CAIB 16402 2023-03-28 2023-03-28 16401 671561 ![CDATA[Aprobación de la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas para la cobertura, por concurso, de 1 plaza de Técnico/a Superior en Economía como personal laboral del Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda y Rehabilitación Integral de Barrios]] 160 text/html CAIB 2023-03-27 es 211198 es CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El gerente de Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda y de la Rehabilitación Integral de Barrios, por decreto número HAB202300071 de fecha 23 de marzo de 2023, ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero.- </strong>Aprobar la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas para tomar parte en la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización para la cobertura de 1 plaza de Técnico/a Superior en Economía como personal laboral del Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda y Rehabilitación Integral de Barrios por el sistema de selección de concurso, dotada presupuestariamente y correspondiente a la oferta pública de estabilización del año 2021, publicada en el BOIB núm. 50 de fecha 14 de abril de 2022 , en los términos establecidos en <strong>el Anexo I </strong>y <strong>el Anexo II.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo.- </strong>Para subsanar el posible defecto o presentar los documentos que sean preceptivos, las personas excluidas u omitidas disponen de un plazo de 7 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la relación de personas admitidas y excluidas en el BOIB . El Patronato considerará que desisten de la solicitud si no cumplen el requerimiento.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si no se presentan enmiendas a la lista, ésta será definitiva.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero.- </strong>Publicar la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en el apartado de oferta pública de trabajo de la página web del PMHRIBA.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente al de recibir la presente notificación. En este caso no podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El recurso de reposición potestativo debe presentarse en el registro general de este Patronato o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se considerará desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto ni notificado la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente al de su interposición. En este caso queda expedita la vía contencioso-administrativa.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, con arreglo a lo establecido en el artículo mencionado anteriormente, y los 45 y siguientes de la ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación.
