&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 1 de diciembre de 2022 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 156 la Convocatoria de subvenciones para fomentar la movilidad sostenible de las producciones audiovisuales en Mallorca, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia (PRTR) financiado por la Unión Europea – NextGenerationEU, a partir de ahora, la &lt;em&gt;Convocatoria&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Una vez publicada la Convocatoria i según el informe técnico, se han detectado las siguientes incidencias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) La Convocatoria no respeta el principio DSNH por el cual los fondos NextGenerationEU no pueden financiar actividades relacionadas con los combustibles fósiles.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;2) La Convocatoria excluía una parte importante del sector audiovisual, cuando esta no era la intención de la Convocatoria que, en su &lt;em&gt;punto 1. Objeto&lt;/em&gt; especifica que su finalidad es impulsar la transición de las producciones audiovisuales de la isla de Mallorca hacia la sostenibilidad, en un sentido amplio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar la Convocatoria de subvenciones para fomentar la movilidad sostenible de las producciones audiovisuales en Mallorca en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea – NextGenerationEU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 5.1 Pueden ser beneficiarios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se añaden los siguientes apartados:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Personas físicas o jurídicas dadas de alta en otros epígrafes distintos del 961 del IAE (producción audiovisual) y con sede social en Mallorca, al menos un año antes de la publicación de la Convocatoria en el BOIB y, concretamente, los siguientes:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Epígrafe 844 – Servicios de publicidad, relaciones públicas y similares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Epígrafe 854.1 – Alquiler de vehículos sin conductor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Epígrafe 677.9 – Otros servicios de alimentación propios de la restauración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Las personas físicas o jurídicas que cumplan el requisito anterior deben demostrar su relación con el sector audiovisual, como sigue:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1- Alta en una asociación profesional del sector audiovisual mallorquín, al menos&amp;nbsp;un año antes de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2- Relación de producciones audiovisuales y/o clientes a los que ha dado servicio&amp;nbsp;el último año de actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 5.3 Acreditación de los requisitos de los beneficiarios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cambia todo el apartado, como sigue:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los beneficiarios deben acreditar, cuando proceda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Su alta vigente en los epígrafes del IAE mencionados en el punto 5.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) En caso de estar dados de alta en el epígrafe 961 del IAE deben acreditar su&amp;nbsp;condición de empresa de producción audiovisual independiente. En el resto de casos deben acreditar su relación con el sector audiovisual, tal y como se&amp;nbsp;especifica en el punto 5.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Que poseen su sede social en Mallorca, al menos un año antes de la publicación&amp;nbsp;de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;BOIB&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Las personas físicas o jurídicas que realicen alguna actividad económica, por la cual ofrezcan bienes o servicios al mercado, y las empresas deben estar &amp;nbsp; sometidos a los requisitos y límites establecidos en el Reglamento (UE) núm. 1407/2103 de la Comisión, de 18 de diciembre de 2013, relativo a la aplicación&amp;nbsp;de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea en&amp;nbsp;las ayudas de minimis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 6. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se eliminan del texto original los vehículos con clasificación ambiental “ECO” o “C” y, por tanto, queda así:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las siguientes actuaciones tienen la consideración de gastos subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La adquisición directa, o por medio de contrato de financiación por leasing financiero o de arrendamiento por renting con una duración mínima de dos años, de vehículos nuevos que reúnan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estén clasificados con las categorías M1, N1 y N2 (turismos, furgonetas y camiones ligeros) en la ficha de inspección técnica del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Cuenten con la categoría de clasificación ambiental “Cero emisiones”, tal y como se define en los Anexos II y XI del Reglamento General de Vehículos, aprobado mediante Decreto 2822/1988, de 23 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Estén matriculados por primera vez en España a nombre del destinatario último de la ayuda, salvo en el caso de leasing o renting para los que el arrendatario del vehículo será el beneficiario de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Se destinen al transporte de personas o material técnico de producciones audiovisuales en Mallorca durante un período de tiempo no inferior a dos años, compromiso que acreditarán con una declaración responsable (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Deberán transcurrir un mínimo de dos años desde la compra para ejercer la facultad de venta del vehículo, compromiso que se acreditará con una declaración responsable (Anexo I). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) La fecha de compraventa, de matriculación, de facturación y el pago del precio del vehículo, incluido el abono de posibles cantidades a cuenta, o bajo cualquier otro concepto, deberá ser posterior al 1 de abril de 2022 y anterior al 30 de junio de 2024, tal y como se recoge en el punto 7.2 de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La contratación de vehículos de alquiler, siempre y cuando se cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estén clasificados con las categorías M1, N1 y N2 (turismos, furgonetas y camiones ligeros) en la ficha de inspección técnica del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Cuenten con la categoría de clasificación ambiental “Cero emisiones”, tal y como se define en los Anexos II y XI del Reglamento General de Vehículos, aprobado mediante Decreto 2822/1988, de 23 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Se destinen al transporte de personas o material técnico de producciones audiovisuales concretas en Mallorca, hecho que acreditarán en la solicitud, Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Las fechas de alquiler del vehículo/s deben coincidir con las fechas de un rodaje concreto, a cargo del beneficiario, y siempre entre 1 de abril de 2022 y el 30 de junio de 2024, tal y como se recoge en el punto 7.2 de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 7. Importe de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El &lt;strong&gt;importe máximo subvencionable &lt;/strong&gt;es de un máximo del 75% del coste de adquisiciones y un máximo del 40% del coste de alquileres; con una cantidad total máxima de cincuenta mil euros, IVA no incluido (50.000 €, sin IVA) por beneficiario y convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el caso de &lt;strong&gt;adquisiciones&lt;/strong&gt;, el importe máximo subvencionable se ajustará a la siguiente relación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se trata de vehículos con la clasificación ambiental “C” y Euro 6: 50% del importe de adquisición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se trata de vehículos con la clasificación ambiental “ECO”: 65%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se trata de vehículos con la clasificación ambiental “Cero emisiones”: 75%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En el caso de &lt;strong&gt;alquileres&lt;/strong&gt;, el importe máximo subvencionable se ajustará a la siguiente relación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se trata de vehículos con la clasificación ambiental “C” y Euro 6: 30% del importe de adquisición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se trata de vehículos con la clasificación ambiental “ECO”: 35%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se trata de vehículos con la clasificación ambiental “Cero emisiones”: 40%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Queda así:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El &lt;strong&gt;importe máximo subvencionable &lt;/strong&gt;es de un 75% del coste de adquisiciones y un 40% del coste de alquileres; con una cantidad total máxima de cincuenta mil euros, IVA no incluido (50.000 €, sin IVA) por beneficiario y convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 8.2. Con la solicitud hay que presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Documentos acreditativos que se deben adjuntar a la solicitud, para acreditar &amp;nbsp; los requisitos de los beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable de la condición de empresa de producción audiovisual independiente, indicando que el volumen de facturación a una misma empresa prestadora de servicios de comunicación audiovisual en los tres últimos ejercicios &lt;/span&gt;fiscales no ha superado el 90% de su volumen de facturación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Escritura pública de constitución, donde se especifique el domicilio social de la empresa beneficiaria o certificado de residencia de la persona física beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado de estar dado de alta en los epígrafes del grupo 961 del IAE (producción audiovisual)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(…)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Queda así:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Documentos acreditativos que se deben adjuntar a la solicitud, para acreditar los requisitos de los beneficiarios, cuando proceda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable de la condición de empresa de producción audiovisual independiente, indicando que el volumen de facturación a una misma empresa prestadora de servicios de comunicación audiovisual en los tres últimos ejercicios &lt;/span&gt;fiscales no ha superado el 90% de su volumen de facturación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;O bien, si no se trata de una productora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1- Comprobante de alta en una asociación profesional del sector audiovisual mallorquín, al menos un año antes de la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;BOIB.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2- Relación de producciones audiovisuales y clientes a los que ha dado servicio durante el último año de actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="2"&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Escritura pública de constitución, donde se especifique el domicilio social de la empresa beneficiaria o certificado de residencia de la persona física beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado de estar dado de alta en los epígrafes especificados en el punto 5.1 de la Convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Acordar que esta modificación es aplicable con carácter retroactivo des de la publicación del extracto de la Convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con el artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas y el artículo 66.2 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el juzgado contencioso administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación del recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada, se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el juzgado contencioso administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de seis meses, a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta, que se produce tres meses después de interponer el recurso de alzada sin que se haya notificado la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno. Todo esto de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
