    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 67 de 20 de mayo de 2023 se publicó la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de día 17 de mayo de 2023, por la que se hace pública la composición definitiva de los tribunales del cuerpo de maestros, se designan los coordinadores y los miembros de la comisión de valoración que han de actuar en los procedimientos selectivos convocados por Resolución de 1 de febrero de 2023, para las pruebas selectivas de ingreso, acceso y adquisición de nuevas especialidades a los cuerpos docentes, se convocan los tribunales titulares a una sesión formativa, se distribuyen los aspirantes entre los tribunales del cuerpo y especialidades correspondientes y se les convoca al acto de presentación, a la parte A y a la parte B de la primera prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La base 5.3 de la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 1 de febrero de 2023 establece que los tribunales han de estar formados por un nombre impar de miembros, no inferior a cinco, y se debe asignar, como mínimo, el mismo número de miembros suplentes. Asimismo, esta base indica que los tribunales están constituidos por un mínimo de cuatro vocales designados por sorteo entre funcionarios de carrera de los cuerpos de funcionarios docentes en servicio activo en el ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears, de los cuerpos de subgrupo de clasificación igual o superior al cuerpo al que optan los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Detectado un error, se han estimado tres alegaciones presentadas en tiempo y forma por diferentes vocales del tribunal número 3 del cuerpo de maestros de la especialidad de audición y lenguaje, y por tanto es necesario modificar la composición de este tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el anexo 2 de la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 17 de mayo de 2023 en el sentido de modificar los nombramientos definitivos de los miembros del tribunal número 3 del cuerpo de maestros de la especialidad de audición y lenguaje que pasa a tener la composición siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la directora general de Personal Docente en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124, de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y los artículos 25.5 y 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
