&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 8 de mayo de 2023 los miembros de la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio Colectivo del Sector del Comercio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares se reunieron para aprobar y acordar las tablas salariales por los años 2023 y 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 12 de mayo de 2023, Antonio Font Mas, en representación de la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo, solicitó el registro, el depósito y la publicación de la citada Acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El artículo 90.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1995, de 24 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Inscribir y depositar el Acta de la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo del Sector del Comercio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, de día 8 de mayo de 2023 en el Registro de Convenios Colectivos de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar el Convenio en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Hacer constar que la versión castellana del texto es el original firmada por los miembros de la Comisión Negociadora y que la versión catalana es su traducción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de la reunión es la aprobación de las nuevas tablas salariales que entrarán en vigor, con efectos retroactivos, al día 1 de abril de 2023, según lo establecido en el Acta de la Comisión Negociadora de fecha 6 de mayo de 2023, las 9,00 horas, en la sede de la Consellería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo,&amp;nbsp; sita en la C/. Montenegro, nº 5 de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Antes de abrir la sesión se toma el acuerdo de nombrar presidente de la Comisión a D. José Garcia Relucio y secretario de Actas al Letrado D. Antonio Font Mas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A continuación, se abre la sesión y el Presidente va dando la palabra a las distintas partes intervinientes y después de deliberar ampliamente se toman los siguientes ACUERDOS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CUESTIÓN PREVIA.- Las partes comparecientes que, al margen se relacionan, representan a todas las Organizaciones Sindicales y Empresariales, acuerdan que la presente Acta será firmada por una persona representante de cada una de dichas Organizaciones y no por todas las personas que al margen se relacionan, con independencia de la firma del Presidente y el Secretario de Actas de la presente Comisión Negociadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1º.- Se procede a la aprobación de las tablas salariales aplicables a partir de día 1 de abril de 2023 y hasta día 31 de marzo de 2024, que suponen un incremento del 4,5%, que se adjuntan como ANEXO I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2º.- Facultar y autorizar al Secretario de Actas el Letrado Antonio Font Mas, para que pueda realizar todos los trámites, acciones, escritos y gestiones que conforme a derecho sean necesarios, con el objeto de proceder&amp;nbsp; a la solicitud en el registro del presente acuerdo normativo, por la vía correspondientes, inclusive la telematica o la que, en su caso, se le pueda indicar y para su posterior solicitud de publicación en el BOIB a los efectos generales oportunos y todo ello con la finalidad de desplegar las consecuencias jurídicas que se deriven. Facultad y autorización, que, en este acto, el indicado Letrado acepta en los propios términos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
