Ayto. de Palma &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt; contra la aprobación del proyecto de modificación del Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de la ciudad de Palma, expte. 2019/40052, y en particular en lo que dicha modificación afectada a su propiedad sita en Son Gual procediéndose, en virtud de dicho Acuerdo desestimatorio, a la aprobación definitiva del referido proyecto modificatorio”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo que en cumplimento de la diligencia de ordenación de fecha 14/04/2023 y de lo establecido en el artículo 47.2 de la LJCA, se concede un plazo de quince días para la personación de quienes tengan interés legítimo en sostener la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;conformidad a Derecho de la disposición, acto o conducta impugnados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
