&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La entidad ASOCIACION DE MADRES Y PADRES DE PERSONAS CONO DISCAPACIDAD DE LAS ISLAS BALEARES (AMADIBA) ha interpuesto un recurso contencioso administrativo (actuaciones PO 0000179/2023, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;que se tramita por el procedimiento ordinario ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares -Sala Contencioso Administrativa núm. 1 de Palma) &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;por el cual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;se impugna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;la Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de 25 de enero de 2023 por la cual se denega la solicitud de subvención y se daba por desistida a la mencionada entidad en relación al proyecto llamado «Centro residencial y de día Ibiza» presentado a la convocatoria de subvenciones destinadas a entidades del tercer sector de acción social para financiar las inversiones para la construcción, la reforma y rehabilitación, la adaptación o ampliación de centros o mejora de los servicios actuales, en terrenos o edificios propios o adquiridos, destinados a plazas para servicios residenciales y servicios de estancias diurnas para los años 2022-2031&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(BOIB núm. 47 de 7 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;De manera directa o indirecta, la impugnación mencionada puede resultar relevante para una pluralidad de entidades que podrían tener&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;la condición&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de interesadas en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;el proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consideraciones jurídicas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 49 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Artículo 40 y siguientes de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con lo anterior dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Citar las entidades interesadas en el Recurso contencioso administrativo en cuestión para que puedan personarse como demandadas ante el Tribunal Superior de Justícia de las Islas Baleares -Sala Contencioso Administrativa núm. 1 de Palma) en el plazo de nueve días a contar desde el siguiente de la presente publicación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;el Boletín&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Comunicar a las entidades interesadas que, si se personan fuera del plazo establecido, se las considerará como parte, sin que por ello tenga que retrotraerse ni interrumpirse el curso del procedimiento, y en caso de no personarse oportunamente continuará el procedimiento en todos sus trámites, y no será procedente hacerles ninguna otra notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
