&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante Resolución de la Dirección gerencia de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública de 11 de mayo de 2023 se aprobó la convocatoria del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de inspector del cuerpo de policía local para el año 2023 (BOIB n.º 62, de 13 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La base 4ª de la mencionada convocatoria otorgó un plazo de 7 días a los ayuntamientos que hubieran convocado procesos selectivos para acceder a la categoría de inspector de policía local, para que presentaran una solicitud en el plazo de 7 días desde su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otro lado, la base 1ª del citado acto administrativo dispone que atendida la solicitud realizada por el Ayuntamiento de Palma en fecha 4 de mayo de 2023, la EBAP inscribirá de oficio al sr. Luís Pérez Sánchez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Dado que en el plazo establecido no constan más solicitudes de participación en el curso y que este empieza el 1 de junio de 2023, se tiene que adjudicar una plaza a la siguiente persona, la cual tiene que ser nombrada funcionaria en prácticas por su respectivo ayuntamiento con anterioridad al inicio del curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los artículos 177 y siguientes del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e igualdad, de 11 de mayo por la cual se aprueba el contenido, el desarrollo, la metodología, la duración, la evaluación y el régimen interno del curso de capacitación para el acceso a la categoría de inspector de policía local (BOIB n.º 62, de 13 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Resolución de la Dirección gerencia de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, de 11 de mayo, por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de inspector del cuerpo de policía local para el año 2023 y se modifica la base tercera de la Resolución de 11 de abril por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de subinspector del cuerpo de policía local para el año 2023 (BOIB n.º 62, de 13 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Los artículos 4.1 y 5.9 de los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, aprobados por el Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, así como la letra c) del artículo 10.2, el artículo 12.1 y las letras j) y m) del artículo 12.5 de los Estatutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprobar la adjudicación de una plaza para el curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de inspector del cuerpo de policía local para el año 2023, de conformidad con el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;y en la sede electrónica de la EBAP (http://ebap.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, en los litigios entre administraciones públicas no se pueden interponer recursos en vía administrativa. Sin embargo, cuando se interpone un recurso contencioso-administrativo contra otra administración, se puede requerir previamente que se anule o se revoque el acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
