    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada por Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión ordinaria celebrada día 21/04/2023, la Convocatoria de becas económicas para estudios en el extranjero, curso 2022/2023, se hace pública la presente convocatoria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS PARA ESTUDIOS EN EL EXTRANJERO, CURSO 2022/2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas es el de completar las becas para los gastos que tiene un estudiante que lleva a cabo sus estudios fuera del estado español con independencia del centro en el que estén matriculados para poder sufragar los gastos consistentes en escolarización, libros, material escolar, alojamiento, actividades de refuerzo y programas especiales de educación así como los gastos derivados del transporte de los estudiantes en el centro educativo matriculados, para el curso 2022/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- REQUISITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Podrán solicitar estas ayudas los estudiantes que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Estén cursando estudios en universidades o centros educativos públicos o privados fuera del estado Español durante el curso académico indicado en la convocatoria, según la siguiente relación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Cualquier estudio universitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estudios técnicos superiores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Escuelas adscritas a la Universidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Colegios universitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ciclos formativos de primer, segundo ciclo o tercer ciclo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Becas en el extranjero (tipo Erasmus, Leonardo, Grundiwg ...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estudios de régimen especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Estar empadronado en el Municipio de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores por cualquier otro concepto tributario. De no ser así, tendrán 10 días hábiles para resolver la deficiencia detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Serán denegadas automáticamente las solicitudes que no se adapten a lo descrito anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El simple hecho de presentar la solicitud de las ayudas económicas para estudios en el extranjero supone aceptar las bases de este convocatoria y en caso de falsedad u omisión total o parcial de la documentación presentada se incurrirá en responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se establece la compatibilidad con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier Administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales siempre y cuando la cuantía total de todos los ayudas no supere los gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- DOCUMENTACIÓN PARA SOLICITAR Y JUSTIFICAR LA AYUDA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las solicitudes se deberán formalizar en su totalidad con el impreso que facilitará el Ayuntamiento de Andratx o bien en la página web del Ayuntamiento. http://www.andratx.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Toda la documentación debe de estar en catalán o castellano o traducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se deberá adjuntar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- DNI del estudiante, o presentar el original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Documentación que acredite que realiza los estudios para los que solicita la ayuda (debe figurar el tipo de estudio, el lugar de realización y duración de los mismos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Impreso de la matrícula del curso actual del solicitante o documento acreditativo de haber sido admitido a una beca en el extranjero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Documento del Ayuntamiento de transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Otros documentos que el estudiante considere oportuno presentar directamente relacionados o de interés para la solicitud de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En el momento de la solicitud de la ayuda se debe adjuntar facturas y el comprobante de pago de los gastos (billetes, alquiler, matricula, transporte...) por un valor igual o superior de la cantidad solicitada y que no podrá ser superior a 1.500,00 € .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- PLAZO Y PRESENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las solicitudes se podrán presentar de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 16.4 de la ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas de las siguientes maneras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- TELEMÁTICAMENTE &lt;/strong&gt;a través de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx &lt;strong&gt;(&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;https://andratx.sedelectronica.es/&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;por su trámite específico establecido. Para poder llevar a cabo un registro telemático hay que disponer de un certificado electrónico o DNI electrónico o cl@ve pin (obligatorio para los sujetos obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente con las administraciones por el artículo 14.2 y 3 de la ley 39/2015 del 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Islas Baleares y opcional para las personas físicas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- PRESENCIALMENTE&lt;/strong&gt; (sólo para las personas físicas) en el &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SAC (Servicio d&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Atenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;n&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; a la Ciu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;adania) &lt;/strong&gt;del Ayuntamiento de Andratx, obligatoriamente con cita previa que se puede solicitar a través de www.andratx.cat (de 8:30 a 13:30 de lunes a viernes) o en cualquiera de las oficinas de registro de la Administración Pública, de la Administración General del Estado, del resto de las Comunidades autónomas o de las entidades que integran la administración local. Además, también se puede enviar la documentación por correo postal (sólo para personas físicas). En este caso, deben presentarse los documentos dentro de un sobre abierto con el fin de que el personal de la oficina de correos pueda indicar, mediante el sello oficial, el lugar, la fecha y la hora exacta en la que se ha efectuado el registro. Estos datos también quedaran anotadas en el resguardo justificativo de la presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los sujetos obligados según el artículo 14.2 y 14.3 son: las personas jurídicas, entidades sin personalidad jurídica, las que realicen una actividad para la cual se requiera colegiarse obligatoriamente para los trámites que realicen con las administraciones públicas en el ejercicio de su actividad profesional incluidos los notarios y registradores de la propiedad y mercantil, los que representan a un interesado que esté obligado a relacionarse electrónicamente con la administración y el personal funcionario de las administraciones públicas para los trámites y actuaciones que se realicen según su condición de funcionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se establece un plazo de día 16 de junio a día 16 de julio 2023 para presentar las solicitudes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- NATURALEZA DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Son de carácter voluntario y temporal; no serán citables como precedente y no se podrá exigir aumento o revisión de la cantidad asignada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones establecidas en ningún caso podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con subvenciones o ayudas de otras Administraciones Públicas, o de otros organismos públicos o privados, nacionales o internacionales, supere el coste de la actividad a desarrollar por el beneficiario (artículo 4.7 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones). De ser así, el interesado deberá poner en conocimiento del Ayuntamiento de Andratx a los efectos oportunos. En caso de no hacerlo, se debería iniciar en contra de el solicitante el oportuno procedimiento sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta subvención es compatible con cualquiera que se pueda obtener procedente de otra administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- AYUDAS Y CUANTÍAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El número total de ayudas irá en función de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las cuantías de las ayudas se liquidarán mediante un único pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las cuantías de las ayudas serán de 300,00€ por mes hasta un máximo de 1.500,00€ por alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si a la hora de determinar las ayudas correspondientes a las solicitudes, el crédito presupuestario no fuera suficiente para conceder todas, se reducirían proporcionalmente las cuantías resultantes hasta que no se supere el importe global de la concesión presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención es por concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vez termine el plazo para presentar las solicitudes de subvención, se comprobará si éstas reúnen los requisitos exigibles; en caso contrario, se requerirá al interesado para que, en un plazo de 10 días hábiles, subsane la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos, con indicación de que, si así no lo hiciera se tendrá por desistido de su petición, archivándose previa resolución que deberá ser dictada en los términos del art. 68 de la Ley 39/2015, Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;A continuación se estudiarán y comprobarán los requisitos generales de las solicitudes presentadas, el órgano instructor, el concejal delegado del Área de Educación, formulará la propuesta de resolución debidamente motivada para la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las ayudas concedidas se expondrán en el tablón de anuncios, en la página web de este Ayuntamiento, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), y no serán objeto de notificación individual. Por otra parte las solicitudes resueltas negativamente si serán objeto de notificación individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la resolución de estas ayudas se podrá interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo organismo que la ha resuelto, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En cualquier caso se concederán todas las ayudas que reúnan los requisitos nombrados en el apartado 2 de la convocatoria y en el caso de no existir crédito presupuestario suficiente se prorratearán todas las solicitudes para que todos los estudiantes puedan beneficiarse de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- PAGO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La dotación económica total de la convocatoria para el curso 2022/2023 es de 10.000,00 €, a cargo de la partida presupuestaria prorrogada 326.48102 "Ayudas estudios en el extranjero".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- DERECHO SUPLETORIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en estas Bases, será de aplicación la Ordenanza Municipal reguladora de la concesión de ayudas y subvenciones; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre 2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; y su Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- PUBLICACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Publicar esta convocatoria en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios, en la página web del Ayuntamiento y en la BDNS."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
