&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procedimiento: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Planificación y Ordenación del Personal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto que el 21 de diciembre de 2022, por acuerdo plenario, se aprobaron inicialmente los Presupuestos Generales del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta para el ejercicio 2023. Transcurrido el plazo de información pública no se interponen alegaciones y, por lo tanto, se entienden aprobados definitivamente los que hasta el momento eran provisionales (BOIB núm. 11, de 24 de enero de 2023).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto el informe de RRHH que expone la situación en que se encuentra el personal del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, las plazas que generan la tasa de reposición y de aquellas que son susceptibles de ser incluidas en la Oferta Pública de Empleo 2023. Dicho informe, concluye que la tasa de reposición para el ejercicio 2022 es del 120%, y que genera lo siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente a la recepción de la presente publicación, ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el juzgado de los Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente a la presente publicación de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa-Administrativa. Si optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel haya sido resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
