&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de diciembre), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears (ICIB), adscrito a la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura, ha instado la modificación del anexo del mencionado Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, dentro del punto 5 («Industrias culturales») del objetivo I («Diversificación económica»), en el sentido de modificar tres de las líneas que gestiona el ICIB, a saber, las líneas I.5.4, I.5.5 y I.5.6, para poder posibilitar su convocatoria en el año 2023. También se modifican las descripciones de dos de estas líneas; en el caso de la línea I.5.4, para que la descripción sea más clara en relación al objeto y la finalidad de la misma, y, en el caso de la línea I.5.5, para introducir el concepto de coproducción dado que es una opción que contemplan las bases de la convocatoria. Así mismo, se aprovecha la modificación para reflejar el incremento en la cuantía de estas tres líneas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En el apartado tercero del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno mencionado se establece que la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores aprobar y modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, por el Decreto 1/2022, de 27 de julio, y por el Decreto 5/2022, de 19 de diciembre, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en que se nombra a la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de diciembre), en cuanto al objetivo I, sobre diversificación económica, y más concretamente el punto 5, relativo a industrias culturales, de manera que se modifican las líneas I.5.4, I.5.5 y I.5.6, con el siguiente contenido&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I.5.4&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
