&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“Someter este expediente a nueva audiencia a los interesados y a información pública&amp;nbsp;dado que se incorporan nuevos elementos y se modifica la delimitación del bien de interés cultural. Las modificaciones son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;— Se amplía el BIC al varadero situado bajo la casa de Sa Punta des Babo, a raíz del informe de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;— Se corrige la cartografía en la barraca de Capó, UIB, 1e ARCA y 5 Aj. Felanitx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;— Se amplían los entornos de protección a los muelles y las barracas en sus laterales por espacio de cinco metros, UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;— El varadero de sa Capella (1a ARCA y 1 Aj. Felanitx) y los muelles de piedra arenisca de la calle del mar (1b ARCA), pasan de ser entorno de protección a formar parte del BIC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;—El mollet de Pereó se incorpora al entorno de protección del BIC (1d ARCA).”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Efectuado el resto de trámites legales, y en ejecución de lo dispuesto en el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 12/1998, de 21 de diciembre, del Patrimonio Histórico de las Illes Balears, se abre nuevo período de información pública de un mes, contado a partir de la fecha de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los interesados podrán solicitar información sobre el mencionado expediente en el Servicio del Patrimonio Histórico del Consejo de Mallorca (Plaza del Hospital, 4, 07012 de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
