    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el Decreto 21/2019, de 15 de marzo, de evaluación y certificación de conocimientos de lengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 16 de marzo), se prevén, en especial en los artículos 6, 7, 8 y 14, la convocatoria de las pruebas, los requisitos para la inscripción, la estructura y los contenidos de las pruebas, y la constitución de los tribunales evaluadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por otro lado, el Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrero), atribuye a la Dirección General de Política Lingüística, entre otras competencias, la certificación de los conocimientos de lengua catalana de la población adulta fuera de la enseñanza reglada mediante la organización y la gestión de pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mediante la Resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 17 de marzo de 2023 (BOIB núm. 36, de 21 de marzo), se convocaron las pruebas de mayo de 2023 para obtener los certificados oficiales de conocimientos de lengua catalana. En el anexo 2 de dicha resolución se establece la composición de los tribunales de las pruebas, en la que se ha observado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Hay algunos errores en el nombre de los miembros de los tribunales, los cuales es necesario corregir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— En el Tribunal del nivel B1, la presidenta suplente también es la vocal segunda suplente, por lo que se debe que nombrar a otra persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— En el Tribunal de lenguaje administrativo, el vocal primero titular tiene que pasar a ser el vocal primero suplente y, al revés, la vocal primera suplente tiene que pasar a ser la vocal primera titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo 2 de la Resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 17 de marzo de 2023 por la que se convocan las pruebas de mayo de 2023 para obtener los certificados oficiales de conocimientos de lengua catalana, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; En el Tribunal de nivel B1,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;«Marta Caamaño Garcia»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura en el plazo &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de un mes contador desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; y el artículo 58 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
