    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alcald&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;strong&gt;2023/PRE/ 0000343&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de &lt;strong&gt;10/05/2023&lt;/strong&gt;, s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ha apro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;padró&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la tasa para la prestación del servicio de abastecimiento domiciliario de agua y alcantarillado del &lt;strong&gt;1T/2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a efectos tanto de su notificación colectiva, en los términos que se deducen del artículo 102.3 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, como de la sumisión de los mismos a trámite de información pública, por medio del presente anuncio, se exponen al público &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;BOIB, el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; tablón municipal de edictos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y en el tablón de edictos de la sede electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;http://www.ajferreries.org/tauler/edictes.aspx?TIPO=01&amp;amp;HISTORIC=1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, por el plazo de quince días hábiles, a fin de que quienes se estimen interesados puedan formular cuantas observaciones, alegaciones o reclamaciones, por convenientes, tengan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra el acto de aprobación de los citados padrones y/o las liquidaciones contenidas en los mismos podrá interponerse recurso previo de reposición ante la Presidencia en el plazo de un mes&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; a contar desde el día siguiente al de finalización del término de exposición pública, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo 14 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 62.3 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, y en el artículo 24 del Reglamento General de Recaudación, aprobado por Real Decreto 939/2005, de 29 de julio, se pone en conocimiento de los contribuyentes que se procederá al cobro en período voluntario de la tasa para la para la prestación del servicio de abastecimiento domiciliario de agua y alcantarillado del &lt;strong&gt;1T/2023&lt;/strong&gt; y notificación colectiva. en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:113%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los contribuyentes que no hayan recibido el aviso de pago podrán pagarlo en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; las oficinas de Recaudación Municipal&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de Ferreries en el horario y plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:113%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de ingreso voluntario sin que se haya satisfecho la deuda se iniciará el período ejecutivo, de acuerdo con el tenor de los artículos 26, 28 y 161 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, lo que determinará la exigencia de los intereses de demora, así como los recargos que correspondan y, en su caso, de las costas del procedimiento de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
