&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante Resolución del Director de 8-8-2022 (publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 105, de día 9-8-2022) se ratificó el acuerdo de la Mesa de Negociación de la Oficina, de día 4-8-2022, por el cual se aprobó el régimen de carrera profesional de los funcionarios de la Oficina en los términos del Acuerdo sobre el modelo de carrera profesional horizontal del personal funcionario y laboral al servicio de los Servicios Generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, así como sus posibles modificaciones y adaptaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante resolución del director de la Oficina de fecha 27 de abril de 2023 (publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 55 de 29-4-2023) se ratificó el acuerdo de la mesa de Negociación de 13 de marzo de 2023 de la Oficina de Prevención y Lucha contra la Corrupción en las Illes Balears por el cual se regula el sistema de evaluación de competencias profesionales que se tiene que aplicar al personal funcionario de la Oficina y las bases generales que regirán las convocatorias ordinarias de carrera profesional. Dado que, tanto en el acuerdo de carrera profesional de esta Oficina mencionado anteriormente como el Acuerdo de la Mesa Sectorial de Servicios Generales, de 4 de mayo de 2015, mediante el cual se desarrolla el punto 5.º, carrera profesional, del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de día 24 de octubre de 2008, se prevé que el procedimiento de acceso a los diferentes niveles de carrera profesional tiene que tener carácter preferentemente anual, y que en 2022 esta Oficina no pudo llevar a cabo la convocatoria, la presente convocatoria se corresponde a la del año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; La Oficina de Prevención y Lucha contra la Corrupción en las Illes Balears —a partir de ahora "la Oficina"— fue creada por la Ley 16/2016, de 9 de diciembre. El artículo 22.5 de la mencionada ley establece que el personal al servicio de la Oficina se regirá por lo que dispone esta ley y el reglamento de régimen interior. En todo lo que no se prevea, le es aplicable supletoriamente la legislación sobre función pública del personal al servicio de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears. A su vez el Reglamento de funcionamiento y régimen interior de la Oficina, aprobado por la Comisión de Asuntos Institucionales y Generales del Parlamento de las Illes Balears, en sesión de día 21-11-2018 (&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 156, de 13-12-2018) establece en su artículo 63 que el personal al servicio de la Oficina se rige por lo que dispone la Ley 16/2016, de 9 de diciembre, por este reglamento y, en aquello no previsto, le será aplicable el régimen establecido a todos los efectos para el personal al servicio de la Sindicatura de Cuentas de las Illes Balears. A su vez el artículo 63.2 del Reglamento establece que la ley autonómica de función pública y el Estatuto básico del empleado público se aplicarán supletoriamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; El artículo 16 y siguientes del Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, establece la carrera profesional como el conjunto ordenado de oportunidades de ascenso y expectativas de progreso profesional conforme a los principios de igualdad, mérito y capacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con las facultades que me otorga el artículo 6.1.l) del Reglamento de funcionamiento y régimen interior de la Oficina dispongo la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Convocar el procedimiento para acceder al sistema de carrera profesional del personal funcionario de la Oficina o para progresar en este sistema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar las bases que rigen esta convocatoria (anexo I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar el modelo de solicitud (anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta Resolución en la página web de la Oficina y en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el director de la Oficina de Prevención y Lucha contra la Corrupción en las Illes Balears en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estas bases tienen por objeto regular el procedimiento de acceso a los diferentes niveles que integran la carrera profesional horizontal en desarrollo de lo que dispone el acuerdo ratificado por el director de la Oficina en fecha 27 de abril de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para participar en esta convocatoria, el personal tiene que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Ser funcionario de la Oficina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Tener un período mínimo de servicios prestados para acceder a cada nivel:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Nivel I: 5 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Nivel II: 5 años desde la fecha de acceso al nivel I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Nivel III: 5 años desde la fecha de acceso al nivel II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Nivel IV: 5 años desde la fecha de acceso al nivel III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se consideran servicios prestados a efectos de este requisito los períodos de tiempo en situación de servicio activo o en situación con reserva de plaza ejercidos en un puesto del mismo cuerpo o escala — y especialidades, si procede— o en una categoría profesional equivalente en cualquier administración pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entenderá como tiempo en situación de servicio activo o en situación con reserva de plaza, el tiempo transcurrido en alguna de las situaciones administrativas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Servicio activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Servicios especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Servicios en otras administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Excedencia voluntaria por razón de violencia de género o violencia sexual, en los términos que establece el artículo 89.5 del EBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Excedencia para cuidado de familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Excedencia forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) Excedencia especial que se regula en el Decreto Ley 5/2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Excedencia para funcionarios que hayan sufrido daños físicos o psíquicos como consecuencia de actividad terrorista, así como los amenazados en los términos del artículo 5 de la Ley 29/2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En la solicitud, los participantes pueden señalar la fecha en la cual solicitan que tenga efectos administrativos el acceso al nuevo nivel de carrera, si se cumplen los requisitos de este punto, de entre los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;—1 de enero de 2021, si se cumplen los requisitos para el acceso al nuevo nivel a día 31 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;—1 de enero de 2022, si se cumplen los requisitos para el acceso al nuevo nivel a día 31 de diciembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;—1 de enero de 2023, si se cumplen el requisito para el acceso al nuevo nivel a día 31 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el supuesto que no se señale la fecha de cumplimiento de requisitos, esta tiene que ser el 1 de enero de 2023, tanto económicamente como administrativamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Méritos necesarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Haber obtenido del director de la Oficina un informe de aprovechamiento satisfactorio que haya evaluado los siguientes bloques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Bloque I. Evaluación de competencias profesionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La evaluación de las competencias se fundamenta en la evaluación de las conductas profesionales relacionadas con las competencias necesarias para desarrollar las funciones asignadas al puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La definición de estas competencias tiene que permitir identificar los conocimientos, habilidades, actitudes y valores necesarios para desarrollar el trabajo con un grado de eficacia y eficiencia óptimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Bloque II. Evaluación de los resultantes obtenidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La evaluación de los resultados obtenidos es fundamental en la consecución de los objetivos de una unidad, así como el establecimiento de un sistema de indicadores para conocer el grado de consecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La evaluación del cumplimiento de objetivos tiene en cuenta la consecución de los asignados, así como la implicación y contribución individual en la consecución de los objetivos de la unidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;. Haber obtenido la puntuación mínima indicada en el siguiente bloque:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Bloque III. Aprendizaje, docencia y gestión del conocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende por aprendizaje el proceso mediante el cual se adquiere una determinada habilidad, se asimila información o se adopta una nueva estrategia para mantener la competencia profesional y mejorarla, con el fin de contribuir a elevar la calidad de los servicios, a la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización y al desarrollo profesional de los empleados públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende por docencia el proceso de transmisión de conocimientos, técnicas y habilidades. Por otro lado, se entiende por gestión del conocimiento las diferentes acciones encaminadas a crear, capturar, transformar, difundir y utilizar el conocimiento para la gestión efectiva del capital intelectual en el desarrollo de la organización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En este bloque hay que obtener la siguiente puntuación mínima:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Personal funcionario de los subgrupos A1 y A2: 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Personal funcionario de los subgrupos C1 y C2: 20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Criterios de valoración y baremo de puntuación relativos al bloque de aprendizaje, docencia y gestión del conocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aprendizaje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende por aprendizaje el proceso mediante el cual se adquiere una determinada habilidad, se asimila información o se adopta una nueva estrategia para el mantenimiento y la mejora de la competencia profesional, con el fin de contribuir a elevar la calidad de los servicios, la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización y el desarrollo profesional de los empleados públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.1.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Aprendizaje para la actualización y el perfeccionamiento profesional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Oficina es el órgano competente para establecer, organizar y desarrollar una parte de la acción formativa con el personal a su servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En este apartado se valora la participación en acciones formativas encaminadas al mantenimiento, la actualización y el perfeccionamiento profesional, que imparte la Oficina o impartidos u homologados por escuelas de administración pública u homologados por estas escuelas, así como los cursos realizados en el marco de los acuerdos de formación continua y para la ocupación de las administraciones públicas, promovidos por cualquier administración pública o sindicato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se valoran en este apartado los cursos o similares impartidos o promovidos por los siguientes centros u organismos de carácter oficial:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— La Administración general del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Las administraciones de las comunidades autónomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Las entidades que integran la Administración local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Los organismos del sector público instrumental administrativo (organismos autónomos y consorcios).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Los organismos del sector público instrumental empresarial (entidades públicas empresariales y las sociedades mercantiles públicas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— El sector público fundacional (fundaciones).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Las universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Las federaciones o asociaciones de entidades locales (como la FELIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Las corporaciones de derecho público (como colegios profesionales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se valora la asistencia a congresos, jornadas y conferencias relacionadas con la actividad profesional e institucional que organizan la Oficina, la EBAP, la Administración de la CAIB y otras administraciones, sus entes instrumentales, las universidades, los colegios profesionales, así como las corporaciones de derecho público vinculadas al ámbito de actuación de la Oficina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asimismo, la asistencia a la formación que realiza el Servicio de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears también se valora como asistencia de acuerdo con el número de horas certificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de que en los certificados de las acciones formativas no conste su duración se valorarán con 0,15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.1.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Formación académica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se valoran todas las titulaciones académicas diferentes de las exigidas como requisito de acceso que tengan carácter oficial (o la equivalencia que tenga reconocido y establecido el Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional), así como las titulaciones universitarias no oficiales y los títulos propios de posgrado de las universidades en la regulación de las enseñanzas propias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.1.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Formación en una lengua del Marco común europeo de referencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se valoran todos los certificados de Marco común europeo de referencia para las lenguas o las equivalencias legalmente establecidas, que expidan las escuelas oficiales de idiomas, las universidades u otros organismos oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.1.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Conocimientos de lengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se valoran todos los certificados de lengua catalana superiores al exigido para acceder al puesto de trabajo. Se valoran los certificados que expide la EBAP, los que expide u homologa el órgano correspondiente competente en materia de normalización lingüística o los que haya declarado equivalentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Docencia y gestión del conocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende por docencia el proceso de transmisión de conocimientos, técnicas y habilidades. Por otro lado, se entiende por gestión del conocimiento, las diferentes acciones encaminadas a crear, capturar, transformar, difundir y utilizar el conocimiento para la gestión efectiva del capital intelectual en el desarrollo de la organización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.2.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Docencia y colaboración en el diseño y la planificación de la formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Son objeto de valoración las siguientes actividades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Docencia, definida como acción de impartir acciones formativas de cualquier modalidad al personal de la Oficina, de la Administración autonómica y a los otros empleados públicos, dentro de los planes de formación que organiza u homologa la EBAP u otras administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Realización de tareas de coordinación de áreas de formación de la Oficina o la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Realización de las funciones que encomienda la Oficina como responsable de formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Coordinación de actividades de aprendizaje o de gestión de conocimiento, así como colaboración en el diseño y la dirección de acciones formativas de nueva creación que determine la Oficina o la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Participación en congresos, jornadas o conferencias como ponente o conferenciante y actividades de docencia universitaria relacionados, en todos los casos, con la actividad profesional e institucional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) La impartición de cursos en cualquiera de las escuelas u organismos descritos en el apartado 2.3.1.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.3.2.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Gestión del conocimiento. Son objeto de valoración las siguientes actividades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Participación en grupos y comunidades de aprendizaje relacionados con la actividad profesional o institucional que organiza la Oficina o la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Participación como mentor o mentora, tutor o tutora o cualquier otra figura análoga, en los programas que desarrolla la Oficina o la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Elaboración de material que encarga la Oficina o la EBAP expresamente para la transmisión y la difusión del conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Publicaciones relacionadas con la administración pública, tanto en formato digital como en papel, siempre que dispongan de ISBN, ISSN o depósito legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Criterios aplicables para esta convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;. En el supuesto de los apartados relativos a formación de actualización y perfeccionamiento, docencia y gestión del conocimiento, se tendrán en cuenta los méritos obtenidos en los cinco años anteriores al día anterior a la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt; En el supuesto de los apartados relativos a titulaciones académicas&amp;nbsp; diferentes de la exigida para el acceso al cuerpo o categoría en que se pretende progresar en la carrera; a certificados de niveles de idiomas de Marco común europeo de referencia, incluidos certificados de niveles de catalán superiores al exigido para acceder al cuerpo o la categoría correspondiente, y al certificado de conocimiento de lenguaje administrativo, se tendrán en cuenta los obtenidos en cualquier momento anterior a la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que cumplimentar y presentar en el Registro General de la Oficina o en cualquier otra de las formas establecidas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, 1 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En cuanto a los méritos, las personas solicitantes pueden aportar los que consideren oportunos, de acuerdo con el Anexo adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt; Funciones del Comité de Valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Recibir las solicitudes presentadas, comprobar los requisitos y valorar los méritos de las personas solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vez concluido el plazo para presentar solicitudes y revisadas los datos de las solicitudes se publicará, en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina la Resolución del director, que contendrá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;—La lista provisional de las personas que acceden a un nuevo nivel de carrera con indicación del nivel de carrera que se logra y de la fecha de efectos administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;—La lista provisional de las personas a las cuales se deniega el acceso al nivel de carrera con indicación del motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;—La lista de las personas a las cuales se requiere la rectificación de la solicitud en el supuesto de que, a pesar de cumplir los requisitos de los apartados 2.1, 2.2 y 3.1, no obtengan la puntuación mínima requerida en el bloque de aprendizaje, docencia y gestión del conocimiento a fecha 31 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vez resueltas las subsanaciones y las alegaciones, el comité de valoración tiene que elevar propuesta de resolución al director que debe contener:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La resolución del director se tiene que publicar del mismo modo que se indica para la resolución de las listas provisionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el director de la Oficina de Prevención y Lucha contra la Corrupción en las Illes Balears en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.10. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;Plazo de resolución y efectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver este procedimiento es de seis meses. Los efectos de la falta de resolución expresa son desestimatorios, de acuerdo con la disposición adicional octava de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. Efectos administrativos y económicos derivados del nivel de carrera logrado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los efectos administrativos del nivel logrado se retrotraen al momento señalado en la solicitud o al verificado por la Administración en que cada una de las personas participantes cumpla los requisitos de la base 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los efectos económicos del reconocimiento se retrotraen al 1 de enero de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
