Beneficarios</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Pueden solicitar subvenciones en el marco de esta convocatoria, las instituciones y entidades siguientes:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Línea 1(mínimis): Asociaciones, fundaciones y otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro con ámbito de actuación insular/local, corporaciones de derecho público que tengan como finalidad la promoción y la defensa de los intereses generales del comercio y se la industria con ámbito de actuación insular, asociaciones, federaciones y confederaciones de asociaciones empresariales del pequeño y medio comercio con ámbito de actuación insular y cooperativas sin ánimo de lucro, de acuerdo con la disposición adicional primera de la Ley 27/1999 de cooperativas, de ámbito insular, cofradías de pescadores.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Línea 2: Ayuntamientos de la isla de Mallorca y entidades locales menores.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Línea 3 (mínimis): Microempresas, cooperativas con ánimo de lucro y sociedades agrarias de transformación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">Segundo. Objeto</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">El objeto de esta convocatoria es el fomento de actuaciones y proyectos de iniciativa pública y privada de interés público para la promoción del pequeño comercio y del producto local de Mallorca.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">La finalidad es promover la realización de actividades dirigidas a activar el tejido empresarial de raíz local, así como, la ejecución de proyectos coherentes y compatibles con los modelos de economía sostenible que incentiven los sectores productivos locales de Mallorca e impulsar las acciones de dinamización del comercio y de los productos de proximidad, la empresa local y el comercio tradicional y, en general, el llamado producto de circuito corto y todo lo que lo rodea.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">El producto local considerado como<span style="display:none">&lt;A[como|cómo]&gt;</span> el bien producido, elaborado o transformado en Mallorca y que se asocia a la forma de ser y de hacer de nuestra isla, el pequeño comercio, y el tradicional, debe ser la finalidad del fomento de esta convocatòria, con el fin de incentivar el crecimiento como economía local y diversificar los sectores empresariales de la isla en torno a la producción isleña y crear imagen de producto propio y fortalecerlo dentro del mercado isleño.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">Tercero.
