    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; y 20.8&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/690594):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con el objecto de fomentar, divulgar y ampliar la identidad cultural propia a través de la historieta ilustrada, el Ayuntamiento de Ferreries convoca el III Concurso de Cómic de Ferreries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Puede concurrir al Concurso cualquier persona que lo desee, de manera individual, sin limitación alguna por causa de edad, nacionalidad o vecindad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Temática: libre, siempre y cuando se refiera al municipio de Ferreries o a sus habitantes (pueblo, paisaje, folklore, historia, literatura, gastronomia, fiestas, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Bases&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 256 de fecha 30/03/2023 &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;se aprobaron las bases y la convocatoria del I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;II Concurso de Cómic de Ferreries. Las bases pueden consultarse&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en el tablón de edictos de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;http://www.ajferreries.org/tauler/edictes.aspx?TIPO=01&amp;amp;HISTORIC=1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se establece un premio en metálico de 200 € (doscientos euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El premio está sujeto a las retenciones fiscales y a las disposiciones legales vigentes de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Plazo&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;de presentación&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;de las&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;obras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las obras deben presentarse antes del 3 de mayo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
