text/html es ![CDATA[Extracto de la Resolución de la consejera de Salud y Consumo de 3 de mayo 2023 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones y de aportaciones económicas para llevar a cabo actividades en materia de salud pública para el ejercicio 2023]] 2023-05-09 26042 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Identificador BDNS núm. 692324</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Conforme con lo establecido en los artículos 17.3.<em>b)</em> y el artículo 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y el artículo 4.1 de la Resolución de 10 de diciembre de 2015, de la Intervención General de la Administración del Estado, por la que se regula el proceso de registro y publicación de convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas en el Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de Subvenciones (BOE núm. 299, de 15 de diciembre de 2015), se publica el extracto de la convocatoria de las subvenciones arriba referidas, cuyo texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de datos nacional de subvenciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Objeto</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Apoyar el desarrollo de los programas, proyectos y actividades de salud pública que se lleven a cabo entre el 1 de enero de 2023 y el 30 de septiembre de 2023, clasificados en las siguientes líneas:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Línea 1: ayudas para la realización de programas y proyectos de promoción de la salud en el ámbito comunitario y en colectivos en riesgo de exclusión social.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Línea 2: ayudas para la realización de programas y proyectos de promoción y educación para la salud en los centros educativos que participan en el Programa de Centros Educativos Promotores de la Salud CEPS) de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Línea 3: ayudas para la promoción de la donación de sangre y la captación de donantes mediante cita previa en todos los municipios de las Illes Balears. Esta ayuda debe estar destinada a asociaciones municipales o autonómicas, de cualquier tipo, que quieran involucrarse en la promoción de la donación de sangre planificada.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Línea 4: prevención de la infección del VIH y otras infecciones de transmisión sexual en la población general y en colectivos específicos de afectados.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Línea 5: ayudas para asociaciones de pacientes.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Línea 8: ayudas para proyectos de prevención y reducción de daños por consumo de drogas asociadas a relaciones sexuales.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">g) Línea 9: ayudas para la realización de programas y proyectos que promuevan la seguridad de los alimentos en los entornos familiar, comunitario o de asociaciones de empresas alimentarias.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Personas beneficiarias</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Pueden ser beneficiarias de las subvenciones en materia de salud pública las siguientes personas:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Para los proyectos de las líneas 1, 3, 4 y 8, cualquier persona jurídica, de carácter privado, sin ánimo de lucro, con domicilio social en las Illes Balears, que, además de realizar en el territorio de las Illes Balears los programas y actividades previstas en dichas líneas, cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en la Orden de bases y los específicos de la presente convocatoria.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Para los proyectos de promoción de la salud y educación para la salud en el ámbito educativo incluidos en la línea 2, solo podrán ser beneficiarios los centros educativos de las Illes Balears, de titularidad pública o privada, que participen en el Programa de Centros Educativos Promotores de la Salud de las Illes Balears (CEPS).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Para los proyectos de la línea 5, las asociaciones de pacientes, entendiéndose por tales las personas jurídicas, de carácter privado, sin ánimo de lucro, con domicilio social en las Illes Balears, cuya finalidad es la atención y el apoyo a personas con problemas de salud y a sus familias, mejorando así la calidad de vida de dichas personas.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Para los proyectos de la línea 9, las asociaciones de grupos poblacionales, empresariales o vecinales, entendiéndose como tales las personas jurídicas, de carácter privado, sin ánimo de lucro, con domicilio social en las Illes Balears, que además de realizar en el territorio de las Illes Balears los programas y proyectos previstos en esta línea, cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en la Orden de bases y los específicos de la presente convocatoria.</span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Cuantía</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El importe máximo destinado a esta convocatoria es de 165.000 euros, con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.
