&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento: &lt;/strong&gt;Selecciones de personal y provisiones de puestos de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que el 17 de agosto de 2022 se aprobó el Decreto 2022-0604 sobre las Bases reguladoras y convocatoria del procedimiento para constituir un Bolsín de Técnicos de la Administración General, funcionarios interinos, del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta (BOIB núm. 112 de 25 de agosto de 2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que la Fase de Oposición ha finalizado y el 10 de marzo de 2023 se publicaron los resultados provisionales de la Fase de Concurso. Una vez ha transcurrido el plazo para presentar alegaciones, no se ha presentado ninguna, así, de acuerdo con la Base Décima de las Bases reguladoras del procedimiento, se entiende definitivo el resultado hasta entonces provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con estos antecedentes, y atendiendo a las competencias que me otorga el Artículo 21.1,h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Constituir el Bolsín de Técnicos/as de la Administración General del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, siguiendo el orden de prelación que se deriva de la suma de resultados de la Oposición y el Concurso, siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar des del siguiente al de la presente publicación, ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso administrativo, ante el juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar des de el día siguiente a la presente publicación, de conformidad con el Artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa. Si optase por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquél sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo esto sin perjuicio que pueda interponerse cualquier otro recurso que pudiese estimar más conveniente a su derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
