&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con lo que prevén los artículos 15.1 y 34.1 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones de la CAIB, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&amp;nbsp;(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/689884).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta convocatoria se efectúa en el marco de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca, aprobada por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión de 23 de diciembre de 2016, BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017, y modificada por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión 14 de junio de 2018, BOIB nº. 96 de 4 de agosto de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La convocatoria tiene por objeto regular la concesión de subvenciones para financiar proyectos de animación sociocultural llevados a cabo, de forma presencial o telemática, por asociaciones, federaciones de asociaciones, fundaciones, cooperativas y otras entidades, sin ánimo de lucro. El proyecto tiene que tener una repercusión y un beneficio, de forma clara y directa, de acuerdo con las finalidades de la convocatoria, en la comunidad de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Finalidades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los proyectos que se subvencionen tienen que fomentar actividades de interés sociocultural que tengan como finalidad algunas de las que se describen a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Dinamizar la vida cultural, estimular y promover el asociacionismo, y la participación social en el ámbito comunitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Promover la vida sociocultural en el tejido social del barrio o del pueblo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Impulsar la integración sociocultural de los colectivos con necesidades especiales. Promover, defender y garantizar los derechos de la ciudadanía en condiciones de equidad, garantizando la igualdad de oportunidades y la no discriminación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Favorecer la interculturalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Fomentar valores de civismo y convivencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.1 Pueden obtener la condición de personas beneficiarias de las subvenciones las asociaciones, federaciones de asociaciones, fundaciones, cooperativas y otras entidades, sin ánimo de lucro, inscritas de forma definitiva en el registro pertinente a la fecha en que finaliza el plazo para presentar las solicitudes, que tengan sede social en Mallorca y que cumplan las condiciones previstas en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca y en el artículo 10 Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones. Además, es imprescindible que las asociaciones y federaciones de asociaciones fomenten las actividades de animación sociocultural haciendo uso de una metodología dinámica y participativa, y que las fundaciones, cooperativas y otras entidades contemplen, en sus estatutos, la animación sociocultural como finalidad principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2 No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiaria las entidades en las que ocurra alguna de las siguientes circunstancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Cuando&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Cuando|Cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, en ellas, concurre alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca y en el artículo 10 Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Las que tengan finalidad lucrativa, comercial, mercantil o similar, los colegios profesionales y las asociaciones profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Las que no estén constituidas legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Las que presenten un proyecto en el cual no se exprese de manera clara la conexión que hay entre el proyecto presentado y el objeto y las finalidades de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Las&amp;nbsp;beneficiarias de la convocatoria de subvenciones para desarrollar proyectos de promoción sociocultural destinados a las personas mayores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Crédito presupuestario &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se destina la cantidad de 260.000,00 euros a las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria que se financiarán con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 00.23180.48901 del presupuesto de gastos del Consell de Mallorca para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.1 Se consideran gastos subvencionables los gastos que, de manera indudable, responden a la naturaleza de los proyectos subvencionados y se efectúan durante el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de octubre de 2022 y el 30 de septiembre de 2023 (ambos incluidos). Asimismo, se considera gasto hecho el que ha sido efectivamente pagado antes de que acabe el periodo de justificación establecido en el punto decimocuarto de la convocatoria, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en el artículo 44 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En particular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; son subvencionables los gastos derivados de:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Alquiler de espacios e infraestructuras donde se desarrolla el proyecto y NO sean la sede de la entidad (sala de actividades, teatro, cine, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Contratar personal profesional que participa directamente en la actividad: tallerista, dinamizador, guía, actor, grupo de música o cualquier profesional del ámbito sociocultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Alquiler de servicios y equipamientos puntuales: atracciones, carpas, grupos electrógenos, toldos, autocares, equipos de iluminación y sonido, escenarios, maquinaria, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Difusión y comunicación: imprenta, diplomas, banderolas&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[banderolas|veletas]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, edición de vídeos y fotografía, publicaciones de trabajos y de obras, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Material fungible para desarrollar la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En relación a la letra e), es necesario que se justifique la necesidad del material para llevar a cabo la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No se consideran gastos subvencionables:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Material de merchandising.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Adquisición de bienes inventariables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Mobiliario fijo para la sede de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Material y gastos de funcionamiento general de la entidad (secretaría, administración, correspondencia, alquiler del local sede de la entidad, desplazamientos, combustible, sueldos de trabajadores fijos, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Comida elaborada para regalar y bebidas para regalar o alcohólicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Trofeos, regalos y premios materiales o en metálico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Desplazamientos en avión y barco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Carburantes y kilometraje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Gastos de alojamiento y manutención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.2 Las actividades justificadas y la fecha de sus justificantes tienen que corresponder al periodo que comprende desde el día 1 de octubre de 2022 y el 30 de septiembre de 2023, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de 15 días hábiles, contadores a partir del día siguiente de publicarse el extracto de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si el último día es inhábil, se entiende prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La documentación que se ha de presentar para solicitar la subvención se relaciona en el punto 11 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las entidades tienen que presentar la documentación correspondiente mediante el trámite que se publica en la Sede Electrónica del Consell de Mallorca&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;(https://seu.conselldemallorca.net) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Otros datos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
