    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 45.1.a) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, el presente anuncio publica la convocatoria del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;MERCAT DE NIT 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, aprobada por el Decreto de Alcaldía número 2023/DA/0001760, de fecha 4 de mayo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprobar las bases reguladoras y convocar una nueva edición del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mercat de Nit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que tendrá lugar durante el verano de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Convocar a las personas interesadas para que presenten su solicitud durante el plazo establecido a tal efecto.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán de forma telemática, a través del sitio web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Establecer las condiciones de funcionamiento del mercado, los requisitos de participación y los criterios de adjudicación de los puestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Días de apertura y número de puestos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta la finalidad de este mercado, así como el tipo de productos objeto de venta, las ediciones de años anteriores, la satisfacción de las personas vendedoras —manifestada en la reunión de valoración—, la aceptación de la población de Maó y el asesoramiento de la Associació de Comerciants, el MERCAT DE NIT funcionará:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;los martes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en las pl. del Carme y d'Espanya, con 30 puestos, del 20 de junio al 12 de septiembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;los jueves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en el Moll de Llevant (puerto), con 30 puestos, del 15 de junio al 7 de septiembre. Dado que el mercado del día 7 de septiembre coincide con la fiesta local del municipio, este se trasladará al día 9 de septiembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El número máximo de puestos se distribuirá conforme a los planos que, al efecto, se aprueban junto con las bases, atendiendo a las circunstancias que concurran en cada uno de los mercados.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Condiciones de funcionamiento del mercado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El mercado abrirá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;todos los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;martes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en las pl. del Carme y d'Espanya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;todos los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;jueves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en el Moll de Llevant (puerto) frente a las escaleras de Ses Voltes, junto al mar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El horario de venta será de 20.00 a 23.30 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El horario del montaje será de las 19.00 a 20.00 horas; y el de desmontaje, de 23.30 a 0.00 horas, que se deberá llevarse a cabo con el mínimo ruido posible, para preservar el descanso vecinal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Las medidas de los puestos serán de 2x1 m. El Ayuntamiento ha uniformizado los mercados municipales confeccionando toldos y faldones que serán suministrados a las personas adjudicatarias, que obligatoriamente los deberán usar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) El Ayuntamiento también suministrará un juego de luces a cada puesto. En caso de poner iluminación adicional, esta no podrá ser de gran consumo, que haga peligrar la instalación existente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) La autorización para montar un puesto será intransferible y revocable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) La vigilancia y conservación del espacio será responsabilidad exclusiva de la persona autorizada. Al finalizar la actividad, debe dejarse la zona del mercado sin basuras ni bultos imputables a los puestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) La autorización no exime a la persona titular de solicitar y obtener licencias de otras administraciones, conforme a las normativas que le son de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) En cualquier momento, se realizará visita de inspección para comprobar el cumplimiento de las condiciones exigidas en la presente autorización, así como la ocupación continuada del puesto según solicitud, y se podrán imponer, si procede, las sanciones pertinentes, conforme a lo que establece la Ordenanza reguladora de la venta ambulante en Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) En los puestos no se podrán instalar equipos de sonido o música, ni megafonía.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Por razones de interés público, se podrá trasladar puntualmente la ubicación del mercado, previo aviso a las personas autorizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Cuando, por motivo de incompatibilidad con otras actividades, de fuerza mayor a causa de las condiciones meteorológicas, u otros, no se pueda realizar el mercado, ello no implicará su apertura en días diferentes de los previstos, excepto en los supuestos que expresamente autorice el alcalde o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m) En todo momento, las personas autorizadas deberán cumplir los protocolos y las normas higiénicas vigentes, a raíz de la crisis sanitaria del Covid-19, relativas a los mercados de venta ambulante al aire libre. El incumplimiento de estas medidas se podrá considerar falta grave y se sancionará con la revocación de la autorización y será motivo de cierre inmediato del puesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículos y productos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este mercado estará destinado a la venta de productos de artesanía, bisutería, artículos de diseño artístico, joyería, artículos de piel, artículos de regalo, productos de textil y otros artículos autorizados por la normativa vigente y que no sean de alimentación. Queda prohibida la venta de productos alimentarios y bebidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;Requisitos que deberán cumplir las personas que soliciten participar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Figurar de alta en el censo de obligados tributarios y en el del régimen de la Seguridad Social que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Disponer de seguro de responsabilidad civil por daños a terceras personas y estar al corriente de su pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Pagar la tasa establecida en el art. 5 de la Ordenanza reguladora de la tasa por ocupación del dominio público (BOIB n.º 99 de 2/6/2020), de forma previa al desarrollo de la actividad. Se emitirá una única liquidación, que no se podrá fraccionar en ningún caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Disfrutar del oportuno permiso de residencia y trabajo por cuenta propia, en caso de no disfrutar de la nacionalidad de alguno de los estados miembros de la Unión Europea, conforme a la normativa vigente en la materia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de quince días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria de las presentes bases en el diario oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) y en el sitio web del Ayuntamiento de Maó. El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será improrrogable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán de forma telemática, a través del sitio web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona interesada deberá solicitar una autorización para una actividad concreta y esta deberá mantenerse durante el periodo de vigencia de la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento comprobará el cumplimiento de los requisitos y procederá a confeccionar el correspondiente listado de personas admitidas y excluidas en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los supuestos de solicitudes (o documentación) aportadas que resulten incorrectas o incompletas, estas serán objeto de enmienda y este Ayuntamiento, con anterioridad a la formulación de la propuesta de resolución, requerirá a la persona interesada para que aporte aquella documentación o subsane el defecto, dentro del plazo de diez días. Si no lo hiciera así, se considerará que desiste de su petición.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;Criterios de adjudicación de los puestos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Maó pondrá a disposición los puestos que constan en los planos que se acompañan (anexos I y II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se podrán autorizar hasta un máximo de 30 puestos en cada uno de los mercados (en el centro y en el puerto), distribuidas por tipo de producto de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 autorizaciones para productos de ARTESANÍA (arcillas y porcelanas, esmaltados en pendientes y collares, pasadores metálicos para el pelo y otros similares)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 autorizaciones para productos de BISUTERÍA (artículos metálicos, abalorios, hilos, cuerda, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 autorizaciones para artículos de DISEÑO ARTÍSTICO (ilustraciones sobre papel, cuadros, grabados, estampación de camisetas, otros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 autorizaciones para productos de JOYERÍA (plata, oro, piedras semipreciosas, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5 autorizaciones para artículos de PIEL (carteras, cinturones, bolsos, pasadores de cuero para el pelo, zapato tradicional, otros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 autorizaciones para artículos de REGALO (complementos para el pelo, artículos de decoración, jabones, perfumes, enseres del hogar, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5 autorizaciones para productos de TEXTIL (confección de moda, artículos de costura, mercería y otros similares)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puesto que el espacio donde se ubicarán los mercados es limitado y que, normalmente, no es posible atender todas las demandas de puestos, el Ayuntamiento de Maó, una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias, resolverá las solicitudes, de forma que se valorarán conforme a los criterios de adjudicación que se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Acreditar la formación y titulación académica en Artes y Oficios o en Bellas Artes, o ser titular de la carta de artesano/a o la carta de maestro artesano/a:&lt;strong&gt; 1 punto&lt;/strong&gt;. Los productos a la venta deberán ser los asimilables a la carta de que disponga la misma persona artesana, como mínimo en un 50% del total del puesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Conforme a criterios de diversidad, tener a la venta productos singulares o innovadores, no existentes en otros puestos (o que sean suficientemente diferenciadores entre puestos del mismo producto): máximo de &lt;strong&gt;3 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;. Será evaluado por una comisión formada por el concejal/a de Ferias y Mercados, personal técnico del Área de Mercados del Ayuntamiento y una persona experta en artesanía. La persona autorizada debe tener a la venta estos productos como mínimo en un 50 % del puesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Participación en los últimos 7 años en mercados de venta ambulante o en mercadillos temáticos, organizados en el municipio de Maó (0,25 puntos por mercado y año, &lt;strong&gt;hasta un máximo de 6 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;). Solo se valorará esta participación si consta de manera expresa en la solicitud. Serán puntuables los mercados siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mercadillo ambulante Rochina&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mercat Artesà&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mercat de Nit de los martes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mercat de Nit de los jueves&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fira de Nadal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mercat de Sant Antoni&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mercat de Festes de Gràcia&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;strong&gt;Adjudicación y constitución de bolsa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las adjudicaciones se otorgarán por sorteo público cuando las personas solicitantes reúnan idénticas condiciones y se produzca un empate en el procedimiento de adjudicación, conforme a los criterios establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La adjudicación de la ubicación del puesto a cada persona solicitante se hará también mediante sorteo público.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formarán parte del sorteo de desempate y del sorteo de adjudicación de la ubicación concreta de cada puesto: el concejal de Dinamización Económica, representantes de las personas solicitantes y una persona integrante del Departamento de Ferias y Mercados. Se efectuará públicamente en el día y a la hora que, al efecto, se determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A fin de cubrir los puestos que hayan quedado vacantes durante el plazo de vigencia del mercado, se constituirá una bolsa de reserva, por grupos y por orden de puntuación, de las personas solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos y no lo hubieran obtenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en alguno de los grupos no se cubren todos los puestos, estos se podrán adjudicar a las personas interesadas de los otros grupos, incluidas en la bolsa de reserva. Se adjudicará a la primera persona de cada grupo, según el orden que figura en el punto 6 de estas bases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento deberá resolver sobre las autorizaciones y deberá notificar a las personas interesadas sobre la concesión de la autorización en un plazo de diez días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de concesión, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa, será notificada a las personas solicitantes mediante publicación en el BOIB, conforma al art. 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, cuando este acto tenga como destino una pluralidad indeterminada de personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar el plano de ubicación de los puestos en la plaza del Carme y en la plaza d'Espanya, y el plano de ubicación en el Moll de Llevant (puerto), que constan en el expediente. Cada puesto ocupará un espacio de 2x1 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
