&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;El 29 de marzo de 2023, la presidenta del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS) resolvió aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas económicas individuales a personas mayores del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales para el año 2023. Esta resolución fue publicada en el BOIB número 40 de 30 de marzo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Sin embargo, el Servicio Jurídico-Administrativo del IMAS advirtió que esta resolución se firmó y publicó con errores materiales. Concretamente en el anexo 1, en cuanto a la fecha máxima de gasto de las ayudas imputables que no se corresponde con el texto de la convocatoria; y en la base número 9 de esta convocatoria, en tanto falta incluir la oficina de atención a la ciudadanía ubicada en la calle Pere Dezcallar i Net de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas prevé que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento de oficio oa instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales , de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Dado que el artículo 7.2 apartado 7) de los Estatutos del IMAS prevé que corresponde a la Presidencia aprobar las bases específicas, así como sus rectificaciones, y resolver los procedimientos de ayudas, prestaciones y/o subvenciones relativas a las competencias atribuidas al IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobar la rectificación del error en la resolución de 29 de marzo de 2023 de la presidenta del IMAS, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de ayudas económicas individuales a personas mayores del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales para el año 2023 (BOIB número 40 de 30 de marzo de 2023), &lt;strong&gt;por tanto, donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«9. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las solicitudes se tendrán que presentar de acuerdo con los modelos normalizados relacionados en los anexos de esta convocatoria que serán facilitados en las oficinas del IMAS y en el enlace https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/es/ ficha?key=116160&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
