    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 27 de abril de 2023, aprobó con carácter inicial, la modificación presupuestaria nº 6/2023 bajo la modalidad de Suplementos de Crédito financiados con el remanente de Tesorería para gastos generales del ejercicio anterior, que afecta al vigente Presupuesto Ordinario de esta Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De conformidad con los artículos 177.2 y 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de Haciendas Locales, el expediente se ha publicado en el BOIB nº 57 de 4 de mayo de 2023, anuncio 4029, y ha estado expuesto al público durante 15 días hábiles en las oficinas de Intervención, durante los cuales, los interesados, no han presentado reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
