&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que se considera conveniente y adecuado, por haberlo solicitado así los contrayentes, delegar en la Sra. Catalina Morey Ferriol, concejal de la Corporación Local, la autorización del acto de celebración del matrimonio civil entre la Sra. Susan Worledge y el Sr. Antonio Quetglas Payeras, el día 6 de abril de 2023, a las 12.30 horas, en la Sala de Plenos de la Casa consistorial (expediente núm. 09/022). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En vista de que, en virtud de lo que se dispone en el artículo 51 del Real decreto de 24 de julio de 1889 por el que se publica el Código Civil, tienen competencia para celebrar el matrimonio el Juez de Paz o Alcalde del municipio donde se celebre el matrimonio o concejal en quien este delegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Examinada la documentación que le acompaña, visto el informe emitido por la Secretaría municipal de fecha 30 de marzo de 2023, el Sr. Jaime Ferriol Martí, en su condición de Alcalde Presidente de la Corporación Local, de conformidad con lo que se establece en el apartado cuarto de la Instrucción de 26 de enero de 1995, de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado, sobre Directrices sobre la autorización del matrimonio civil por Alcaldes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Delegar en favor de la Sra. Catalina Morey Ferriol, concejal de la Corporación Local, el ejercicio de la competencia correspondiente a la autorización del acto de celebración del matrimonio civil entre los contrayentes Sra. Susan Worledge y Sr. Antonio Quetglas Payeras, el día 6 de abril de 2023, a las 12.30 horas, en la Sala de Plenos de la Casa consistorial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La delegación deberá estar documentada previamente, siendo suficiente que en el acta de autorización del matrimonio se haga constar que el concejal ha actuado por delegación del Alcalde. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La delegación conferida en la presente resolución requerirá para su eficacia la aceptación del concejal delegado, entendiéndose esta otorgada tácitamente si no se formula ante el Alcalde expresa manifestación de no aceptación de la delegación en el plazo de tres días hábiles contados desde el siguiente a aquel en que esta le sea notificada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;bis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar la presente resolución, en el Tablón de edictos de la Corporación Local y en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dar cuenta de la presente resolución al Pleno de la Corporación en su próxima reunión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;» &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
