    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El 9 de mayo de 2023 la jefa de estudios de la Jefatura III de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública ha emitido un informe sobre la oferta de cursos y talleres de lengua catalana para el año 2023 con la finalidad de aprobar el plan anual de formación de lengua catalana y la correspondiente convocatoria de pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En la sesión de 15 de mayo de 2023, a propuesta de la directora gerente, el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP, en el ejercicio de las funciones que le atribuye el artículo 11.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de los Estatutos de la Escuela, ha aprobado el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana del año 2023, que incluye la convocatoria de cursos y talleres (anexo 1) y las bases por las que se rige este Plan (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 12 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, corresponde a la EBAP la formación, la capacitación y el perfeccionamiento del personal al servicio de la Administración autonómica y de las entidades que dependen de esta. Así mismo, esta norma añade que, en los términos que se establezcan, corresponde a la EBAP la realización de actividades formativas y de selección del personal al servicio de las otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Ley 1/2016, de 3 de febrero, de modificación de la Ley 3/1986, de 29 de abril, de Normalización Lingüística en las Illes Balears, regula, entre otros, el uso del catalán en la actuación administrativa y en los procedimientos administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, de Medidas de Capacitación Lingüística para la Recuperación del Uso del Catalán en el Ámbito de la Función Pública, contiene medidas de capacitación lingüística dirigidas a recuperar y fomentar el uso del catalán en el ámbito de la función pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El artículo 1 del Decreto 191/1996, de 25 de octubre, por el que se regulan las condiciones generales de las actividades formativas que organiza la Consejería de Interior (actualmente, Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad), indica que el Instituto Balear de Administración Pública (actualmente, Escuela Balear de Administración Pública) es el principal instrumento de la política formativa de la Administración pública de las Illes Balears, y elabora periódicamente diferentes planes de formación que responden a los principios de eficacia y de calidad de las actividades formativas, con el fin de favorecer la participación del personal al servicio de la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El artículo único del Decreto 2/1999, de 22 de enero, modifica el artículo 14 del mencionado Decreto 191/1996 , y regula las condiciones para presentarse a las pruebas de los diferentes niveles de lengua catalana y obtener los correspondientes certificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El artículo 5.18 del Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, incluye, entre sus funciones, ofrecer la enseñanza de la lengua catalana al personal de la Administración autonómica y al personal de las demás administraciones públicas del ámbito territorial de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, y evaluar los conocimientos por medio de pruebas para la obtención de los correspondientes certificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Este Plan de Formación tiene la consideración de plan interadministrativo, según lo establecido por el Acuerdo de Formación para el Empleo de las Administraciones Públicas (AFEDAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, conforme a las atribuciones que otorga el artículo 11.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de los Estatutos de la EBAP, el Consejo de Dirección adopta los siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACUERDOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar la convocatoria de los cursos y talleres de lengua catalana del Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana aprobado por el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP para el año 2023, conforme a lo establecido en el anexo 1 de este Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar las bases que rigen el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana, también aprobadas por el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP, conforme a lo establecido en el anexo 2 de este Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Delegar en la Dirección Gerencia de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública la modificación o supresión de los cursos y talleres en función de la demanda y la disponibilidad presupuestaria, así como la fijación y modificación, en su caso, de los calendarios de los cursos y talleres y de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar este Acuerdo en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra este Acuerdo, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, conforme a los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este Acuerdo, conforme al artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. El objeto de estas bases es fijar el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, los requisitos de inscripción, los criterios de selección de los alumnos, el desarrollo de los cursos y talleres y la organización de las pruebas de lengua catalana del Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana del año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. La inscripción a los cursos y talleres de lengua catalana de la EBAP supone la aceptación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Corresponde a la EBAP resolver los aspectos y las incidencias que puedan surgir sobre la aplicación de estas bases o sobre los casos no previstos en las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se ofrecen los cursos de los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana que a continuación se indican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conocimientos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificado de nivel B2 (nivel avanzado)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificado de nivel C1 (nivel de dominio funcional efectivo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificado de nivel C2 (nivel de dominio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conocimientos específicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificado de lenguaje administrativo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La oferta incluye cursos presenciales, semipresenciales y en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Talleres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. En el marco del Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de 2023 se ofrecen talleres de expresión oral, de 20 horas de duración cada uno y con una capacidad máxima de 25 alumnos por taller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Los talleres de expresión oral dan derecho a obtener un certificado de aprovechamiento, de manera exclusiva, si se cumplen los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La admisión a alguno de los cursos de conocimientos generales de lengua catalana de la EBAP, de cualquier modalidad, correspondientes a la convocatoria de 2023, o la conservación de la reserva del derecho a examen de acuerdo con el punto 24.3 de las instrucciones por las que se regía el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La asistencia a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de las sesiones del taller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La superación de la correspondiente evaluación, que consistirá en pruebas prácticas o evaluación continua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Las fechas concretas de impartición de los talleres de expresión oral, así como el resto de información relativa a esta actividad formativa, se publicarán en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. En todo lo no previsto en esta base, son aplicables las bases que rigen el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Destinatarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Puede participar en los cursos y los talleres de lengua catalana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Todo el personal al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (CAIB) —incluido el personal del Servicio de Salud y el de los cuerpos docentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El personal de los organismos y entes del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El personal de las demás administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears y de sus entidades dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal empleado público de las administraciones con las que la EBAP ha subscrito un convenio de cesión del material didáctico y derecho de reserva de plaza para un nivel correspondiente no puede inscribirse a los cursos; en concreto, el personal del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS) no puede inscribirse a los de los niveles B2, C1 y de lenguaje administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El personal de los servicios administrativos de la Universidad de las Illes Balears (UIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. El personal contratado en el marco de políticas activas de empleo no puede participar en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Requisitos de inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. Para inscribirse en el certificado de nivel B2 se deberá acreditar el nivel A2 o el nivel B1 o equivalentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Para inscribirse en el certificado de nivel C1 se deberá acreditar el nivel B2 o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. Para inscribirse en el certificado de nivel C2 se deberá acreditar el nivel C1 o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. Para inscribirse en el certificado de lenguaje administrativo se deberá acreditar el nivel C1 o equivalente, o el nivel C2 o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5. Podrán inscribirse a los talleres de expresión oral los alumnos que hayan iniciado los cursos de conocimientos generales de lengua catalana de la EBAP, de cualquier modalidad, correspondientes a la convocatoria de 2023, y también las personas que tengan derecho a examen de conformidad con el punto 24.3 de las instrucciones por las que se regía el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6. A los efectos de acreditar los niveles de conocimientos, solo se reconocen los certificados expedidos por la EBAP, o los expedidos, homologados o declarados equivalentes por la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura. Para ello, son aplicables la Orden del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 21 de febrero de 2013 por la que se determinan los títulos, diplomas y certificados equivalentes a los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana de la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de marzo de 2013), y la Orden de la consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 28 de julio de 2014 por la que se regulan la homologación de los estudios de lengua catalana de la educación secundaria obligatoria y del bachillerato con los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades y la exención de la evaluación de la lengua y la literatura catalanas en la enseñanza reglada no universitaria, y los procedimientos para su obtención (BOIB n.º 115, de 26 de agosto de 2014), o las normas que las sustituyan, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7. Las personas interesadas son responsables del cumplimiento de los requisitos de inscripción al inicio del curso o taller. La EBAP se reserva el derecho de comprobarlos en cualquier momento del procedimiento al objeto de asegurar que se cumple lo establecido en los puntos 4 y 5 de estas bases de cara a la admisión y selección de los alumnos. En su caso, podrán ser excluidas las personas que no cumplan las condiciones y los requisitos de los mencionados puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;El plazo de inscripción a los cursos de lengua catalana de la EBAP empieza a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este Acuerdo en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y acaba el día 11 de junio. No se admitirá ninguna solicitud presentada fuera de este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. El plazo de inscripción a los talleres de expresión oral se publicará a principios del mes de septiembre y se comunicará mediante un correo electrónico a todos los alumnos que hayan iniciado los cursos de lengua catalana de los niveles B2, C1 y C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. En la solicitud de inscripción se debe hacer constar una dirección electrónica que sea operativa y de uso frecuente, porque el correo electrónico será uno de los medios de comunicación con los alumnos en los supuestos que señalan estas bases, salvo los actos que tengan que ser objeto de publicación o notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. Es obligación de los alumnos admitidos comunicar los cambios de dirección electrónica a la EBAP, enviando un correo a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. Toda persona interesada se puede inscribir a cualquier curso o taller de los que se ofrecen, independientemente del puesto de trabajo que ocupe. En cualquier caso, corresponde a la EBAP decidir la admisión final de los alumnos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6. Solo se permite la inscripción a un solo nivel de conocimientos y a una sola modalidad de aprendizaje. Si una persona se inscribe a más de un nivel, la EBAP la inscribirá de oficio al nivel que haya solicitado en primer lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.7. La presentación de la solicitud para participar en este procedimiento supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos del aspirante del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal a cargo del órgano competente y únicamente para las finalidades establecidas. El tratamiento de la información facilitada en las solicitudes tendrá en cuenta las previsiones del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en cuanto al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, y de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Comunicaciones con las personas interesadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Conforme al artículo 45.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, dado que se trata de un procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva, los actos administrativos que integran este procedimiento y que se tengan que notificar a las personas interesadas, así como los de cualquier procedimiento derivado de ellos (incluidos los anuncios de la interposición de cualquier recurso en vía administrativa o en vía judicial y los trámites de audiencia), en lugar de notificarse, se deberán publicar en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), excepto los actos en los que se indique expresamente que se tienen que notificar de manera individual o mediante un mensaje de correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. En todo caso, solo tendrán efectos jurídicos las comunicaciones enviadas por los medios de notificación y publicidad previstos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Modalidades de inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. El personal de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (incluido el personal del Servicio de Salud y el de los cuerpos docentes) y el de su sector público instrumental con acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal tiene que tramitar la solicitud por este medio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. El personal sin acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal de la CAIB&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;—personal del Servicio de Salud, personal administrativo adscrito a centros docentes y a la UIB, y personal del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma— y el personal de otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears y de sus entidades dependientes, puede tramitar la solicitud siguiendo dos procedimientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mediante&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;la inscripción por Internet, para lo cual se debe seguir la siguiente ruta: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lengua Catalana EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) &amp;gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana 2023 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mediante el modelo de solicitud, disponible en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat &amp;gt; Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana 2023 &amp;gt; Inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) y en las sedes de la EBAP. Se deben rellenar todos los datos de la solicitud. Las solicitudes incompletas pueden ser causa de exclusión. Estas solicitudes se deben presentar en el Registro de la EBAP o en cualquiera de las formas establecidas por el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Declaración responsable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. La solicitud (en cualquiera de las modalidades de inscripción) incorpora una declaración responsable conforme a lo establecido por el artículo 69 de la Ley 39/2015 relativa al cumplimiento de todos y cada uno de los requisitos de participación exigidos en las bases 4 y 5, referidos siempre a la fecha de inicio de los cursos fijada en la base 17. En esta solicitud los aspirantes deben consignar los datos relativos al cumplimiento de los requisitos de participación y no los tienen que acreditar hasta el plazo que se regula en la base 10.2. No es necesario aportar junto con la solicitud ningún documento adicional para acreditar los aspectos declarados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. La EBAP puede requerir en cualquier momento que los aspirantes aporten la documentación que acredite el cumplimiento de los requisitos declarados, así como la veracidad de cualquier de los documentos que deben aportar en este proceso de selección de alumnos, y la persona interesada debe aportarlos. La inexactitud, falsedad u omisión, de carácter esencial, de cualquier dato o información que se incorpore a la declaración responsable, o la no presentación ante la administración convocante de la documentación que, en su caso, se ha requerido para acreditar el cumplimiento de lo declarado, determina la exclusión del procedimiento de selección de alumnos, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales, civiles o administrativas en las que se haya podido incurrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Lista provisional de personas admitidas y acreditación de los requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, y aplicados los criterios de selección de la base 12, la EBAP publicará en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la lista provisional de personas admitidas al curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Junto con la lista anterior se publicará una lista provisional de espera con las personas seleccionadas que pueden ser admitidas al curso en caso de exclusiones o renuncias de las admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. En las listas mencionadas anteriormente se señalará qué personas deben acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos que figuran en la declaración responsable, según lo dispuesto en la base 9, y que la EBAP no pueda comprobar de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que deban acreditar algún requisito o subsanar alguna deficiencia disponen de un plazo de siete días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de las listas provisionales, para subsanar el defecto o adjuntar el documento preceptivo. En caso de no atender al requerimiento efectuado, las personas quedarán excluidas, puesto que se considera que desisten de su solicitud. La documentación acreditativa de los requisitos se debe presentar en el Registro de la EBAP o en cualquiera de las formas establecidas por el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. La inclusión en la lista provisional de personas admitidas no implica la admisión automática a los cursos, si no se acreditan los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4. Una vez finalizado el plazo de subsanación, la EBAP publicará en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la lista definitiva de personas admitidas al curso junto con la lista definitiva de espera y la de personas excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de lo establecido en esta base, se entienden como causas de exclusión no subsanables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La presentación de la solicitud fuera de plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No cumplir los requisitos de participación el último día del plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No subsanar el requerimiento efectuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No haber obtenido plaza por la aplicación de los criterios de selección de la base 12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Cualquier otra causa que resulte de la normativa aplicable o de lo previsto en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.5. No se publicará ninguna actualización de la lista de espera, sino que será actualizada permanentemente por la EBAP de forma interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.6. No es aplicable a estas bases la Resolución de la presidenta de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública de 11 de julio de 2009 por la que se aprueban nuevas formas de inscripción a las acciones formativas de los planes de formación de la EBAP (modalidad de inscripción del «último minuto»).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Acreditación de los requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. El personal de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y el de su sector público instrumental que tenga los datos actualizados en el Portal de Servicios al Personal no debe presentar ningún requisito relativo a la acreditación de la condición de empleado público, ni a los niveles de conocimientos de catalán mencionados en la base 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Según lo establecido en el artículo 28 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, salvo que conste oposición expresa, la EBAP puede verificar los datos relativos a los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Los certificados expedidos por el órgano competente del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Los certificados homologados que consten en la base de datos del órgano competente del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Los certificados de catalán inscritos en el Registro de Personal de la Dirección General de Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Los certificados expedidos por la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. El personal sin acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal de la CAIB —personal del Servicio de Salud, personal administrativo adscrito a centros docentes y a la UIB, y personal del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma— y el personal de otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears y de sus entidades dependientes, deben acreditar los requisitos de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Un certificado de la administración o ente instrumental que acredite la condición de empleado público o de estar contratado por la entidad correspondiente, y que dicha condición se mantendrá hasta la fecha de inicio del curso (setiembre de 2023); en el caso de estar contratado, el certificado debe indicar que la contratación no deriva de un programa de políticas activas de empleo (SOIB o SEPE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El certificado del nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana que sea requisito para la inscripción al curso solicitado, salvo que se haya obtenido el certificado en alguna convocatoria de la EBAP, circunstancia que debe indicarse en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4. El personal que tenga derecho a la exención de acreditación del nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana previsto en la disposición adicional decimotercera del Decreto Ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en el empleo público de las Illes Balears, debe alegar y acreditar que se ha acogido a esta exención y que figura en la lista de personas admitidas en el correspondiente procedimiento selectivo indicando el medio de publicación, mediante el envío de un correo a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Número de plazas por curso y criterios de selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. Se ofrece un curso del nivel B2, de modalidad presencial, de 30 plazas, en Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. Se ofrecen cuatro cursos semipresenciales de nivel B2, de 30 plazas cada uno: dos cursos en Palma, uno en Maó y uno en Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3. Se ofrecen cuatro cursos semipresenciales de nivel C1, de 30 plazas cada uno: dos en Palma, uno en Maó y uno en Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4. En cuanto a los cursos en línea, a todos los efectos, se ofrecen, para el conjunto de todas las islas, 70 plazas para el certificado de nivel B2, 140 plazas para el certificado de nivel C1, 140 plazas para el certificado de nivel C2, y 245 plazas para el certificado de lenguaje administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5. Si el número de personas admitidas a un curso supera el número previsto de plazas, se realizará una selección de alumnos. Solo participarán en el proceso de selección las solicitudes de las personas que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en las bases 4 y 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.6. En todos los cursos se aplican los siguientes criterios de selección:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Personal empleado público de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y el de su sector público instrumental que se haya presentado a una convocatoria de estabilización aprobada por estas entidades y se haya acogido a la exención de acreditación del nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana prevista en la disposición adicional decimotercera del Decreto Ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en el empleo público de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Personal empleado público de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears; personal empleado público del sector público instrumental de la CAIB; personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears, y personal empleado público docente de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º Personal empleado público de las otras administraciones territoriales de la comunidad autónoma y de la Universidad de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º Personal empleado público del sector público instrumental de las otras administraciones territoriales de la comunidad autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.7. Una vez aplicados los criterios del punto 12.3, en los cursos presenciales y semipresenciales, se aplican los siguientes criterios de preferencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Las solicitudes de las personas que nunca hayan sido admitidas a ninguna edición del nivel solicitado o que hayan sido admitidas hace más de cinco años por última vez. Entre estas, se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Las solicitudes de las personas admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a una edición anterior del nivel solicitado y que hayan asistido a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de horas. Entre estas, se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Las solicitudes de las personas admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a más de una edición del nivel solicitado y que hayan asistido a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de horas. Entre estas, se tendrán en cuenta el número de admisiones y la fecha de registro de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º Las solicitudes de las personas admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a una edición o más del nivel solicitado y que no hayan asistido a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de horas. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrán en cuenta el número de admisiones y la fecha de registro de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.8. En los cursos en línea, los criterios de preferencia en la selección de las solicitudes son los que a continuación se indican.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Las solicitudes de las personas que nunca hayan sido admitidas a ninguna edición del nivel solicitado o que haga más de cinco años desde su última admisión. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud, por islas y con la siguiente prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Las solicitudes de las personas que hayan sido admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a una edición anterior del nivel solicitado y que hayan superado el mínimo de actividades obligatorias. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud, por islas y con la siguiente prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Las solicitudes de las personas que hayan sido admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a más de una edición del nivel solicitado y que hayan superado el mínimo de actividades obligatorias. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud, por islas y con la siguiente prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º Las solicitudes de las personas que hayan sido admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a una edición o más del nivel solicitado y que no hayan superado el mínimo de actividades obligatorias. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrán en cuenta el número de inscripciones y la fecha de registro de la solicitud, por islas y con la siguiente prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.9. En todas las solicitudes registradas conforme a lo señalado por el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, a los efectos de aplicar los criterios de preferencia, se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro en el organismo en el que se han presentado de forma inicial, y no la fecha de registro en la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.10. Las personas que, en el momento de presentar la solicitud, acrediten que se han reincorporado al servicio activo tras un un permiso de maternidad o paternidad, o de una excedencia por cuidado de familiares o de personas con discapacidad, tendrán máxima preferencia en la selección, durante esta convocatoria, siempre que cumplan los requisitos. Esta circunstancia deberá alegarse con la presentación de la documentación acreditativa en el Registro de la EBAP o en cualquiera de les formas establecidas por el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Personas con alguna discapacidad reconocida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas admitidas que tengan alguna discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33 % y necesiten alguna adaptación en el curso y/o en las pruebas de conocimientos deben presentar en la EBAP, quince días antes de que empiecen los cursos, un informe de adaptación de la Dirección General de Atención a la Dependencia, al objeto de poderles realizar un seguimiento especial durante el curso y tomar las medidas o realizar las adaptaciones que sean posibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona no ha presentado ningún informe de adaptación y ha realizado el curso sin adaptación, pero tiene una discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33 % y necesita que se le realice alguna adaptación en la prueba, debe presentar el informe de adaptación de la Dirección General de Atención a la Dependencia en el plazo de un mes antes de la fecha de la prueba. El informe se debe presentar en el Registro de la EBAP o en cualquiera de les formas establecidas por el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Renuncias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas admitidas que renuncien al curso deben comunicarlo por escrito a la EBAP, como mínimo, tres días hábiles antes de iniciarse la actividad docente. Las renuncias se deben enviar a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Si la persona inicialmente admitida no comunica la renuncia en el mencionado plazo, perderá la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores, excepto en los supuestos previstos en la base 15.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Exclusiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1. Los alumnos admitidos en las modalidades semipresencial y en línea están obligados a acceder a las actividades formativas durante los cinco días previos a la fecha de inicio. En caso contrario, son dados de baja y pierden la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores, excepto en los supuestos previstos en el apartado 15.4 de esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2. Los alumnos admitidos en la modalidad presencial están obligados a asistir a la primera sesión del curso. En caso contrario, son dados de baja y pierden la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores, excepto en los supuestos previstos en el apartado 15.4 de esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.3. Las plazas que quedan libres pueden ser ocupadas por personas de la lista de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4. En caso de que se produzca una causa grave, un motivo de fuerza mayor o cualquier otra causa debidamente justificada que impida el inicio o la continuidad en el curso, se podrá continuar o renunciar sin perder la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores. Estas circunstancias impeditivas se deben comunicar el mismo día a la EBAP en la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez comunicada la ausencia, se dispone de un plazo de tres días hábiles para presentar en el Registro de la EBAP los documentos que la acrediten. En caso contrario, la persona admitida será dada de baja. Con la baja, la persona interesada pierde la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.5. Será causa de exclusión del curso falsificar la firma o firmar en nombre de otros. La exclusión se extenderá a la persona autora de la falsificación, independientemente de todas las demás acciones que puedan realizarse conforme a derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.6. En los cursos en línea se pueden excluir de la plataforma de aprendizaje los alumnos que abandonen la actividad formativa y no puedan alcanzar los requisitos mínimos para tener derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.7. Se pueden excluir de los cursos los alumnos que no cumplan las normas elementales de comportamiento, respeto y consideración hacia los profesores o tutores, los demás alumnos o el personal de la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Supresión y modificación de cursos. Disponibilidad de plazas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. La oferta de cursos y plazas disponibles se puede modificar, según la demanda y la disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. La EBAP, para desarrollar mejor sus funciones, puede suprimir cursos; organizar otros cursos no programados con anterioridad por necesidades concretas; llevar a cabo varias ediciones de los mismos, y modificar, en su caso, las fechas anunciadas para adaptarlas mejor a los requerimientos de la formación. De todo ello, la EBAP informará puntualmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.3. Se pueden suprimir los cursos presenciales y semipresenciales que no tengan un mínimo de quince solicitudes (no excluidas) en la isla de Mallorca, y un mínimo de diez solicitudes (no excluidas) en las demás islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Fechas de inicio de los cursos y horarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1. Los cursos presenciales y semipresenciales empiezan la semana del 26 al 29 de septiembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2. Los cursos en línea empiezan la semana del 26 al 29 de septiembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3. Las fechas y los horarios de los cursos presenciales y semipresenciales se publicarán a principios del mes de septiembre en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Normas de participación y seguimiento de los cursos de lengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.1. La admisión a cualquier curso de lengua catalana de los que figuran en el anexo 1 no supone ninguna autorización de la EBAP para dejar el puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.2. Antes de empezar los cursos, los alumnos admitidos recibirán unas instrucciones sobre el funcionamiento y el desarrollo del curso, y sobre los requisitos mínimos para tener derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.3. Las personas en situación de licencia por maternidad o paternidad o de excedencia por maternidad o paternidad o cuidado de familiares pueden asistir a los cursos de lengua catalana de la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.4. En general, las personas en situación de incapacidad laboral temporal no pueden asistir a los cursos presenciales y semipresenciales de lengua catalana mientras dure esta situación. La incapacidad temporal se debe comunicar por escrito a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, para cubrir, en su caso, la plaza vacante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.5. Con respecto al punto anterior, el alumno podrá asistir a las sesiones presenciales si presenta un informe médico a la EBAP que justifique que el seguimiento de las actividades es compatible con la incapacidad temporal y que la enfermedad no supone ningún riesgo para la salud de los participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.6. En los cursos en línea, las personas en situación de incapacidad temporal pueden participar en los mismos excepto si la persona interesada considera que no puede seguir el programa previsto de objetivos y contenidos de las actividades. En este caso, lo debe comunicar a la EBAP para cubrir, en su caso, la plaza vacante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.7. Se podrán incorporar a los cursos personas de la lista de espera una vez iniciada la actividad docente, siempre que, conforme al calendario de los cursos, puedan cumplir lo dispuesto en el punto 22.1 en cuanto a los requisitos para el derecho a examen. La EBAP comprobará de oficio esta circunstancia y aplicará, a estas personas, un prorrateo según lo indicado a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En los cursos presenciales, para calcular el porcentaje mínimo de asistencia, la duración del curso se establecerá a partir de la primera sesión tras haber comunicado la nueva admisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los cursos semipresenciales se aplicará, además, un prorrateo para calcular el porcentaje mínimo de las actividades obligatorias de la parte en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En los cursos en línea, se aplicará un prorrateo para calcular el porcentaje mínimo de las actividades obligatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.8. A lo largo del curso, la EBAP no informará, en ningún caso, sobre el número de ausencias ni sobre el número de actividades realizadas en la modalidad en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.9. En caso de que se produzca una causa grave, un motivo de fuerza mayor o una necesidad sobrevenida que impida la continuidad en el curso, se podrá renunciar a este sin perder la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores. Estas circunstancias se deberán justificar documentalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.10. Solo se expedirán certificados de asistencia a las personas que tengan derecho a examen. Los certificados de asistencia se deben solicitar a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; una vez terminados los cursos y publicadas las listas de personas con derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.11. Todos los alumnos de cualquier curso y cualquier modalidad se rigen por estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Funcionamiento de los cursos presenciales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1. Los cursos presenciales tienen una duración de 64 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.2. En los cursos presenciales las faltas de asistencia no se compensan con la presentación de ningún justificante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.3. A lo largo del curso, la EBAP no informará, en ningún caso, sobre el número de ausencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.4. Para tener derecho a examen, es necesario asistir a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de las horas lectivas. Las personas que no lleguen a este porcentaje no tendrán derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Funcionamiento de los cursos semipresenciales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.1. En los cursos de los niveles B2 y C1 de la modalidad semipresencial son aplicables las bases generales de los cursos establecidas en la base 18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.2. Los cursos semipresenciales de los certificados B2 y C1 se imparten mediante la plataforma de aprendizaje Moodle, la cual, por un lado, incluye los contenidos teóricos y prácticos de los certificados mencionados y, por otro, permite evaluar el rendimiento y el progreso de los alumnos, con informes individualizados de las actividades lectivas y los resultados obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.3. La distribución horaria y los requisitos para tener derecho a examen de los cursos del nivel B2 de la modalidad semipresencial son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La duración total de los cursos es de 64 horas, de las que 32 se imparten de forma presencial y 32 en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Para tener derecho a examen es necesario haber asistido, por un lado, a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de las horas lectivas correspondientes a la parte presencial, y por otro, se tienen que haber entregado y superado, dentro de los plazos correspondientes, el 80 % de las actividades que constituyan los requisitos mínimos correspondientes a la modalidad en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.4. La distribución horaria y los requisitos para tener derecho a examen de los cursos del nivel C1 de la modalidad semipresencial son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La duración total de los cursos es de 64 horas, de las que 24 se imparten de forma presencial y 40 en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Para tener derecho a examen, es necesario haber asistido, por un lado, a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de las horas lectivas correspondientes a la modalidad presencial, y por otro, se tienen que haber entregado y superado, dentro de los plazos correspondientes, el 80 % de las actividades que constituyan los requisitos mínimos correspondientes a la modalidad en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21. Funcionamiento de los cursos en línea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.1. En los cursos que se imparten en la modalidad en línea son aplicables las bases generales de los cursos establecidas en la base 18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.2. La distribución horaria y los requisitos para tener derecho a examen de los cursos en línea son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La duración total de los cursos en línea es de 64 horas, que se imparten todas en esta modalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Para tener derecho a examen, se tienen que haber entregado y superado, dentro de los plazos correspondientes, el 80 % de las actividades que constituyan los requisitos mínimos correspondientes a cada curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.3. A los efectos de reclamaciones y descarga de documentos, los cursos en línea se cerrarán y se ocultarán de la plataforma virtual tras la fecha de las pruebas de cada nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Requisitos técnicos de los cursos semipresenciales y en línea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.1. Los cursos semipresenciales y en línea se imparten mediante la plataforma de aprendizaje Moodle, la cual, por un lado, incluye los contenidos teóricos y prácticos de cada nivel de conocimientos y, por el otro, permite evaluar el rendimiento y el progreso de los alumnos, con informes individualizados de las actividades lectivas y los resultados obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.2. Para seguir los cursos en línea es imprescindible que se disponga, mientras dure el curso, de un aparato con conexión a Internet que permita su seguimiento. El aparato debe tener las siguientes características técnicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Resolución mínima de 1280 x 1024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tarjeta de sonido, micrófono y altavoces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Navegador Mozilla Firefox actualizado (recomendado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Software para la grabación de audio (por ejemplo, Audacity).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23. Convocatoria de pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.1. Las pruebas se realizarán en convocatoria única, que tendrá lugar, previsiblemente, en el mes de abril de 2024. La Dirección Gerencia de la EBAP fijará, mediante resolución, el calendario de las pruebas y el sistema de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.2. Antes de acabar los cursos se publicarán en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) y en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; las fechas concretas, el horario y los lugares de realización de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.3. Las personas que no comparezcan en el lugar, el día y la hora fijados para la convocatoria no podrán participar en las pruebas. En este sentido, no se permitirá el acceso a las aulas una vez realizado el llamamiento a las personas con derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.4. Si alguna persona con derecho a examen no puede comparecer en el lugar, el día y la hora fijados debido a alguna fuerza mayor debidamente acreditada, se le conservará el derecho a examen hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24. Personas con derecho a examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.1. Teniendo en cuenta los requisitos establecidos en las bases 19, 20 y 21, una vez acabados los cursos se publicará en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la lista de personas con derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.2. Las personas con derecho a examen solo se podrán examinar del nivel en el que se hayan inscrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25. Evaluación de la transferencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La EBAP puede establecer los mecanismos necesarios para evaluar la transferencia de la formación al puesto de trabajo que ocupen los alumnos, con el objetivo de valorar la contribución de la formación a la mejora del desempeño individual y organizacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26. Requisitos para superar las pruebas de lengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.1. Para superar las pruebas oficiales y obtener el correspondiente certificado, se tiene que obtener como mínimo el 60 % de la calificación de cada bloque de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.2. En el caso de las pruebas en las que no se supere uno o más bloques, no se corregirá ni se puntuará el bloque de la expresión escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.3. En caso de que no se supere el bloque de expresión e interacción orales, pero, en cambio, se logre la puntuación mínima exigida en todos y cada uno de los bloques correspondientes a la parte escrita de las pruebas, se conservará la calificación de apto de los bloques de la prueba escrita hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2025. En este caso, en la convocatoria de pruebas de 2025 las personas afectadas solo se tendrían que examinar del bloque de expresión e interacción orales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.4. En caso de que no se supere alguno de los bloques de la parte escrita (comprensión oral y comprensión escrita, dominio práctico del sistema lingüístico o expresión e interacción escritas), pero, en cambio, se logre la puntuación mínima exigida en el bloque de expresión e interacción orales, se conservará la calificación de apto de este último bloque hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2025. En este caso, en la convocatoria de pruebas de 2025 las personas afectadas solo se tendrían que examinar de los bloques de la parte escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.5. Si en la prueba del certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo no se supera el bloque de expresión escrita, pero, en cambio, se logra la puntuación mínima exigida en el resto de bloques, se conservará el derecho a examen hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2025. En este caso, las personas afectadas deberán realizar la prueba entera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.6. En las pruebas de conocimientos generales, lo establecido en los párrafos anteriores respecto de la conservación de la calificación y el derecho a examen para la convocatoria de pruebas de 2025 solo es aplicable si las personas con derecho a examen se presentan a todos los bloques de la prueba (parte escrita y parte oral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27. Descripción de los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27.1. Los contenidos evaluables de todos los certificados de conocimientos, así como la estructura, la duración, el tipo de prueba y los criterios generales de corrección y evaluación son los que se publican en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27.2. La Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la EBAP ha establecido los objetivos y contenidos de cada certificado de conocimientos, el tipo de evaluación, la estructura y valoración de las pruebas a partir de las adaptaciones que ha realizado del Decreto 21/2019, de 15 de marzo, de Evaluación y Certificación de Conocimientos de Lengua Catalana (BOIB n.º 35, de 16 de marzo de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27.3. Es aplicable a estas bases la Resolución de la consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas de 18 de enero de 2018 por la que se da continuidad a la constitución de la Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la EBAP, se aprueban sus normas de funcionamiento y las atribuciones, y se nombran a sus miembros (BOIB n.º 12, de 25 de enero de 2018), así como la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 16 de febrero de 2023 por la que se modifica la composición de la Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la EBAP (BOIB n.º 24, de 23 de febrero de 2023), o las posteriores resoluciones que la modifiquen, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;28. Publicación de resultados provisionales y plazo para solicitar revisión y trámite de vista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;28.1. Una vez corregidas las pruebas, se publicará en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la lista provisional de aptos y no aptos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;28.2. Los examinandos dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la lista provisional de aptos y no aptos, para solicitar la revisión de la prueba y el trámite de vista. Esta solicitud se debe presentar en el Registro de la EBAP o en cualquiera de las formas establecidas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29. Trámite de vista y alegaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29.1. Los examinandos que hayan solicitado revisión y trámite de vista y que se presenten a la sesión del trámite de vista tendrán derecho a ver su prueba. En la sesión podrán consultar el original o una copia de la misma, el solucionario y los criterios de corrección. Esta sesión no tendrá carácter académico. Las fechas, los lugares, las horas y las instrucciones para el desarrollo del trámite de vista se publicarán en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29.2. Los examinandos que hayan asistido a la sesión del trámite de vista dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la sesión, para presentar en el Registro de la EBAP o en cualquiera de las formas establecidas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015 un escrito de alegaciones contra la puntuación obtenida. La Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la EBAP contestará, mediante un informe individualizado, las alegaciones técnicas que estén argumentadas. Este informe se notificará a la persona interesada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30. Publicación de resultados definitivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez la Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la EBAP haya resuelto todas las reclamaciones, haya determinado la calificación final de los ejercicios y de las pruebas de todos los certificados de nivel y haya notificado los informes de respuesta a las alegaciones, se publicará en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la lista definitiva de aptos y no aptos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;31. Envío de los certificados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La EBAP enviará por correo electrónico, con firma digital, los certificados de nivel a todas las personas que, de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos en la base 26, hayan superado la prueba oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;32. Tratamiento de datos personales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud para los cursos supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos de la persona solicitante del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que realizará el órgano competente y únicamente para los fines establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Destinatarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los órganos responsables de los procesos de selección de personal de las administraciones públicas cuando soliciten la validación del certificado de conocimientos de catalán expedido por la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criterios de conservación de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los plazos de conservación de los datos serán los necesarios para cumplir la finalidad del procedimiento y los previstos por la legislación de archivos para las administraciones públicas, conforme al artículo 26 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier persona tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si la EBAP trata datos personales que le conciernen o no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas interesadas tienen derecho a acceder a sus datos personales, así como a solicitar la rectificación de los datos inexactos o, en su caso, solicitar su supresión, entre otros motivos, cuando los datos ya no sean necesarios para las finalidades para las que se recogieron.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En determinadas circunstancias previstas en el artículo 18 del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), los interesados pueden solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos. En este caso, la EBAP únicamente los conservará para ejercer o defender reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En determinadas circunstancias, los interesados pueden oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos con una solicitud motivada. La EBAP dejará de tratar los datos, salvo que haya motivos legítimos imperiosos o para ejercer o defender posibles reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ejercicio de derechos y reclamaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio de estos derechos se puede solicitar ante la EBAP mediante el procedimiento «Solicitud de ejercicio de derechos en materia de protección de datos personales», previsto en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con posterioridad a la respuesta de la EBAP o al cabo de un mes de haber presentado la solicitud, se puede reclamar una tutela de derechos ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consecuencias de no facilitar los datos personales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No presentar los datos necesarios implica que la persona interesada no pueda formar parte del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decisiones automatizadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se producirán decisiones automatizadas, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, con los datos personales de las personas solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
