&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 23.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria se encuentran recogidas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca (Aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016-BOIB nº 21 de 18/02/2017, modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018, BOIB. nº 96 de 04/08/2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El objeto es impulsar proyectos de inversión destinados a la aceleración de la transición hacia una economía circular en Mallorca, mejorar la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos naturales y avanzar&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[avanzar|adelantar]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; en la consecución de la sostenibilidad ambiental, territorial y económica, de manera que se cierre el ciclo en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se incluyen las siguientes categorías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ecodiseño de productos o servicios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modelos de negocio basados en la mejora de la eficacia de los recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Productos o servicios basados en la jerarquía de residuos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Servicios de retorno de productos usados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas las empresas, entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro, legalmente constituidas que desarrollen todas las actuaciones o los proyectos objeto de la presente convocatoria en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pueden tener la condición de personas beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Las empresas y agrupaciones de empresas, con personalidad jurídica y las que, sin tener personalidad jurídica, puedan realizar el proyecto que motiva la concesión de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Las organizaciones empresariales que tengan como finalidad representar los intereses de un sector empresarial, siempre que sea de naturaleza privada y con personalidad jurídica propia, o un sindicato. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Las personas físicas constituidas como autónomos o empresarios individuales, con personalidad jurídica propia que cumplan los requisitos que se detallan a continuación, así como los otros establecidos en esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tener al menos un establecimiento operativo ubicado en Mallorca y que las principales actuaciones o proyectos objeto de la presente convocatoria se desarrollen en Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estar de alta en el epígrafe que corresponda del censo tributario (adecuado para desarrollar el proyecto para el cual se solicita la subvención) en el momento de presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Las entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro legalmente constituidas que lleven a cabo el proyecto que motiva la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Dotación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se destina la cantidad de 150.000,00 €, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 50.16220.77900 del presupuesto de 2023; y 40.000,00 € más con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 50.16220.78000 del presupuesto de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La solicitud de subvención se tiene que presentar en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;30 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt;, a contar desde el día siguiente de publicarse el extracto de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Otros datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
