    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por acuerdo de Pleno se aprobó provisionalmente la Ordenanza, visto que no se han presentado alegaciones, el texto se considera definitivamente aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seguidos pues todos los trámites reglamentarios, se publica el texto íntegro de la Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ORDENANZA PARA EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE UN PRECIO PÚBLICO PARA LA VENTA DE LOS LIBROS «HISTORIA DE SÓLLER»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 1º. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Concepto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 41 y siguientes del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, de las haciendas locales, se establece el precio público por el servicio de venta de los libros «Historia de Sóller», determinando los criterios y las cuantías que se aplicarán por esta exacción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 2º. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Hecho imponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituye el hecho imponible la prestación del servicio de venta de los libros "Historia de Sóller".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 3º. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sujetos pasivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Están obligados al pago del precio público las personas físicas o jurídicas, y las entidades a las que se refiere el artículo 35.4 de la Ley General Tributaria que reciban el citado libro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 4º. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Precios aplicables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía del precio público queda fijada en 86,54 (iva excluido) para los tres libros «Historia de Sóller»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 5º. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Normas de gestión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez entre en vigor esta Ordenanza, se podrán poner a la venta los libros citados directamente por el propio Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 6º. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cobro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago se realizará en el momento de la entrega del libro, publicación o material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposición final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en Boletín Oficial de la CAIB, manteniéndose vigente hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
