    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 20.4 del Decreto 86/2008, de 1 de agosto, por el que se desarrollan y se regulan los procesos electorales de las federaciones deportivas de las Illes Balears, el 23 de marzo de 2021 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears la ratificación de la Presidenta y la composición de la Junta Directiva de la Federación Balear de Vela una vez finalizado el proceso electoral correspondiente al período 2020-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Asimismo, el 12 de marzo de 2022 se publica la modificación de la composición de la Junta Directiva de dicha federación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El 16 de febrero y el 14 de abril de 2023, se comunican a la Dirección General de Deportes las renuncias de don Cristóbal Balaguer Huguet y de don Rodrigo Moscardó Covo, como vocales, así como la designación de don Antonio Durán Trías, como nuevo titular de una de las vocalías, ya que no se procede a la sustitución de la otra, por lo que la Junta Directiva cuenta con 14 miembros, en lugar de los 15 inicialmente previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Asamblea General de la Federación Balear de Vela adoptó en la sesión extraordinaria de 28 de septiembre de 2020, entre otros acuerdos y a los efectos de llevar a cabo el proceso electoral correspondiente al período 2020-2024, que la Junta Directiva sería nombrada por el Presidente. Dicho acuerdo fue ratificado mediante Resolución del Director General de Deportes de 26 de octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Por tanto, se hace pública nuevamente la composición de la Junta Directiva de la Federación Balear de Vela, que es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Catalina Silvia Darder Adrover, Presidenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
