de Caixers, la cual decidirá sobre cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Apuntarse conjuntamente dos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavallers/eresses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (“hacer tanda”). Cuando solo quieran o puedan salir en una tanda lo podrán hacer, siempre que la otra tanda esté cubierta por otra persona en las mismas circunstancias. Excepcionalmente, las personas solicitantes en las fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Gracia que quieran hacer tanda con otro/a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavaller/essa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; lo pueden comunicar hasta el día 24 de agosto de 2023. Pasada esta fecha, no se admitirán cambios en este sentido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Todas las comunicaciones referentes a cambios o bajas en la inscripción se deberán hacer por escrito. En caso contrario, no se considerarán válidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 7. Ayudas a la participación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para incentivar la participación, se establece un conjunto de ayudas en metálico, al emparo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 30.7 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y restante normativa de aplicación, conforme a los condicionantes siguientes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ayudar económicamente en los gastos (herraduras, veterinario/a, vestimenta, seguros, etc.), que supone la participación en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las fiestas del término municipal de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Finalidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Incentivar la participación en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;colcades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de las fiestas de Llucmaçanes, Sant Climent y Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Líneas de ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ayudas a la participación en las fiestas de Llucmaçanes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ayudas a la participación en las fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Gracia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea 4. Deceso del caballo ocurrido durante alguna de las celebraciones o necesidad de subministro de medicamentos hasta las 48 horas posteriores a la celebración de la fiesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Partida presupuestaria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D01 3380 4810022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Importe máximo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.000,00 €. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea 2. Ayudas a la participación en las fiestas de Sant Climent: 40,00 euros por tanda y entrega de una cucharilla de plata a las personas participantes del domingo de fiestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea 3. Ayudas a la participación en las fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Gracia: 40,00 euros por tanda y entrega de una cucharilla de plata a las personas participantes del domingo de fiestas y a las personas participantes en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Corregudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Deceso del caballo ocurrido durante alguna de las celebraciones o medicamentos necesarios parar sanarlo: 1.000,00 euros por deceso de caballo y/o el importe justificado de los medicamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La solicitud de ayuda se realiza de manera automática en el momento de la inscripción. En la línea cuarta se requerirá certificado del veterinario/a titular, que corrobore que la atención es motivada por la participación del animal a la fiesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Comisión de valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el concejal/a competente en materia de Fiestas, que la presidirá; el jefe de unidad del Servicio Municipal de Cultura, la cronista archivera municipal y un/a administrativo/a del Servicio Municipal de Cultura, que actuarán como vocales, y un/a administrativo/a del Servicio Municipal de Cultura, que actuará como secretario/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Órgano resolutivo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;alcalde/esa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Plazo y lugar de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Entre el 5 y el 30 junio de 2023 (ambos inclusive), en el momento de solicitar la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Plazo de resolución y publicación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30 días naturales desde el final de la fiesta en que se ha participado y ha generado el derecho a la ayuda. La resolución se publicará en el tablón de edictos electrónico municipal. Se irá resolviendo por orden cronológico de las diferentes fiestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m) Forma y plazo de justificación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Servicio Municipal de Cultura comprobará de oficio aquellas personas que hayan participado de manera efectiva en cada una de las fiestas. A continuación, será aprobada la resolución de Alcaldía, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n) Documentos e informaciones que deben acompañar la solicitud: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los que se relacionan en el apartado segundo del artículo 3 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o) Criterios objetivo de valoración de las solicitudes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para las líneas 1, 2 y 3, se tendrá en cuenta únicamente el criterio de participación efectiva, conforme a lo que dispone el subapartado m) anterior. Para la línea 4, aparte de los requisitos anteriores, se requerirá la presentación de un certificado del veterinario/a titular, que corrobore que la atención sea motivada por la participación del animal. En ambos casos solo se contabilizarán las circunstancias que ocurran en las 48 horas posteriores al final de la fiesta. Se concederán ayudas hasta el agotamiento de los fondos. No se establece un importe máximo por línea y, en todo caso, se entiende que el importe máximo sea de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;p) Medio de notificación o publicación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se efectuará notificación por publicación, conforme al art. 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, por tratarse de un acto que tiene por destinatarios a una pluralidad indeterminada de personas, en el tablón de edictos electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;q) Recurso o recursos que proceda interponer contra la desestimación expresa o presunta: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas solicitantes podrán interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del decreto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 8. Servicios de veterinario/a y herrero/a de guardia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Durante la fiesta, los gastos veterinarios, de medicamentos, etc., serán por cuenta del Ayuntamiento, a través del contrato celebrado con uno o más veterinarios/as. Sus funciones asumidas, resumidamente, serán son las de atención veterinaria urgente de los animales presentes en la fiesta, en caso de que sea necesaria, por patologías u otras circunstancias derivadas de su participación en la fiesta. Esta atención incluye todos los materiales, enseres, utensilios y medicamentos (excepto fluidoterapia). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Asimismo, lo serán los gastos de herrado de urgencia de los caballos que se produzcan estrictamente durante el desarrollo de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colcada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, por medio del contrato celebrado con un herrero/a. No se considera incluido en este servicio el herrado que sea consecuencia clara y evidente del deterioro o mal estado de las herraduras, previo a la participación en la fiesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 9. Curso de preparación para participantes noveles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavallers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavalleresses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que participen por primer o segundo año en las fiestas deberán participar en el curso de preparación que organiza el Ayuntamiento. Al efecto, serán convocados/as oportunamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En esta convocatoria los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavallers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavalleresses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que participen por primer año podrán solicitar formar de la comitiva que reparte el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;aigua-ros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en el geriátrico y el hospital el sábado de Gracia por la mañana. Su presencia se sorteará para cubrir las plazas disponibles de las cuales no haya querido hacer uso la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 10. Horarios y recorridos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Maó establecerá, mediante la correspondiente resolución de Alcaldía, los recorridos de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colcada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (incluidos los de entrada y salida de caballos y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavallers/eresses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la ciudad o pueblo) y el ámbito temporal de la celebración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 11. Seguros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Ayuntamiento, como organizador de las fiestas, tiene subscrito un seguro de responsabilidad civil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Asimismo, el Ayuntamiento subscribe un seguro de accidentes para los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cavallers &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; cavalleresses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; durante los días de las fiestas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 12.
