    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, en sesión celebrada día 13 de marzo de 2023, aprobó la propuesta sobre las bases reguladoras de la subvención de Bons Viu Alcudia, dirigida a reactivar el tejido comercial del municipio de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez aprobadas las bases y de acuerdo con el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publicaron en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. &amp;nbsp;34, de 16 de marzo de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con fecha 12 de mayo de 2023 se dictó Resolución de Batlia aprobando la convocatoria para la concesión de bonos Viu Alcúdia para la promoción y reactivación del comercio local del municipio de Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Del mismo modo, se inicia el periodo de presentación de solicitudes de 10 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BDNS (Identif.): &lt;/span&gt;690327. &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#c9211e"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria para la concesión de cupones de consumo para la promoción y reactivación del comercio local del municipio de Alcúdia se publicaron en el BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;34 de día 16 de marzo de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objeto y finalidad.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto y finalidad de esta convocatoria es regular el procedimiento y condiciones para el otorgamiento de las subvenciones BONS VIU ALCUDIA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objetivo es poner en marcha una campaña de cupones de compra para los ciudadanos y ciudadanas residentes en las Islas Baleares&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, con el objeto de poder utilizarlos en las empresas del municipio o en aquellos comercios que sin tener su domicilio dentro del término municipal de Alcúdia, lleven a cabo actividades dentro de su territorio y se adhieran a la campaña. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En definitiva, se pretende fomentar el desarrollo económico local del municipio de Alcúdia, de acuerdo con las competencias atribuidas al art. 29.1.t) de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, con el fin de aumentar la productividad y competitividad de los comercios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se destina la cantidad de 199.995€ , con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria CO4312 479001 del presupuesto municipal vigente del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia para la anualidad 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Siempre que las disponibilidades presupuestarias lo permitan, se podrá aumentar el importe de la convocatoria. Esto supondrá un incremento de los bonos de descuento, que se distribuirán en las mismas condiciones que se determinan en estas bases reguladoras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Beneficiarios y requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas las personas físicas y jurídicas privadas, las agrupaciones de personas físicas y jurídicas privadas y las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado que, aunque no tengan personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo las acciones que se pretenden fomentar y que cumplan los requisitos determinados en el apartado 2.1 de las bases reguladoras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asimismo, se entienden como beneficiarias indirectas las personas físicas, a partir de 16 años, con residencia en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, que accedan a los bonos según los medios y las vías establecidas en esta resolución, para emplearlo en los establecimientos adheridos al programa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Actuaciones subvencionables y cuantía de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se subvencionará la compra de bienes o servicios en los establecimientos comerciales adheridos a la campaña a través de un único tipo de bono de descuento disponible en los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada uno de estos bonos tendrá la consideración de bono de descuento por un &lt;/span&gt;valor de 15 euros sobre una compra mínima de 30 euros en los establecimientos adheridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El total de los bonos de descuento emitidos se distribuirá por igual entre el número de establecimientos que se adhieran al programa. Así, el número de bonos correspondiente a cada establecimiento adherido tendrá un carácter lineal y estará establecido por la relación existente entre la cantidad de bonos emitidos y el número final de establecimientos adheridos al programa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia no se hará cargo del acceso a bonos en un número superior a la totalidad de bonos emitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las actuaciones subvencionadas deberán &lt;/span&gt;llevarse a cabo dentro del periodo en que se desarrolle la campaña de bonos Viu Alcúdia. La campaña de bonos Viu Alcúdia tendrá una duración de un mes desde que se inicie la misma. Excepcionalmente, en cuanto no se hayan agotado todos los bonos disponibles, y por resolución motivada de por parte del Batle del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, se podrá ampliar este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Entidad colaboradora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La realización de las tareas de gestión del programa de bonos y la distribución de los fondos subvencionables se hará con la colaboración de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Mallorca, que tiene la condición de entidad colaboradora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La colaboración de esta entidad para el desarrollo del programa se establece mediante un convenio de colaboración, que se rige por las normas establecidas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por su Reglamento de desarrollo y por la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia (BOIB núm. 176, de día 1 de diciembre de 2015). Se aplicará a las entidades el régimen jurídico previsto en estas leyes y en sus disposiciones de desarrollo, para las entidades colaboradoras en la gestión de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Funcionamiento del sistema de cupones de consumo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La totalidad de los trámites de adhesión y formalización de toda la operativa de emisión, obtención, aplicación, canje, compensación y verificación de los bonos de descuento se llevan a cabo a través de una plataforma tecnológica y de las aplicaciones informáticas específicas para asegurar una correcta operativa del funcionamiento del programa de bonos de descuento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada bono de descuento tiene &lt;/span&gt;un valor de 15 euros sobre una compra mínima de 30 euros en los establecimientos adheridos. Cada persona beneficiaria de los bonos, puede acceder a un máximo de 4 bonos de descuento que puede utilizar en una única compra o establecimiento, o aplicar en compras y establecimientos adheridos diferentes, siempre y cuando la compra tenga un valor mínimo de 30 euros por cada buen y se realice durante el periodo en que se encuentre activa la campaña&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sólo pueden ser subvencionadas las ventas realizadas dentro del periodo en que se encuentre activa la campaña. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La aplicación de los bonos de descuento será efectuada por los propios establecimientos tras la comprobación de la residencia en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares y la identificación de las personas beneficiarias en el mismo momento de la adquisición de los bienes, por un valor mínimo de 30 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este sentido, la entidad colaboradora debe habilitar los mecanismos necesarios para garantizar y comprobar lo indicado en este apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las entidades adheridas &lt;/span&gt;deben rellenar en la plataforma web para la gestión y la ejecución del programa el bono o bonos con los datos de la persona física beneficiaria, que servirán para controlar el límite de 4 bonos por persona, y deben adjuntar una copia del ticket de la compra mínima de 30 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las entidades adheridas disponen de un usuario y contraseña única que permite acceder a la plataforma para realizar los trámites indicados a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comprobar los bonos disponibles con una numeración específica y única asociados a la entidad adherida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Obtener el bono para ofrecerle a la clientela que cumple los requisitos establecidos en el apartado 2 de las presentes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Información relativa a los bonos utilizados y pendientes durante la vigencia de la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La formalización de los bonos utilizados y su justificación, según lo dispuesto en el apartado &lt;/span&gt;14 de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;las bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es responsabilidad de la entidad beneficiaria la verificación de la identidad de las personas que adquieren el buen y el control de su residencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supuesto de que la persona no haga uso del bono en el momento del derecho a utilizarlo, deberá generar el derecho de nuevo haciendo una compra mínima de 30 euros siempre cuando no se haya excedido el máximo de bonos por persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes &lt;/span&gt;será de 10 días hábiles a partir &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&amp;nbsp; La forma de presentación será la prevista en el apartado 10 y 11 de las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Solicitud y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias que cumplan los requisitos determinados en el apartado 2.1 de las bases reguladoras o estén en condiciones de cumplirlos en el plazo de presentación de solicitudes deben &lt;/span&gt;cumplimentar la declaración responsable correspondiente a la página web habilitada a tal efecto (www.bonsviualcudia.com) y &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;adjuntar en la misma página la documentación siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotografía de la fachada del establecimiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documento de certificado de situación censal de empresarios, profesionales y retenedores &lt;/span&gt;vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Certificados que acrediten encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y autorización para que el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia compruebe que se encuentran al corriente con las obligaciones de pago con este ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación y por lo que determina la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y el convenio de colaboración suscrito para tramitar las ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se produce de oficio, mediante la aprobación de la convocatoria y la publicación en el BOIB, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS, y en la sede electrónica de la página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;(www.alcudia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concesión de subvenciones se efectuará en régimen de concurrencia no competitiva, por estricto orden de entrada en el registro y hasta el agotamiento del crédito. En el caso en que la solicitud sea objeto de requerimiento debido a que no se reúnen los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria de acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado 10 de las bases reguladoras, el registro de entrada que se tendrá en consideración será el registro de enmienda efectuado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El órgano competente para la ordenación del procedimiento es la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Mallorca, y le corresponde comprobar que las solicitudes de las ayudas y la documentación presentada cumple los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria y requerir a los interesados la presentación o enmienda de la documentación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este órgano puede realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones que estime necesarias y convenientes para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos que figuren en las solicitudes, en virtud de las cuales se resolverá la concesión de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procedimiento de iniciación y resolución corresponde a la presidencia del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Todos los acuerdos del procedimiento se publicarán en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(www.alcudia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. Forma de justificación de la subvención por parte de los establecimientos adheridos y pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Durante el periodo de ejecución de la campaña, las entidades beneficiarias deben proceder a la justificación de la subvención, aportando de forma telemática a la plataforma tecnológica creada a tal efecto por la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Mallorca, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Número de DNI de la persona que ha consumido el bono.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Factura o ticket de la compra, de mínimo treinta euros, en la que se ha hecho uso del bono de descuento, donde se especifique el precio antes y después de aplicar el descuento, así como el importe de la bonificación aplicada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La justificación y el cobro de los bonos se puede hacer efectiva con carácter quincenal. Una vez verificado el cumplimiento de los requisitos, se procederá a efectuar la liquidación y el pago en la cuenta bancaria de la entidad beneficiaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;GRUPO 643. COMERCIO AL POR MENOR DE PESCADOS Y OTROS PRODUCTOS DE LA PESCA Y DE LA ACUICULTURA Y DE TORNILLOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Epígrafe 643.1.- Comercio al por menor de pescado y otros productos de la pesca y de la acuicultura y de tornillos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
