32279 338154 32280 2023-05-22 CAIB es CAIB 2023-05-30 2023-05-30 673783 CAIB text/html ![CDATA[Nombrar funcionario de carrera a los aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo para la provisión de 4 plazas de Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia]] 110 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#333333">En fecha 17 de mayo del 2023 se emitió Decreto n.º 2023-0703 mediante el cual se nombró funcionario de carrera a los aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo para la provisión de 4 plazas de Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia, por el sistema de acceso de turno libre y procedimiento de selección por oposición, que a continuación se transcribe:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#333333">La Resolución de Alcaldía número 1.998/2020, de fecha 30 de octubre de 2020, aprobó la convocatoria y las bases que regirán el proceso selectivo para proveer, como personal funcionario de carrera, 4 plazas de Policía Local, vacantes y dotadas presupuestariamente, correspondientes a las Ofertas de Ocupación Pública de los años 2018 y 2019, por el sistema de acceso de turno libre y procedimiento de selección por oposición. Estas plazas se encuentran encuadradas a la plantilla de personal funcionario, escala de Administración Especial, Subescala de Servicios Especiales, Clases Policía Local, Grupo de clasificación C1, para cubrir el puesto de trabajo de Agente de la Policía Local, la cual fue objeto de publicación en fecha 03 de noviembre de 2020 en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia, (http://www.alcudia.net/ajuntament/ca/), así como en el BOIB 189/2020, de 3 de noviembre, a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#333333">En fecha 09 de noviembre de 2020 fue objeto de publicación en el BOE (295/2020) la convocatoria del procedimiento selectivo para la provisión de cuatro plazas de Policía Local, concediendo un plazo de veinte días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria al BOE, para la presentación de solicitudes de participación.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#333333">Una vez desarrollado el procedimiento selectivo, y de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por el Tribunal Calificador, esta Alcaldía mediante resolución n.º 129/2022, de fecha 28 de enero de 2022, aprobó la relación de aspirantes que superaron el proceso selectivo y que fueron nombrados como personal funcionario en prácticas el 18 de febrero de 2022 por Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2022/245.</span></span></span></span></p> <table align="center" border="1" cellspacing="0" class="Table" style="border-collapse:collapse; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">En fecha 25 de enero de 2023 se ha recibido informe del Instituto de Seguridad Pública de las Islas Baleares, órgano dependiente de la Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e igualdad, en que se informa de las repercusiones jurídicas de la no superación del curso de capacitación, en el cual se indica en la parte conclusiva que decae en su derecho a ser nombrado funcionario de carrera y su situación administrativa de funcionario en prácticas.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía número 2023/175, de fecha 2 de febrero de 2023, se declaró la extinción del periodo de prácticas en el municipio y el cese como funcionario de prácticas del señor Fernando Sancho Tomás, con DNI **3887**, atendida la no superación del 43.º curso de capacitación impartido por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, con fecha de efectos de 20 de diciembre de 2022.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">El periodo de prácticas tenía una duración de seis meses, y una vez finalizado, se ha emitido informe técnico de valoración de la fase de prácticas por parte del subinspector del cuerpo de la policía local d´Alcúdia en fecha 30 de marzo de 2023, en lo referente al señor Stefan Johann Mayol Greil y al señor José Manuel Ogazón Vela, y en fecha 12 de diciembre de 2022, en lo referente al señor Víctor Muñoz González, con el resultado de apto de los tres aspirantes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">En vista de estos informes, el Tribunal Calificador ha emitido acta, de fecha 24 de abril de 2023, elevando propuesta de nombramiento de personal funcionario de carrera, de la categoría profesional de Policía Local, escala de administración especial, subescala de servicios especiales, a los aspirantes siguientes y con el orden de prelación que se indica:</span></span></span></p> <table align="center" border="1" cellspacing="0" class="Table" style="border-collapse:collapse; line-height:115%">. - Una vez publicado el nombramiento, para adquirir la condición de funcionario de carrera se tiene que efectuar el juramento o la promesa de acatar la Constitución, el Estatuto de autonomía de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y el ordenamiento vigente y tomar posesión en el plazo reglamentario.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">La toma de posesión se tiene que efectuar ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de tres días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Antes de tomar posesión, la persona interesada tiene que hacer constar que no ocupa ningún puesto de trabajo ni que hace ninguna actividad en el sector público de las que se comprenden en el artículo 1 de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas.
