&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES DEL XXVI PREMI CIUTAT DE MANACOR D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ARTS PL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÀSTIQUES 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departamento de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Manacor organiza el XXVI Premi Ciutat de Manacor d'Arts Plàstiques 2023 por el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objetivo de este premio es promocionar las artes plásticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ámbito temporal de aplicación de los premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El periodo para poder participar al premio empieza el día siguiente a la publicación de las bases en el BOIB y finaliza día 11 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acabado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, se reúne la Comisión Técnica Evaluadora del premio, la cual, considerando los dosieres presentados y la obra presentada a concurso, selecciona un máximo de 12 obras finalistas. Las obras finalistas formarán parte de la Exposición del XXVI Premi Ciutat de Manacor d'Arts Plàstiques 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez montada la exposición, la Comisión Técnica Evaluadora escogerá la obra ganadora. El veredicto se hará público día 30 de septiembre durante el acto de Inauguración de la Exposición del XXVI Premi Ciutat de Manacor d'Arts Plàstiques 2023. Previamente al día de la inauguración, el Ajuntament de Manacor habrá informado al artista premiado, quien debe comprometerse a asistir a dicha inauguración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La exposición permanecerá abierta hasta el 29 de octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden participar al premio todos los artistas que lo deseen, sea cual sea su procedencia, exceptuando quienes lo hayan ganado anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Requisitos para acceder al premio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las obras presentadas al premio deben ser originales, únicas y no seriadas. Tampoco pueden haber sido premiadas en otros certámenes. La técnica y la temática son libres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los artistas o colectivos de artistas interesados en participar deben presentar un único dosier en formato PDF en el cual deben constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Nombre y apellidos, copia del DNI, dirección postal, correo electrónico y teléfono. El currículum académico y profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. La propuesta de la obra presentada con la ficha técnica correspondiente y, si es necesario, las instrucciones de montaje (la organización puede requerir la presencia del artista si la dificultad del montaje lo hace necesario).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Fotografías de las obras y exposiciones realizadas durante los últimos años, los catálogos de las exposiciones realizadas y copia de las reseñas bibliográficas y críticas que se consideren oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El dosier debe enviarse por correo electrónico a musicart@manacor.org con el título «XXVI Premi Ciutat de Manacor d'Arts Plàstiques 2023». Si la medida del dosier es muy grande, se puede utilizar un medio gratuito como WeTransfer o similar para enviarlo. En ambos casos se notificará la recepción por correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los artistas, para la difusión y promoción de la exposición, la edición del catálogo y/o video, ceden al Ajuntament de Manacor el derecho de uso y reproducción fotográfica y digital de las obras seleccionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Los artistas deben enviar la obra seleccionada en el plazo y en el lugar establecidos por el Ajuntament de Manacor. La obra debe ir acompañada de una declaración jurada en la cual conste que no ha sido premiada en otro certamen o premio. La obra debe ser transportada y entregada totalmente protegida, con un embalaje que debe poder ser reutilizado para su devolución. El Ajuntament de Manacor destina 1.500 € para costear el transporte de las obras seleccionadas que provengan de fuera de Mallorca. El procedimiento a seguir es el siguiente: los artistas deben hacerse cargo de los gastos de envío y devolución de la obra seleccionada. Posteriormente, una vez presentado el recibo/justificante dentro del año fiscal correspondiente, el Ajuntament de Manacor se hará cargo de estos gastos, con la excepción del ganador, hasta un máximo de 300 euros por obra. En el supuesto de que el cómputo global de los gastos de envío supere los 1.500 € destinados a dicha cuestión, la organización efectuará el pago de manera proporcional, en función del coste de envío de cada obra. La fórmula para el reparto es la siguiente: se suman los costes de envío de todas las obras. Esta suma es igual a X. Dividimos los 1.500 € que aporta la organización por X. El resultado es igual a Y. La cantidad que percibirá cada artista en concepto de envío de obra será el resultado de multiplicar el importe del recibo/justificando por Y, hasta un máximo de 2 decimales. En el supuesto de que algún recibo supere el máximo de 300 € estipulados, la cantidad utilizada a efectos de cómputo será de 300 €. Supongamos que el jurado ha seleccionado siete artistas residentes fuera de Mallorca. Los costes de envío son los siguientes: 350, 300, 290, 285, 280, 275 y 270 €. Todas las cantidades quedan igual excepto los 350 €, que pasan a 300 a afectos de cómputo. La suma del transporte de todas las obras es de 2.000 €. Por lo tanto X = 2000. Y = 1500 / 2000. Entonces Y = 0,75. Para saber qué ayuda para el transporte recibirá cada artista, hay que multiplicar cada cantidad por 0,75. En el supuesto de que el artista haya abonado 300 € o más, recibirá 225 € (300 x 0,75 = 225). Si ha abonado 290, recibirá 217,5. Y así sucesivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Una vez clausurada la exposición, cada artista debe retirar su obra en un plazo máximo de un mes. A partir de esta fecha las obras se consideran cedidas y pasan a ser propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La organización dispone de los recursos habituales para el montaje de la exposición. Cualquier necesidad específica audiovisual (televisor, reproductor de DVD, proyector, etc.), informática (ordenador, etc.), de iluminación, etc., debe proporcionarlo el artista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La organización se hace cargo de la conservación de las obras desde el momento que las recibe hasta el plazo fijado para retirarlas, pero no se responsabiliza de los desperfectos o accidentes producidos por causas ajenas a la vigilancia y atención normal ni tampoco durante el transporte de la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. El artista o el colectivo premiado cede la propiedad de la obra ganadora al Ajuntament de Manacor y le transmite los derechos de propiedad material e intelectual, edición, exposición, reproducción, etc. El premio, sujeto a la normativa fiscal vigente, tan solo se puede otorgar a una única obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El hecho de concurrir a este premio implica la aceptación íntegra de estas bases. Cualquier caso no previsto en las bases tiene que ser resuelto por la organización del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Procedimiento, resolución y entrega de premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los premios deben concederse mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva, según lo que establece el art. 22 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, transparencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, de acuerdo con el que establecen las bases y la convocatoria que los regulan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para la concesión de la ayuda prevista en esta convocatoria es la Junta de Gobierno Local, si bien se crea una Comisión Técnica Evaluadora en cumplimiento del art. 22.1 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, para que emita un informe respecto al resultado de la evaluación efectuada de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión debe tomar una resolución de forma motivada a partir del día que finaliza el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora está integrada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta, comisario y crítico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Francisca Rufiandis Cabrero, exgalerista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora valorará los aspectos siguientes para seleccionar la obra ganadora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Originalidad y calidad de la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Técnica (consideración de la habilidad técnica del artista).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Trayectoria (valoración de la trayectoria del artista, su experiencia y su aportación en el campo del arte en general).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Concepto (valoración del concepto que la obra pretende transmitir y cómo lo lleva a cabo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Presentación (calidad de impresión, montaje, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora queda constituida legalmente con la asistencia de todos los miembros o sus sustitutos, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recibidas las solicitudes, el órgano competente debe instruir los procedimientos, comprobar que se cumplen los requisitos exigidos en estas bases y en la convocatoria correspondiente y, si procede, requerir a los solicitantes que aporten toda la documentación e información complementaria que se estime oportuna para fundamentar su solicitud, o que enmienden los defectos apreciados en la solicitud, en el plazo de diez (10) días hábiles, con la advertencia que en el caso de no presentar ninguna enmienda se considerará que desisten del procedimiento, y previamente se emitirá una resolución al respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora debe emitir un informe sobre el resultado de la evaluación efectuada respecto a la totalidad de las solicitudes indicando los beneficiarios y las cuantías de las subvenciones correspondientes a cada una, así como aquellas que tengan que ser desestimadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente debe redactar y notificar la propuesta de resolución de la concesión de la ayuda, para que los interesados puedan presentar alegaciones, en el plazo de 10 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones en el plazo del trámite de audiencia, se considera que los interesados están conformes con la propuesta de resolución de la concesión. Una vez que se ha agotado el plazo para presentar alegaciones, los servicios competentes del Ajuntament de Manacor deben emitir un informe. El órgano competente tiene que dictar la resolución de la concesión de la ayuda y lo tiene que notificar a las personas beneficiarias. Contra esta resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado el acta en el plazo de un mes, o directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses, en ambos casos a partir del día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver y conceder el premio es la Junta de Gobierno Local. La resolución se publicará al tablón de anuncios de la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El XXVI Premio Ciudad de Manacor de Artes Plásticas 2023 tiene una dotación de 6.000 €, es único e indivisible, y está sometido a la normativa legal vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La obra ganadora se seleccionará entre las finalistas que formarán parte de la exposición del XXVI Premio de Artes Plásticas Ciudad de Manacor 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El premio puede declararse desierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Dotación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El coste del premio para costear los gastos del jurado (2.400 €) y a los gastos relativos a la obra ganadora (6.000 €) és de 8.400 €, los cuales corresponden a la partida presupuestaria N/170/3347/2269900/ Promoció Cultural-Despeses Diverses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Normativa de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En todo aquello no previsto expresamente en estas bases es de aplicación el que dispone la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Ajuntament de Manacor, publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares n.º 175, de 24 de noviembre de 2007; también los preceptos básicos de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del régimen jurídico del sector público, así como el resto de disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que sean aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Para resolver todas las cuestiones que no prevén estas bases y para interpretar las dudas que puedan surgir en su aplicación, es competente el órgano con facultades para aprobar las bases, que queda autorizado para dictar aquellos actos que sean necesarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Publicidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El texto íntegro de estas bases y convocatoria debe publicarse en Boletín de las Islas Baleares, en la web municipal y en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Información y asesoramiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas interesadas se podan de dirigir al Departament de Cultura mediante la dirección de correo electrónico cultura@manacor.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Protección de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conformidad con el que prevé la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El responsable del tratamiento de los datos de los interesados es el Ajuntament de Manacor (CIF P0703300D, calle del Convent, 1, Illes Balears), único destinatario de la información aportada voluntariamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La finalidad del tratamiento de los datos es gestionar la solicitud de participación en el premio en régimen de concurrencia competitiva para promover y facilitar el acceso a la cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tiempo de conservación de los datos es el plazo de vigencia de este expediente. Aun así, los datos se conservan con fines de archivo de interés público o finalidades estadísticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ajuntament de Manacor tiene legitimación para el tratamiento de los datos en el ejercicio de los poderes públicos o competencias propias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los datos no se ceden a terceras personas ajenas al Ajuntament de Manacor, salvo que tengan que ser comunicadas a otras entidades públicas por imperativo legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los interesados tienen derecho a acceder a sus datos y solicitar la rectificación o, si procede, cancelación, oposición o supresión. Los interesados pueden solicitar la limitación o, si procede, oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos. Para ejercer estos derechos, el interesado puede hacerlo de las maneras siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Por correo postal, adjuntando una fotocopia del DNI o documento equivalente, dirigido a: Delegado de Protección de Datos, Ajuntament de Manacor, plaza del Convent, 1, 07500 Manacor, Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Presencialmente, mediante escrito presentado al Registro General del Ajuntament de Manacor, o a través de cualquier de los medios establecidos al arte. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Por correo electrónico dirigido al Delegado de Protección de Datos: dpd@manacor.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Junta de Gobierno del Ajuntament de Manacor en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, o directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo competente. Todo esto, en conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 52.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local; los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y los artículos 8.1, 25.1 y 46.1 de la Ley 28/1988, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio que se pueda interponer cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. a los gastos del jurado (2.400 €) y a los gastos de la obra ganadora (6.000 €) es de 8.400 €, los cuales corresponden a la partida presupuestaria N/170/3347/2269900/ Promoció Cultural-Despeses Diverses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Publicar las bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears i en la base de Datos Nacionales de Subvenciones”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
