    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;patronato de la Fundación Teatro Principal de Inca, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 27 de abril del 2023, aprobó la modificación del acuerdo para el establecimiento y modificación de los precios privados para las actividades y servicios que preste la Fundación Teatro Principal de Inca, con el siguiente contenido literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;MODIFICACIÓN DEL ACUERDO PARA EL ESTABLECIMIENTO Y MODIFICACIÓN DE LOS PRECIOS PRIVADOS PARA LAS ACTIVIDADES Y SERVICIOS QUE PRESTE LA FUNDACIÓN TEATRO PRINCIPAL DE INCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El presente acuerdo tiene por objeto la regulación del régimen jurídico de los recursos que obtiene la Fundación Teatro Principal de Inca (en adelante Fundación) segundos las normas de Derecho privado y que tienen la consideración de precios privados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El presente acuerdo es de aplicación a todos los servicios y actividades que se presten por la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 2. Concepto y tipología de precios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Son precios privados las contraprestaciones pecuniarias percibidas por la Fundación con motivo de la entrega de bienes, la prestación de servicios o la realización de actividades sujetas al Derecho privado, que no tengan el carácter de coactivos y siempre que exista o pueda existir oferta privada concurrente en el mercado de que se trate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se entenderá que existe o puede existir oferta privada concurrente cuando no exista impedimento legal para acceder como oferente de servicios, bienes o actividades al mercado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Serán precios privados subvencionables, aquellos que por razones de las personas destinatarias, por el tipo de espectáculo o por otros motivos debidamente motivados sean inferiores a los que se acuerdan con carácter general a el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Serán precios privados con sobrecoste aquellos que por el incremento del coste del caché, de las gastos asociadas por desarrollar el espectáculo, por la popularidad o relevancia de el evento u otras causas debidamente motivadas impliquen un precio superior a los precios establecidos en el anexo 1 de la propuesta de precios del presente informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Serán precios privados reducidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1 Aquellos que deriven del aprovechamiento o utilización de las salas y/o instalaciones de la Fundación del Anexo 2 les será aplicable una de &lt;strong&gt;hasta el 100% &lt;/strong&gt;del precio. Esta reducción será aplicada por razón de sujeto o de objeto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.1. &lt;strong&gt;Por razón de sujeto&lt;/strong&gt;: Aquellas personas y entidades con domicilio fiscal en el municipio de Inca obtendrán una reducción del 25%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.2. &lt;strong&gt;Por razón del objeto&lt;/strong&gt;: Aquellas actividades culturales o actos diversos que en función de su tipología, por las personas a las que van dirigidas, personas destinatarias, por el tipo de espectáculo, o por otras razones debidamente motivadas que lo justifiquen obtendrán &lt;strong&gt;una reducción de hasta el 100%.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2. Aquellos que deriven de la realización de espectáculos y actividades culturales referidas en el Anexo I les será de aplicación una reducción de hasta el 50% del precio establecido de acuerdo con el artículo 3.2. Esta reducción será aplicada por razón de sujeto o por circunstancias objetivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.1. Por razón de sujeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En relación a la edad del usuario:&lt;/strong&gt; En los casos en que el precio establecido de las actividades sean iguales o superiores a 15 €, será aplicable una reducción de un 30% para aquellas personas menores de 30 años y para aquellas mayores de 65 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En estos casos, con independencia de que se pueda realizar previamente la reserva del evento de forma telemática, las entradas se tendrán que recoger personalmente en la taquilla del Teatro presentando el documento de identidad o documento oficial con fotografía donde conste la edad del usuario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En relación a condiciones personales del usuario:&lt;/strong&gt; En los casos en que el precio establecido de las actividades sea igual o superior a 15 € será de aplicación una reducción de un 30% para aquellas personas con un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%, integrantes de familias numerosas e integrantes de familias monoparentales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En estos casos, con independencia de que se pueda realizar previamente la&amp;nbsp;reserva del evento de forma telemática, las entradas se deberán recoger personalmente e n la taquilla del Teatro presentando el documento de identidad y documento oficial que acredite la circunstancia personal alegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por el carácter de miembro de asociaciones baleares dedicadas o vinculadas a las artes escénicas y estudiantes de escuelas oficiales de música, danza y teatro. Será aplicable una reducción de un 50% de los precios de las actividades referidas en el apartado 1.1 y 1.2 del Anexo I adjunto a los miembros de la Asociación de Actores y Actrices de las Islas Baleares, la Asociación Profesional de Danza de las Islas Baleares y la Asociación de dramaturgas y dramaturgos de las Islas Baleares. La misma reducción resultara aplicable a aquellos estudiantes en activo de los conservatorios y escuelas de música y danza oficiales de las Islas Baleares y de la Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En estos casos, con independencia de que se pueda realizar previamente la reserva del evento de forma telemática, las entradas se deberán recoger personalmente en la taquilla del Teatro presentando el documento de identidad y documento oficial que acredite la circunstancia personal alegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.2 Por circunstancias objetivas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reducciones por grupos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: será aplicable una reducción de un 20% del precio establecido de las actividades para aquellos grupos de usuarios que estén integrados por 20 o más personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reducciones por ciclo de actividades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: se podrán agrupar una serie de funciones o actividades y ofrecerlas conjuntamente como abono para un ciclo determinado. El importe de este abono se determinará en función del precio establecido de cada actuación programada con una reducción de hasta un 30%&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;sobre el total de la suma de los importes de las entradas corrientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por razón de baja afluencia de usuarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: la entidad podrá acordar una reducción en los precios fijados para la realización de espectáculos y actividades culturales programadas de conformidad con el Anexo I de hasta un 50% en aquéllos supuestos en que las ventas sean significativamente inferiores a las esperadas inicialmente en una fecha próxima al evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ésta reducción no tendrá efectos en aquellas compras previamente pagadas por los usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Asientos con visibilidad reducida&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la entidad ofrecera las localidades que se consideren de visibilidad reducida con una reducción del precio aprobado de un 30%, esta circunstancia se indicará durante la operación de selección de los asientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las reducciones aplicables definidas a este punto cuarto son mutuamente excluyentes y por tanto no procede su aplicación de forma simultánea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 3. Órganos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El órgano competente para el acuerdo de establecimiento y revisión de la cuantía de los precios privados es el Patronato de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El órgano competente para determinar: los precios de las actividades, dentro las franjas establecidas a el Anexo 1, las actividades subvencionadas, las actividades en sobrecoste y los precios privados reducidos definidos en el artículo 2 apartado 4.1.2 en lo referente a el Anexo 2 será el Presidente/a de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 4. Establecimiento y revisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Para la determinación, revisión y actualización de las operaciones sujetas a precios privados, así como de las cuantías correspondientes, deberá elaborarse, por el órgano competente, uno Informe técnico/memoria comprensiva de los siguientes extremos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. Identificación y características de los bienes, servicios o actividades retribuidos mediante precios privados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b. Fundamentación de la adecuación del precio de mercado al de los precios propuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Con carácter previo a la creación o revisión de los precios privados será preceptivo el informe del Tesorero/a de la Fundación. A tal efecto, se remitirá la propuesta de precios privados, acompañado del informe técnico/memoria al que hace referencia el apartado anterior y de la documentación complementaria que se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Los precios privados se publicarán en el "Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares'', mediante orden del Presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 5. Cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La cuantía de los precios privados deberá cubrir, al menos, la totalidad de los costes económicos del bien, servicio o actividad prestados, salvo las actividades en las que hace referencia el artículo 2.2 y 2.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las cuantías de los precios privados no incluirán el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido, que será repercutido a los obligados al pago según los tipos vigentes y, en su caso, de las exenciones que correspondan, en función de la naturaleza del bien, servicio o actividad prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Excepcionalmente y para los casos previstos, previo informe favorable de la Tesorería de la Fundación, y dadas las condiciones y circunstancias del mercado en el que operen los precios privados, podrán aplicarse los precios subvencionables y los precios reducidos del artículo 2 para determinados eventos y servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La actualización de los precios privados se efectuará por los órganos competentes a los que se refiere el artículo 3 y mediante el procedimiento del artículo 4, en consideración a los costes económicos de la operación objeto de contraprestación y de los factores concurrentes de la oferta y de la demanda en el mercado correspondiente sin sujeción a ninguna periodicidad ni a factores de indexación oficial de referencia para los ingresos de Derecho público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 6. Gestión y cobro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La gestión y cobro del precio se llevará a cabo bajo la dirección de la Tesorería de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Las deudas generadas por la entrega de bienes o realización de operaciones sujetas a precios privados se exigirán conforme a las normas de Derecho privado que resulten de aplicación, sin que pueda acudirse al procedimiento administrativo de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Para casos de fuerza mayor, emergencia pública u otra causa que sea imputable a la Fundación, no se pudiera llevar a término el evento o la prestación del servicio, la Fundación procederá de oficio a la devolución de los importes abonados mediante resolución motivada de la Presidencia de la Fundación, previo informe favorable de la Tesorería de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 7. Control Finanzas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los precios privados estarán sometidos al régimen de contabilidad y al control financiero en la modalidad de auditoría, de conformidad con lo que se establece en la legislación de hacienda de la entidad donde se encuentre adscrita la Fundación en cada ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El control financiero se llevará a cabo bajo la dirección de la Intervención de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 8. Régimen jurídico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los actos, negocios y, en general, relaciones jurídicas que se deriven de las actuaciones económicas de los órganos, organismos y entidades ofertantes que gestionen contraprestaciones calificadas cómo precios privados, se regirán por las normas de ordenación jurídica privada que resulten de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición derogatoria única&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
