    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por acuerdo de Pleno de fecha 20 de febrero de 2023 se aprobó inicialmente la modificación del Reglamento de régimen interno de las escuelas municipales de educación infantil del término municipal de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Finalizado el período de exposición pública, (BOIB núm. 29 de 07.03.2023), no se han presentado alegaciones y en consecuencia el acuerdo aprobado inicialmente se convierte en definitivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Seguidos pues todos los trámites reglamentarios se publica el texto íntegro de la Ordenanza que queda redactado de la siguiente forma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«REGLAMENTO DE RÉGIMEN INTERNO DE LAS ESCUELAS MUNICIPALES DEL TÉRMINO MUNICIPAL DE SANTANY&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1 Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este Reglamento regula la organización y el funcionamiento interno de las escuelas municipales de educación infantil de primer ciclo de 0 a 3 años que dependen del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, el cual tiene su titularidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Actualmente, estas son las de Santanyí, Es Llombards y Cala d'Or. Asimismo, será de aplicación a cualquier otra que pueda crearse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. Ámbito de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El ámbito de aplicación de este Reglamento son las escuelas municipales de educación infantil de primer ciclo de 0 a 3 años del municipio de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3. Funciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las escuelas municipales se configuran como centros educativos de primer ciclo de educación infantil: la de Es Llombards para niños/as de 0 a 3 años, la de Santanyí para niños/as de 1 a 3 años y la de Cala d'Or para niños/as de 0 a 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las escuelas potencian una enseñanza dinámica en la que debe favorecerse la iniciativa y la creatividad del/la niño/a, a quien debe ayudarse en su evolución. Se dan las herramientas que posibilitan al/la niño/a relacionarse con otros, tanto niños/as como adultos, mediante diferentes lenguajes de expresión y comunicación. Así, ayudándole en la observación y descubrimiento de su entorno más cercano, se sientan las bases para que el/la niño/a adquiera valores, hábitos y pautas de conducta que favorezcan su autonomía personal y su integración en la sociedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las escuelas municipales se definen como escuelas laicas, sin ningún tipo de discriminación por raza, sexo, lengua o creencia, tanto en lo que se refiere a los/las niños/as como a su familia y tutores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La lengua vehicular de los centros es la lengua catalana, propia de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.4. Ubicación de las escuelas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La escuela de Es Llombards está situada en la calle de Ses Escoles núm. 27 (Centro Cívico).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La escuela de Santanyí está situada en la calle Felanitx de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La escuela de Cala d'Or está situada en la avenida Calonge s/n.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estos espacios municipales podrán ser sustituidos por otros establecimientos que cumplan con la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.5. Gestión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las escuelas municipales dependen, a todos los efectos, del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, que es el titular del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La gestión de este servicio de atención a la primera infancia puede realizarse en cualquiera de las formas previstas en la normativa reguladora de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. PROCEDIMIENTO DE ADMISIÓN Y MATRÍCULA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. Calendario de matrícula y formalización de la preinscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El calendario del proceso de admisión del alumnado es aquél que, anualmente, fije la Consejería de Educación y Cultura para los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todo el proceso de preinscripción y matriculación debe realizarse de conformidad con los criterios que fija la Consejería de Educación y Cultura para este fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las convocatorias se harán públicas mediante los anuncios informativos correspondientes, que se colgarán en los tablones de anuncios de las escuelas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las hojas de preinscripción estarán disponibles en la web del Ayuntamiento, en el mismo Ayuntamiento y en las escuelas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para formalizar la preinscripción, la solicitud debe presentarse ante el Registro General del Ayuntamiento. La solicitud debe ir acompañada de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• La hoja de preinscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Un certificado de empadronamiento del/la niño/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Un certificado de empadronamiento del padre, madre o tutor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Una fotocopia del DNI del padre, madre o tutor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Una fotocopia del Libro de Familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Todos los documentos que se quieran utilizar para que sean tenidos en cuenta a la hora de realizar la valoración de la solicitud, de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en este mismo Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La baremación se verificará de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en el anexo de este reglamento, que se fijan en la Resolución de la directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa de 24 de febrero de 2021, por la que se despliegan determinados aspectos para el curso escolar 2021-2022 de los procesos de admisión y matriculación del alumnado en los centros sostenidos total o parcialmente con fondos públicos y en los centros de la red educativa complementaria en los niveles de primer ciclo de educación infantil, sin perjuicio de las modificaciones que se vayan dictando por la Consejería competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta valoración sólo será de aplicación si hay más demanda de matrículas que oferta de plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Toda la documentación que se presente a efectos de valoración debe tener fecha de emisión anterior a la finalización del período de presentación de solicitudes. Si se aporta fuera del plazo de solicitud establecido, siempre que no haya sido expresamente requerida por la administración municipal, el concepto afectado no será computable a efectos de aplicación del baremo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las familias de los/as niños/as admitidos en la fase de preinscripción deben formalizar la matrícula dentro del período fijado por la Orden reguladora de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La relación de alumnos/as admitidos y excluidos se publicará en el tablón de edictos del ayuntamiento, tal y como marca la Orden reguladora de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. Gestión de la lista de espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez publicada la resolución definitiva del listado de alumnos/as admitidos y excluidos, aquellos/as niños/as que no hayan obtenido plaza quedarán en lista de espera por orden de puntuación y, en la medida en que haya plazas vacantes, se les comunicará la opción de ocuparlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, formarán parte de la lista de espera los/as alumnos/as que soliciten plaza fuera del plazo de preinscripción. En este caso, se integrarán en la citada lista después de los/as alumnos/as que hayan quedado excluidos dentro del período de solicitud reglamentario, y por el orden sucesivo de presentación de solicitudes ante el registro general del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La lista de espera quedará sin efecto una vez iniciado el nuevo procedimiento de admisión por el curso siguiente, y resultado de ello, se abrirá una nueva con los mismos criterios antes expuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3. Fase de matrícula&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los admitidos en la preinscripción tendrán que formalizar la matrícula dentro del período fijado por la Orden reguladora de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A tal efecto, deberán presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• El impreso de matrícula debidamente formalizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Un certificado de titularidad de la cuenta corriente bancaria del padre, madre o tutor/a en la que se domiciliarán los pagos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Cuatro fotografías del/la niño/a (de tamaño carné).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Fotocopia de la cartilla de vacunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Hoja de aceptación del Reglamento de Régimen Interno firmado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. ORGANIZACIÓN DE LOS CENTROS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los destinatarios del servicio son niños/as con edad comprendida entre 0 y 3 años. En el caso de los/as niños/as de 0 años, en el momento de inicio del curso escolar deben haber cumplido los 4 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1. Oferta de plazas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EIP Santanyí&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La capacidad máxima de apertura de aulas autorizada por el Consejo de Gobierno de día 25/9/2009 por el que se crea la escuela pública de primer ciclo EIP Santanyí de titularidad del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, publicado en el BOIB núm. 143 de fecha 1/10/2009 es la siguiente:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;▪ 1 unidad de 1 a 2 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;▪ 1 unidad de 2 a 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El número máximo de alumnos/as en cada unidad y la agrupación de alumnos/as por unidades deberá respetar lo que determine la normativa que esté vigente en cada momento y que recoja los criterios establecidos para los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de escolarización de alumnado con necesidades de educación especial de carácter permanente, por cada niño/a admitido con estas características deben disminuirse en dos plazas el número máximo de alumnos/as establecido para cada aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EIP Es Llombards&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cuanto al EIP Es Llombards, se está tramitando ante la Consejería de Educación y Cultura la solicitud de conversión de guardería a escuela infantil pública de primer ciclo de titularidad del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí. La distribución de las aulas quedará condicionada a lo que disponga la correspondiente autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las unidades disponibles son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;▪ 1 unidad de 0 a 2 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;▪ 1 unidad de 2 a 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El número máximo de alumnos/as en cada unidad y la agrupación de alumnos/as por unidades deberá respetar lo que determine la normativa que esté vigente en cada momento y que recoja los criterios establecidos para los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de escolarización de alumnado con necesidades de educación especial de carácter permanente, por cada niño/a admitido con estas características deben disminuirse en dos plazas el número máximo de alumnos/as establecido para cada aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EIP Cala d'Or&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La capacidad máxima de apertura de aulas autorizada por el Consejo de Gobierno de día 25/9/2009 por el que se crea la escuela pública de primer ciclo EIP Cala d'Or de titularidad del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, publicado en el BOIB núm. 143 de fecha 1/10/2009 es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;▪ 1 unidad de 0 a 1 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;▪ 2 unidades de 1 a 2 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;▪ 1 unidad de 2 a 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El número máximo de alumnos/as en cada unidad y la agrupación de alumnos/as por unidades deberá respetar lo que determine la normativa que esté vigente en cada momento y que recoja los criterios establecidos para los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de escolarización de alumnado con necesidades de educación especial de carácter permanente, por cada niño/a admitido con estas características deben disminuirse en dos plazas el número máximo de alumnos/as establecido para cada aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por razones pedagógicas y de organización, que se prevén en los documentos de cualquier centro, se podrán realizar agrupaciones con niños/as de edades heterogéneas siempre que la normativa reguladora que esté vigente en cada momento lo permita y las edades de los/as niños/as agrupados no superen el intervalo de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.2. Servicios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los servicios que ofrecen las escuelas municipales son el servicio de escolarización y los servicios complementarios de acogida, comedor, descanso y recogida. Los servicios complementarios son exclusivamente para los usuarios de la escuela en régimen de escolarización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El servicio de escolarización es el básico y principal, en el que deben estar matriculados todos los/as niños/as usuarios de las escuelas municipales. El horario de prestación del servicio básico es de 9h a 13h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los servicios complementarios de acogida y recogida (mañana y tarde, respectivamente) consisten en permanecer en el centro durante el espacio de tiempo anterior al horario escolar de la mañana y posterior al horario de comedor y descanso. Estos servicios aportan mayor flexibilidad de horario a las familias usuarias de la escuela y se concretan en el servicio de acogida de mañana y en el servicio de recogida de tarde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los servicios de comedor y descanso son los demás servicios educativos complementarios que las escuelas ofrecen. El primero tiene como objetivo básico la alimentación del/la niño/a, pero, aparte de cubrir la necesidad biológica, durante la prestación del servicio de comedor se trabajan otros factores de socialización, de adquisición de hábitos de higiene y de descanso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En los servicios complementarios se pueden admitir a niños/as mediante abono mensual o sólo días esporádicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los servicios complementarios serán de carácter opcional para las familias. Estos servicios se prestarán siempre que exista una demanda mínima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ayuntamiento puede suprimir o modificar los horarios de los servicios complementarios según las necesidades generales de las personas usuarias y/o del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí o de otras administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.3. Horario y calendario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El calendario de las escuelas municipales del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí viene determinado por lo que dispone la Consejería de Educación y Cultura al efecto para los centros de educación infantil de primer ciclo y por lo que determine el Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El curso escolar se inicia el 1 de septiembre de cada año (o el primer día hábil siguiente en caso de que éste sea festivo) y finaliza el 31 de agosto del año siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las escuelas deben estar abiertas de lunes a viernes, durante todo el año, con excepción de los festivos, el día de la fiesta escolar unificada y los días 24 y 31 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sin perjuicio de las decisiones que pueda tomar el Ayuntamiento sobre los horarios de los servicios, el horario general del servicio de las escuelas debe ser ininterrumpido desde las 7 u 8 h de la mañana hasta las 16 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El horario, diferenciado por los distintos servicios ofrecidos, es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Entrada: de 9 h a 9.30 h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Salida: de 12.30 h a 13 h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando un/a niño/a tenga que entrar o salir del centro fuera del horario establecido, por motivos justificados, debe comunicarse al/la educador/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por recomendaciones sanitarias o por otros tipos de circunstancias, la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, previo informe técnico del servicio, podrá establecer que temporalmente sólo se presten los servicios esenciales o básicos del servicio de escuelas municipales de educación infantil de primer ciclo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.4. Cuotas y pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, a través de las ordenanzas municipales reguladoras de tasas o de precios públicos, según corresponda, establece las cuotas que deben aportar las familias, diferenciadas para cada tipo de servicio, así como las bonificaciones que se podrán aplicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.5. Equipo educativo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los/as niños/as deben ser atendidos por personal docente, que debe poseer las titulaciones académicas y la calificación específica de Educación Infantil, exigidas por la normativa reguladora de aplicación que esté vigente en cada momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.6. Metodología de incorporación de los/as niños/as&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para facilitar el período de adaptación, la incorporación de los/as niños/as al centro escolar debe realizarse de forma escalonada y siguiendo las indicaciones horarias marcadas por el personal educador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centro debe establecer un calendario específico para el tiempo de adaptación de los/as niños/as que asisten por primera vez a la escuela, que debe articularse en coherencia con la estabilidad del grupo de niños/as, el/la tutor/a asignado/a y las medidas de acogimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los padres o tutores de los/as niños/as de nueva inscripción deben mantener una primera entrevista con el/la educador/a de su hijo/a, con el objetivo de intercambiar información que facilite la entrada del/la niño/a en el centro escolar y pactar el día y los horarios de comienzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.7. Régimen de faltas de asistencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las familias están obligadas a advertir al centro de las faltas de asistencia de su hijo/a. La falta de asistencia de un/a niño/a durante un período superior a quince días sin ningún aviso ni justificación implica la baja del/la niño/a y, en consecuencia, la inmediata cobertura de la plaza vacante con el alumnado inscrito en la lista de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las faltas de asistencia prolongadas por motivo justificado, no podrán superar el período de un mes. Se comunicarán por escrito y se adjuntará la documentación que lo justifique. En casos excepcionales, el Ayuntamiento se reserva el derecho a disponer de la plaza. En cualquier caso, deberá abonarse la totalidad del servicio contratado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si los padres o tutores de un/a niño/a quieren darlo de baja voluntaria, deben comunicar la decisión por escrito, cumplimentando la hoja de comunicación de baja voluntaria, que se encontrará en las escuelas a disposición de las familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.8. Traslados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El traslado de un/a niño/a de una escuela municipal a otra debe realizarse, preferiblemente, al inicio de curso. Éste se debe solicitar por escrito rellenando la hoja de solicitud de traslado, antes de que se inicie el proceso de admisión del alumnado, para poder hacer la reserva de plaza pertinente en la escuela de nueva acogida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.9. Orientaciones generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La escuela municipal no se hace responsable de los objetos y materiales ajenos al centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los/as niños/as deben llevar ropa cómoda y marcada que facilite el trabajo del personal educador, teniendo en cuenta que el centro dispone de sistema de acondicionamiento de aire y calefacción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los/as niños/as deben llevar una bata al centro, que debe utilizarse según el tipo de actividad, a criterio del personal educador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se debe llevar ropa de uso personal de cada niño/a (toallitas de un solo uso, pañales, bolsa de ropa con muda completa y baberos) para dejar en el aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para celebrar los cumpleaños o fiestas de los/as niño/as, debe contactarse antes con el personal educador para coordinarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No se admiten las visitas de padres, tutores, familiares ni amigos durante el horario escolar, salvo casos excepcionales debidamente justificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Debe comunicarse a la Dirección del centro cualquier cambio de dirección, teléfono, domiciliación bancaria, etc., que se produzca durante el curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el padre, madre o tutor/a delegan en otra persona mayor de edad la recogida de su hijo/a, deben autorizarlo por escrito, con el nombre y el DNI de la persona autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para que hermanos o familiares menores de dieciocho años de un/a niño/a lo puedan recoger, es imprescindible justificar por escrito dicha responsabilidad ante la persona responsable de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si por motivos ajenos a la escuela, el/la niño/a no participa con su grupo en las actividades que se llevan a cabo en el exterior del centro, el/la niño/a no puede asistir al centro el día en que se realice esta salida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con la legislación vigente, no se permite fumar en las dependencias del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.10. Alimentación y servicio de comedor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los/as niños/as deben entrar en la escuela con la primera comida del día hecha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si algún/a niño/a sigue un régimen alimenticio especial, se aportarán por escrito las indicaciones pertinentes y se presentará el certificado del/la pediatra que lo prescribe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El servicio de comedor de la escuela debe ofrecer un menú equilibrado y adaptado a las necesidades nutritivas de los/as niños/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A principio de mes la hoja con el menú mensual debe colgarse en el tablón de anuncios para que cada familia pueda complementarlo correctamente con los alimentos que se den en el ámbito familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El servicio de comedor tiene como objetivo básico la alimentación del/la niño/a, pero aparte de esta necesidad biológica, en este rato de la comida intervienen otros factores de socialización, de adquisición de hábitos de higiene, de descanso, etc. a tener en cuenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El personal de atención educativa directa de las escuelas se hará cargo de la asistencia y la atención del alumnado durante el tiempo de comedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El servicio de comedor se ajustará a la normativa vigente sanitaria y tendrá las preceptivas autorizaciones sanitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.11. Relaciones con los padres y madres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La relación entre las familias y el centro debe seguir las pautas que señala la regulación general del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las madres y padres de las escuelas tienen el derecho de constituirse en asociación, siempre que atiendan a todos los preceptos legales que le son propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los servicios que ofrecen las escuelas municipales son voluntarios y no obligatorios. La matriculación del/la niño/a presupone la aceptación de las normas de este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.12. Derechos y deberes del personal de la escuela&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Colaborar con la Dirección en la elaboración del PEC, el PCC, el PAC y la Memoria Anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Atender a las necesidades físicas y fisiológicas y de higiene de los/as niños/as, introduciéndolos en la progresión de adquisición de los hábitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Participar en las reuniones convocadas por la dirección y en las reuniones y entrevistas con los padres o tutores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Realizar tareas educativas destinadas a aplicar las programaciones y a introducir valores y actitudes positivas a cada niño/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Realizar actividades de formación permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Cumplir con el ejercicio de sus funciones docentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Asistir puntualmente de acuerdo a su horario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Realizar una atención personalizada y de la diversidad de los/as niños/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Guardar el secreto profesional en todos aquellos aspectos que lo requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Cualquier otro que establezca la normativa vigente aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.13. Derechos y deberes de las familias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Estar representados en los órganos colegiados establecidos en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Ser atendidos por cualquier miembro de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Recibir información sobre el calendario, horario y actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Recibir información sobre su hijo/a sobre su proceso de aprendizaje en la escuela, mediante reuniones informativas, entrevistas, agenda personal y contacto directo diario con el/la educador/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Transmitir cualquier información relevante de su niño/a necesaria para la correcta atención y cuidado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Solicitar entrevista con el/la educador/a y/o director/a siempre que lo crean conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Respetar lo que establecen los puntos 5.7, 5.8 y 5.9 de este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Colaborar con el personal educativo en cualquier aspecto relacionado con su hijo/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Respetar la normativa de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Cumplir con las obligaciones establecidas como condición de usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Abonar las cuotas mensuales y servicios extras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• No llevar al/la niño/a a la escuela en caso de que sufra alguna enfermedad contagiosa, muestre fiebre o haya tenido durante la noche.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Cualquier otro que establezca la normativa vigente aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.14. Protección de datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El personal y, en su caso, el adjudicatario, deben mantener la confidencialidad de los datos que les sean facilitados. Al inicio del curso, el centro entregará una hoja de autorización, con cuya firma voluntaria, las familias autorizan a su hijo/a a aparecer en fotografías correspondientes a actividades escolares lectivas, complementarias y extraordinarias organizadas por el centro docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.15. Cuotas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El importe de las cuotas relativas a las tarifas que deben satisfacerse por la prestación de los servicios de las Escuelas Municipales de educación infantil de primer ciclo de Santanyí serán las que resulten de la aplicación de la ordenanza reguladora de este precio público que tenga acordada el Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los recibos serán cobrados mediante domiciliación bancaria durante los 5 primeros días de cada mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No satisfacer los recibos dentro del período voluntario, supondrá un recargo sobre la deuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un retraso en el pago de más de dos mensualidades sin motivo que lo justifique significará la baja del/la niño/a en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ayuntamiento debe comunicarlo con 15 días de antelación a la baja, por escrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. NORMAS DE SALUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.1 Información&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las escuelas, al ser espacios donde los/as niños/as conviven muchas horas, requieren cumplir unas normas para mantener la salud de los/as niños/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Al comienzo de curso se debe informar a las familias sobre las normas de salud que deben cumplirse respecto a los/as niños/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las familias, a principios de curso, deben informar de las vacunas administradas al/la niño/a y de las nuevas vacunaciones que se le administren. Debe presentarse una fotocopia de la cartilla de vacunaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.2. Medidas extraordinarias provocadas por la pandemia ocasionada por la COVID-19.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Durante el curso 2020-2021 se aplicarán los protocolos establecidos en la Resolución conjunta del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación y de la consejera de Salud y Consumo de 6 de julio de 2020 por la que se aprueban las medidas excepcionales de prevención y contención, coordinación y organización y funcionamiento para hacer frente a la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la COVID-19 para los centros educativos no universitarios de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el curso 2020-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estas medidas extraordinarias u otras que se dicten por las autoridades autonómicas competentes serán de aplicación en el siguiente curso escolar 2021-2022 si la situación sanitaria ocasionada por la COVID-19 así lo requiere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, estas medidas extraordinarias o cualesquiera otras podrán ser prorrogadas por la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento a otros cursos si la crisis sanitaria se prolonga en el tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.3. Administración de medicamentos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La escuela no puede administrar medicación alguna sin tener la autorización escrita y firmada de los padres o tutores. Además, en su caso, se dispondrá de la fotocopia del tratamiento prescrito por el/la pediatra o de la receta cumplimentada de la forma correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los padres o tutores deben escribir en el envase del medicamento los nombres y apellidos del/la niño/a, las cantidades a suministrar y los horarios de administración del fármaco. También deben especificarse las condiciones de conservación del medicamento (por ejemplo, la temperatura).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.4. Enfermedades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que los/as niños/as menores de 3 años todavía no tienen el sistema inmunitario bien desarrollado y entran en contacto con agentes infecciosos, el primer año de escolarización es normal que se les encomienden diferentes enfermedades comunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el/la niño/a está enfermo/a, no debe ir a la escuela, por un lado, para evitar la posibilidad de contagiar a otros/as niños/as y al personal educador y, por otro, porque en la escuela no se puede dispensar la atención adecuada y el reposo que un/a niño/a enfermo/a necesita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En las escuelas que dependen del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí deben seguirse las orientaciones del Ib-Salut sobre la admisión de alumnado con alguna enfermedad. El/la niño/a no puede asistir a la escuela o debe ser recogido por sus familiares en caso de que presente algunos de estos síntomas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Fiebre (más de 38ºC de temperatura axilar): hasta 24 horas después.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Dificultades respiratorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Diarrea irreprimible líquida o deposiciones con sangre o moco: hasta que se normalicen las deposiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Piojos: hasta que se haya comenzado el tratamiento y se hayan eliminado las liendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Erupciones de la piel con fiebre (hasta que el/la pediatra determine que la enfermedad no es infecciosa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Parásitos intestinales: hasta que se haya iniciado el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Conjuntivitis purulenta (legañas con pus amarillo): hasta la curación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Lesiones bucales o llagas diseminadas en la boca (excepto si el/la pediatra determina que la enfermedad no es infecciosa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el proceso de las siguientes enfermedades infecciosas, los/as niños/as no pueden asistir al centro durante los plazos que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Enfermedades víricas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• SARS-CoV-2 (la enfermedad causada es la COVID-19).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Varicela: hasta que todas las lesiones sean costras (aproximadamente, 6 días).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Parotiditis (paperas): hasta después de 9 días de inflamación de las glándulas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Sarampión: hasta después de 7 días de la aparición de las manchas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Rubéola: hasta 6 días después de haber aparecido las manchas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Hepatitis A: hasta una semana después de la aparición de la enfermedad o la ictericia. En los casos de contacto con otros niño/as/as o personal educador, hasta la administración de la profilaxis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Bronquiolitis por VRS: 2 semanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Herpes simple: en caso de estomatitis gingival, hasta la curación. Si es cutánea, hasta la fase de corteza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Infección por VIH.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Enfermedades parasitarias y hongos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Escabiosis (sarna): hasta después de administrar el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Parasitosis intestinal (gusanos): hasta completar el tratamiento y haber conseguido la normalización de las deposiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Muguet (placas blancas en la boca): hasta un día después de empezar el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Enfermedades bacterianas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Faringitis estreptocócica (anginas): hasta 48 horas después de haber iniciado el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Enfermedades infecciosas bacterianas en las vías respiratorias (amigdalitis, faringitis, sinusitis, otitis media, neumonía, bronquitis), que pueden excretar y transmitir el patógeno responsable: al menos, 48 ​​horas después de haber iniciado el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Tosferina: después de cinco días del inicio del tratamiento antibiótico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Tuberculosis: hasta que el/la pediatra lo autorice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Escarlatina: 48 horas después de haber comenzado el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Enfermedades invasoras por meningococo o Haemophilusinfluenzae tipo b: hasta haber superado la fase aguda de la enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Conjuntivitis no purulenta (lagrimeo u ojo rojo sin supuración): hasta haber iniciado el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Erupciones de la piel sin fiebre: hasta iniciar el tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Enfermedades que no son causa de exclusión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Infecciones por citomegalovirus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Infección crónica por virus de la hepatitis B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de duda, lo mejor es consultarlo con el/la pediatra de los/as niños/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cualquier enfermedad no común: poliomielitis, neumonías, hepatitis infecciosa, meningitis, tuberculosis, difteria, fiebre tifoidea, etc., de acuerdo con el criterio del/la pediatra y presentando el alta firmada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el/la niño/a ha sufrido una enfermedad contagiosa, es necesario un certificado del/la pediatra indicando que ya puede ir a la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de que el tratamiento farmacológico sea superior a los 12 días, es indispensable presentar una fotocopia del tratamiento prescrito por el/la pediatra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de duda, la Dirección de la escuela puede solicitar un análisis específico a la Consejería de Salud y Consumo o al centro de salud correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.5. Accidentes escolares&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de accidente de un/a niño/a, el procedimiento de actuación es el que se describe a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La atención es inmediata por parte de cualquier educador/a del centro. En primer lugar, debe realizarse una valoración de la situación del/la niño/a. En caso de que sufra un accidente leve (golpe, herida, etc.) se intentará curar en la misma escuela. Por tanto, el centro debe disponer de un botiquín para realizar estos cuidados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El hecho debe ponerse en conocimiento de la Dirección de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se debe avisar a la familia del/la niño/a para comunicar y poner en conocimiento el hecho. En caso de no localizar a los familiares, se debe dejar un mensaje de voz o enviar un mensaje de whatsapp con el fin de dejar constancia de la llamada de la escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si la familia no está localizable y la situación lo requiere, debe trasladarse al/la niño/a al Centro de Salud. Previamente, debe disponerse de la fotocopia de la tarjeta sanitaria del/la niño/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Dirección del centro debe tener los teléfonos de ambulancias, urgencias, hospital y centro sanitario localizables fácilmente y a mano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Legislación y normativa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La normativa básica actual que es de aplicación en las escuelas, además de la que pueda dictar el Ayuntamiento, si procede, es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (LOE), que regula la etapa de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Decreto 30/2022, de 1 de agosto, por el que se establece el currículo y la evaluación de la educación infantil en las Illes Balears. Decreto 30/2020, de 28 de septiembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto consolidado del Decreto por el que se establece y regula la red de escuelas infantiles públicas y los servicios para la educación de la primera infancia de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y se crea el Instituto para la Educación de la Primera Infancia. Decreto 64/2019, de 2 de agosto, por el que se establece el régimen de admisión de alumnos/as en los centros sostenidos total o parcialmente con fondos públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears que sustituye al Decreto 37/2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las instrucciones para la organización y el funcionamiento de las escuelas públicas de primer ciclo de educación infantil de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Orden de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura por la que se establece el calendario escolar para los centros públicos de primer ciclo de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, este servicio de Educación infantil deberá adaptarse a cualquier otra normativa aplicable que entre en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIONES ADICIONALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía o, en su caso, de la Concejalía de escuelas, se pueden modificar las disposiciones de actos singulares previstos en este Reglamento que se refieren a franjas horarias, servicios complementarios y distribución organizativa de aulas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para las cuestiones de índole organizativa que no se hayan previsto en este Reglamento, serán de aplicación, con carácter supletorio, las órdenes dictadas en esta misma materia por la Consejería de Educación y Cultura de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL. ENTRADA EN VIGOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El presente reglamento, en versión modificada, fue aprobado definitivamente en fecha 26 de abril de 2021 al no haberse presentado reclamaciones, reparos u observaciones contra su acuerdo de aprobación inicial. Entrará en vigor una vez que se publique su texto íntegro en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y transcurrido el plazo de quince días hábiles previsto en los artículos 103.1 y 113.1 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, continuando su vigencia hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CRITERIOS DE BAREMACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios prioritarios (Anexo 4 baremo de puntuación)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Hay hermanos/as matriculados en el centro o el padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a trabajan allí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Primer/a hermano/a matriculado en el centro: 5,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Por cada uno de los/as hermanos/as siguientes: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. El padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a trabaja en el centro: 5,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. El padre y la madre, o ambos/as tutores/as, trabajan en el centro: 9,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En estos casos, se da el mismo tratamiento a los/as niños/as que se encuentran tanto en situación de acogimiento familiar simple o permanente como de preadopción o adopción. También reciben el mismo tratamiento los/as niños/as que se encuentran en régimen de acogimiento residencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Ubicación del domicilio del/la alumno/a o del puesto de trabajo del padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a legal dentro de la zona del centro solicitado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Domicilio del/la alumno/a o, alternativamente, puesto de trabajo del padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a legal, en la zona del centro solicitado: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Por 1 año completo de residencia continuada e ininterrumpida, o de trabajo continuado e ininterrumpido, dentro de la zona del centro solicitado: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Por 2 años o más de residencia continuada e ininterrumpida, o de trabajo continuado e ininterrumpido, dentro de la zona del centro solicitado: 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Máximo: 5,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si se produce un cambio de domicilio o un cambio de puesto de trabajo en la misma zona, se respetará la antigüedad en el domicilio o lugar de trabajo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los subapartados a), b) y c) son acumulables. Por otra parte, debe escogerse si se quiere recibir puntuación por el domicilio o por el puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Ubicación del domicilio del/la alumno/a o del puesto de trabajo del padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a legal, dentro de una zona limítrofe en el centro solicitado (sólo aplicable a los municipios zonificados en el anexo 3):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Domicilio del/la alumno/a o, alternativamente, puesto de trabajo del padre, la madre, o el/la tutor/a legal, en una zona colindante al centro solicitado: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Por un año completo de residencia continuada e ininterrumpida, o de trabajo continuado e ininterrumpido, dentro de una zona colindante al centro solicitado: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Por dos años o más de residencia continuada e ininterrumpida, o de trabajo continuado e ininterrumpido, dentro de la zona colindante del centro solicitado: 0,75 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Máximo: 2,75 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los subapartados a), b) y c) son acumulables. Por otra parte, debe escogerse si se quiere recibir puntuación por el domicilio o por el puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las puntuaciones correspondientes al apartado 2 y al apartado 3 no pueden sumarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si se produce un cambio de domicilio o un cambio de puesto de trabajo en la misma zona escolar, se respetará la antigüedad del domicilio anterior o puesto de trabajo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Para el resto de domicilios: 0 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Renta per cápita de la unidad familiar correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal de 2019:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Renta familiar igual o inferior al salario mínimo interprofesional: 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Renta familiar superior al salario mínimo interprofesional e inferior o igual al doble del salario mínimo interprofesional: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Renta familiar superior al doble del salario mínimo interprofesional e inferior o igual al triple del salario mínimo interprofesional: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Renta superior al triple del salario mínimo interprofesional: 0 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Pertenencia a familia numerosa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Familia numerosa especial: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Familia numerosa general: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Familia monoparental asimilable a familia numerosa (es decir, familias monoparentales con dos o más hijos/as, o bien familias monoparentales con un/a hijo/a con discapacidad reconocida del 33% o superior) en virtud de los artículos 6 y 7.7 de la Ley 8/2018, de 31 de julio, de apoyo a las familias: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Alumnado nacido de parto múltiple (1 punto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Hermanos/as de partos múltiples que solicitan plaza en el mismo curso y nivel educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Familia monoparental (1 punto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 7.1 de la Ley 8/2018, de 31 de julio, de apoyo a las familias, son familias monoparentales las que están formadas por uno o más hijos/as que cumplen los requisitos previstos en el artículo 7.3 de la misma ley y que dependen económicamente de una sola persona progenitora, tutora, acogedora o adoptante con quien conviven. Este criterio también puede aplicarse en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La familia en la que el/la progenitor/a con hijos/as a cargo convive al mismo tiempo con otra persona o personas con las que no tiene ninguna relación matrimonial o unión estable de pareja, de acuerdo con la legislación civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La familia en la que el/la progenitor/a que tiene la guarda de los/as hijos/as no percibe pensión alguna por alimentos de estos/as hijos/as establecida judicialmente, ha interpuesto la correspondiente denuncia o reclamación civil o penal, y acredita que la denuncia ha sido admitida a trámite y que se ha iniciado una ejecución para las reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La familia en la que el/la progenitor/a con hijos/as a cargo ha sufrido abandono de familia por parte del otro/a progenitor/a o conviviente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. Condición de víctima de violencia de género o de terrorismo (3 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este apartado incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Familias en las que la mujer o los/as hijos/as en el cargo han sufrido violencia machista. De acuerdo con el artículo 8.1 de la Ley 8/2018, de 31 de julio, de apoyo a las familias, así como los artículos 104.3 d) y 121 de la Ley 9/2019, de 19 de febrero, de la atención y los derechos de la infancia y la adolescencia de las Illes Balears, se entiende como aplicable este criterio cuando alguna de estas situaciones se dan en alguno de los miembros del núcleo familiar aunque no sea el/la menor para quien se solicita la escolarización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Víctima de terrorismo. Se refiere a las víctimas y sus familias o a las personas que hayan sufrido daños como consecuencia de la acción terrorista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. Concurrencia de discapacidad en el/la alumno/a o en el padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a legal o en algún/a hermano/a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. En el/la alumno/a: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. En el padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a o en algún/a hermano/a: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Máximo: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. Acogimiento del/la alumno/a: El/la alumno/a (solicitante) se encuentra en situación de acogimiento familiar: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios complementarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Concurrencia en el/la alumno/a de una enfermedad crónica (1 punto). Para valorar la enfermedad crónica, la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, a través de los centros docentes que realizan el baremo, tomará en consideración alguno de los dos criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Que la enfermedad crónica del/la alumno/a conste en el listado de enfermedades crónicas en pediatría. El listado es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Errores congénitos del metabolismo: fenilcetonuria, deficiencia de acilo-CoA-deshidrogenasa de cadena media (MCAD), deficiencia de 3-hidroxiacilo-CoA-deshidrogenasa de cadena larga (LCHAD), acidemia glutárica de tipo I (GA-I). Reumáticas: artritis reumática juvenil, lupus eritematoso sistémico (LES). Digestivas: enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal (enfermedad de Crohn, colitis ulcerosa), pancreatitis. Respiratorias: fibrosis quística. Cardiovasculares: cardiopatías congénitas que precisan intervención quirúrgica, tratamiento farmacológico y/o con riesgo de muerte súbita. Oncológicas. Nefrolíticas: insuficiencia renal crónica, trasplantado renal, síndrome nefrótico. Endocrinas: hipotiroidismo congénito, hiperplasia adrenogenital congénita, diabetes mellitus. Neurológicas: epilepsia. Hematológicas: hemofilia, anemia de células falciformes. Espina bífida. Fisura labiopalatina. Inmunodeficiencias. Alergia alimentaria, látex y/o himenópteros con riesgo alto de anafilaxis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Que el/la alumno/a tenga una enfermedad crónica grave o enfermedad rara que requiera una intervención sanitaria inmediata específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Aquellos/as alumnos/as cuya escolarización venga motivada por el traslado de la unidad familiar debido a la movilidad forzosa de cualquiera de los padres o tutores (1 punto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Familias en riesgo social (3 puntos). Este apartado incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Familias con menores de edad que han sido objeto de declaración de riesgo por parte de la administración competente en materia de protección de menores (consejos insulares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Familias en las que se produzca un posterior retorno de medidas administrativas de protección (consejos insulares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Familias en las que hay menores sobre los que se han adoptado medidas de justicia juvenil (Dirección General de Infancia, Juventud y Familias).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Familias con personas en situación de dependencia o con personas con discapacidad (2 puntos). Este apartado incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Las familias en las que viven personas que tengan reconocida la situación de dependencia en grado II y grado III, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Las familias con personas con discapacidad a cargo en las que vive algún descendiente, ascendiente o pariente directo o de consanguinidad hasta el segundo grado que acredite un grado de discapacidad igual al 33% o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Familias en situación de vulnerabilidad económica especial (2 puntos). Se entiende por familias en situación de especial vulnerabilidad económica a las familias beneficiarias de la renta social garantizada o de la renta mínima de inserción o del ingreso mínimo vital o bien las que tienen el subsidio de paro como único ingreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Otras circunstancias relevantes justificadamente apreciadas por el órgano competente del centro, de acuerdo con los criterios objetivos establecidos en este apartado, que los centros deben hacer públicas antes del inicio del proceso de admisión y que se han de publicar en las convocatorias anuales correspondientes (1 punto). Estas circunstancias pueden ser las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Alumno/a con necesidades educativas especiales de tipo motrices, sensoriales y auditivas que opten a ocupar una plaza en alguno de los centros especialmente dotados y adaptados para atender a las necesidades educativas especiales asociadas a estas tipologías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. El padre y la madre o ambos tutores trabajan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estas circunstancias las elegirá el titular del centro, oído el consejo escolar. En este caso, la reunión del consejo escolar debe realizarse antes de la fecha de inicio de la solicitud de reserva de plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En los centros de la red educativa complementaria que no tengan consejo escolar, deberá constituirse una comisión de valoración, con las mismas funciones, formada por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• una persona en representación de la titularidad del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• una persona en representación del claustro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• un padre, una madre o un/a tutor/a escogido/a por sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• una persona en representación del equipo de atención temprana (EAP) o un/a técnico/a de la concejalía municipal competente en materia de asuntos sociales o educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los centros pueden elegir las circunstancias que consideren pertinentes y valorarlas según su criterio. Pueden dar una fracción del punto a una o ambas circunstancias. No podrá otorgarse más de 0,5 puntos a una sola circunstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todos los centros, antes del inicio del proceso de escolarización, deben comunicar a la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros, mediante su introducción en el GESTIB, el resultado de la elección de estas circunstancias y los criterios de reparto del punto antes del inicio de los procesos de escolarización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios de desempate&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de empate, se dirimirá con la consideración específica de la mayor puntuación obtenida en los siguientes criterios, por este orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de hermanos/as matriculados/as en el centro o por el hecho de que el padre, la madre o el/la tutor/a trabajen allí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de proximidad del domicilio del/la alumno/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de proximidad del puesto de trabajo de alguno de los progenitores o tutores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de víctima de violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado víctima de terrorismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de familia numerosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de la renta per cápita de la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de concurrencia de alguna discapacidad en el/la alumno/a, en los padres o tutores legales o en algún/a hermano/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de alumnos/as nacidos de parto múltiple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de familia monoparental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. Mayor puntuación obtenida en el apartado de acogimiento familiar del/la alumno/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;l. Si persiste el empate, para dirimir esta situación debe efectuarse un sorteo público en la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, presidido por la directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa o persona en quien delegue, después del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el momento de realizar la solicitud, se asignará a cada una un número. Una vez se tengan todas las solicitudes, se ordenarán alfabéticamente a partir de los apellidos de los solicitantes. El sorteo se llevará a cabo mediante un programa informático y decidirá el número de solicitud a partir de la cual se debe seguir el orden alfabético para realizar las adjudicaciones. Se tendrán en cuenta los dos apellidos de la solicitud correspondiente a este número, y a partir de estos dos apellidos (o de un apellido en el caso de apellido único) se adjudicará plaza en orden ascendente. Los dos apellidos (o linaje en caso de linaje único) correspondientes al número de solicitud extraído en el sorteo se publicarán en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, y en la web del Servicio de Escolarización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las normas a tener en cuenta para la ordenación alfabética de las solicitudes son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Los apellidos que se tendrán en cuenta en el sorteo serán los que figuran literalmente en el DNI, NIE o pasaporte del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• El orden de los linajes seguirá estrictamente el orden ascendente del abecedario español, sin excepciones por dígrafos, ni por acentos o diéresis. Los apellidos con guión o apóstrofe se clasificarán como si no los tuvieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;• Si el solicitante tiene sólo un linaje en su DNI, NIE o pasaporte, sólo figurará este linaje. Las solicitudes con un único linaje precederán a las que presenten este mismo linaje seguido de un segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
